Asked money for job vacancy last abroad. I sent money 30000 rps. I don't know fake or true.. What should I do tell me. Again he calling and asking me money for profile writing.I did payment 3 times around 30000 .Transaction receipt I attached below.. I don't know is shine. Com making money from innocent people. Plz help me

    Sir,

    This is to bring to your notice that i paid an amount of rs.4, 683/- to shine.com to avail paid job consultancy services.

    At first, i was asked (By ms. Annu) to pay it as a charge to highlight my profile and forward it to the concerned companies (Only mncs) so that the recruiters can call me directly.

    After that they told me that they are forwarding my call to some senior official, mr. R. Rana, who further asked me to pay an additional charge of rs. Rs.-6838/- against "job profile verification plus package 2".

    I was not told that i may need to pay further amount to avail the offer. On asking the first person who contacted me (Ms. Anu), she told me that she was not aware about the process of verification or the amount that i need to pay as it was the responsibility of the senior officer (Mr,. R rana). And mr. Rana told that they could not disclose this because of their privacy policy.

    I want to get my money refunded (Rs.4, 683/-), because while explaining the paid services offer of shine.com, a person should be informed completely so that he/she can take decisions accordingly. I paid the total amount of rs. 4683 thinking it to be the final price of availing the offer.

    But all of a sudden, without any prior information and out of nowhere, you are asked to pay additional fees for verification process. This is something really unacceptable.

    I believe i should have been given the complete information. Disclosing the total payable amount is in no way, breach of privacy terms, rather, what they have done, it is the breach of customer trust.

      Some days ago, an email came regarding job opening in axis bank. Initially i was not confident but they organise a interview saying it's from axis bank. They said it's permanent and they also sent an offer letter, official letter etc and it was highly edited and the point i belived them. I paid almost 57k around and i was really a big fool to belived them. They are still manipulating me round and round. I know my money will not come back soon but pls stop them today not everyone is mentally strong to handle it🙏 the email id of those are.. [protected]@email.com and the phn no is mr fraud [protected]

        They are offer me airline job. Airline indigo companies hr told first pay ₹2500. This is your processing fees. Then after i was given online exam and skill test exam. Then they given confirmation letter. They ask me again you have to paid ₹5000 for security deposit. Why the want money? I am not getting anything. And it's confirmation letter looks like a fraud letter.

          Hi Team,

          I have opted for jobs on the move Services on 2nd May. I have been following up on. The same from long time I raised the questions several times and escalated the Service team issue .but no response has been received till date .I got the last welcome message on 13th May .till date no jobs links have been shared with me based in the Services commitment. On escalating the same on mail to shine group no response on the mail and even no one picks the customer service number.i can shared the mail communication till date with Shine team .shine has been worst.

          I have been sending mails [protected]@shine.com group and everyone from service team is making false commitments . trying to get money and makiy people fool.raj.[protected]@shine.com was the profile expert assigned to it and he has been dealing worst and pathetic till date no calls were arranged with profile expert regarding my preference discussion.i have escalated the same before too.

          My mail [protected]@gmail.com.when I escalated and sent mails again and again, I got the response saying links will be shared tomorrow and I received two links which were not up to my preference shared as per the services commitment and one of them was referring to Java profile.

            As a graduate i searched for job. Found out shine website with lot of opportunities. I signed in and got call from a hr deepa, a total a* saying that she from information it and technology group from kolkata said that my cv was selected for railway supervisor job. I don’t want to tell everything because there’s my mistake too. I shouldn’t believed them in the first place. 1000 rupee for registration, i paid after 2days 3000 for further verification which is refundable. I believed and arranged. 2days after another 2000 for sending the coat boots and id card transportation process, also refundable in 20min after transaction of full money (That’s what they told). Actually i know that these money will never be refunded. But i’m in need o[censored]rgent job to get for. I spoke with their head office person hr manisha (As they said) that bi* told me once 6000 is paid she’ll provide job. And no more further payment will be involved. I believed her and paid in procedure from beginning 1+3+2k. After 1week, i get call from hr manisha. After thousand time i called them within a week. She told me to pay again 2k and amount will be refunded within 20min. I screwed there. That moment i realized they are trying to lure money. Constantly they told me that many are waiting to pay lot of money. If i pay i get job or get refund after 3months. +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] it’s the whatsapp number of them. Account holder name - information it and technology group, a/c no. [protected], ifsc code - sbin0012373 it’s their msg. I paid 6k and totally screwed. Shine.com not responsible for this. But they can surely do something about this company or is shine.com getting money from them? Is totally a scam?? I need justice. I need refund, i can’t afford to file complaints about them or through bank. I have loads of this to do instead. I hope shine.com would read this and do something about that.

              I got a call from shine that they will provide jobs to me. For that they charge 10 rs to generate id to set hire with companies. They sent a link to subscribe & payment details on that site. The site name is shine providers.com & current ly the status is they suspended their website. When i go to the payment details. It looks like netbanking but it shows payment amount was 10. When i made the transaction it shows bank doesnt authorize after that she told me to go back again and generate otp and enter. But the message was displayed on the website.. I never tried again and left it. After few minutes i received message that my bank was deducted 10, 000.00. The netbanking was not the original bank website. It was hacker website netbanking login.

              Call came from mumbai & number was +91-[protected] & +91-[protected]

              Please make my refund on that transaction.

                I received a call from your end on 08/04/2019 regarding job openings in 3 banks as i was looking for a job. One girl was there and she asked me whether i am interested or not. I said i am looking for a job and then she told me that she is transferring the call to her supervisor who will help me out.

                My call was transferred to mr ravindra. Mr ravindra told me that currently openings are there with 3 banks and i need to do the registration first. Then he told me that for registration purpose i need to pay rs 2, 950/- including gst. So i made the payment online at the same time.

                Once the registration is done mr ravindra told me that for education verification i need to pay rs 7, 000/. I said fine. I also made the payment of rs 7, 080/- at the same time.
                After making the payment of rs 7, 080/- mr ravindra asked me to pay rs 14, 160/- for employment verification purpose. I said i am having my relieving letter with me. But he said its compulsory to make the payment. Without that they can not schedule the interview.
                He told me that once i paid rs 14, 160/- they will conduct one telephonic round of interview and with in 4-5 days physical round of interview will be conducted.

                I asked him three times that this will be the last payment which i supposed to make? He said yes sir this will be the final payment which you need to pay and after that you don't have to pay anything. Once you pay rs 14, 160/- your telephonic interview will be scheduled and once that is done with in 4-5 days personal interview (One to one) will be done.
                I have made the payment of rs 14, 160/- and then he told me that i will have to make another payment of rs 12, 000/- for profile activation. I said"i have asked you that this will be the final payment then you said yes this is the final payment." then how come you are asking me to make the payment of another rs 12, 000/-.
                Mr ravindra said that for profile activation i need to pay the amount of rs 12000.
                I told him that you never have said this before.
                Before making payment of rs 14, 160 i asked three times to mr ravindra that this will be final payment which i will have to do.
                He also confirmed that to me.
                But later on he was asking me to make the payment for profile activation. I told him that i am not having that much amount with me right now. He said that you arrange the funds and make the payment.
                I said that i dont want to do any registration and you cancel my request and refund my amount which i have paid till now.
                He said that is not possible and i will have to make the payment.
                I have informed him that my father is not well. He had 2 brain strokes and i was not working since last 8 months. And i need to also pay my emi's. Then also he was not ready to listen. He insisted for making the payment. He said i should borrow funds from my friends or from my relatives. I asked him to wait for 2 days but i could not arrange the funds. Then i asked him to cancel my registration. He was telling me that it can not be done.
                Then he has initiated a cancellation request but i have not received refund as of now.
                Also i have not received any communication from your end.

                I am in trouble and mr ravindra told me that i will be getting refund of my funds in 3 working days.
                He also told me that he will be sending my details on my mail but i have not received any single mail from your end.
                Last week i had escalated this issue and had a word with your manager mr. Suresh nigam.
                Mr suresh told me that he has processed the request for refund and with in 3 working days it will be done.
                As of now i have not received any funds in my account and i am trying to call mr ravindra but he is not picking up the phone. Its been 28 days now and i am in need of funds as i wanted to make my emi payment.

                This is a clear example of giving false commitment and not giving proper information to customers. You want payment to be done on immediate basis but once payment is done, for refund you are not responding.

                I am trying to call him up but he doesn't pick up my phone. I also sent him messages on his mobile number.

                Request you to kindly look in to the same on priority basis as there is false and miscommunication from your end and do the refund on priority basis.
                Also train your employees to give proper and complete information.

                  Two months back i had got call from person from shine.com n they asked me to pay some registration fee then they asked me to pay educational n professional summary charges with telling me the total amount they asked me to fill the form and charged nearly as.20000from me. From past some days i got call from [protected] number n they told me shine.com will refund you money since they have not provided any services to you but for that i need to fill rs.10 complaint for on worksinshine.com site.. While doing payment of rs.10 they send otp of rs.10000 n they debited my account for rs.10000 instead of rs.10 and they are not giving refund they did fraud debit please give me refund and take necessary actions.                         I received a cl from shine regarding job in hdfc bank they told me to pay 1800rs which were refundable but during refund process they cut all my balance from my account which was about 13300 i called them many tym but they cut my cl n put it on switch off mode... Plz sir hlp me to get my money back m suffering from lots of stress now... The mail i'd is recruiter. [protected]@gmail.com through which they contacted me bt it's also unavailable now... Recruiter name was dolly n her number is [protected]... They r not giving ans of my any cl msgs mails... M totally hlpless now.. Tht money they debited from my a/c 13300rs was last n i need it now my works r pending without tht n i can't get hlp from anywhere plz sir hlp me to get my money back plz sir 🙏🙏🙏

                                Hi myself pooja and I was caught in to fraud by [protected]@outlook.com they offered me a job to hdfc bank n asked me to around 37000 which I paid.Starting they told me to pay around 1750rs and after telephone Interview they told me to pay 6500rs and latr on they told me to 10700rs fr sake of appointment letter and soon after that they told me to around 17500rs for the PRM travel Allowance from Delhi to hubli. Futher they are forcing me to pay around 22000 for the sake of agreement. Tied up between HDFC and Shine.com in total till now I paid around 37000rs for the whole process

                                    I have a similar experience where someone from bright future consultancy registered on shine called to offer a job in airlines. They asked for rs. 1800 i knew at that time itself its fake. They are sending emails from [protected]@gmail.com and their whatsapp no. I have mentioned below. Their spoken english was so poor i could make out they are scammers. Evn their written english was pathetic. I have their txt msg attached as a snapshot and investigate on this whatsapp no.                                       Hello sir,

                                      On 13-May-2019 I has been asked to pay 1244/- amount for confirmation services, and he also promised that money will be refundable
                                      And again they asked around 3000 for document verification and that amount will be refundable soon, but I felt something suspicious so asked them to refund my previously paid amount (1244/-). They asked to keep min. 10, 000/- in account or else money cannot be refundable, what kind of a policy this, so I asked to refund my previously paid money at any cost
                                      Regarding this I dropped a mail to where I got "ConfirmationServices" mail. But I didn't find any further action is performing regarding this. So I had saved every call recording and mails which were sent by Shine and I hope my issue will be resolved soon.

                                        Hi, I received call from shine.com Sudhanshu Gaurav regarding the Job services. They asked me to pay money of Rs 4719 which was one time payment to avail services. He again called asked to pay some more services 12376.01, 16024, 27660, 49083 and 49468.01 on 06.05.19.

                                        Now Poonam and Gaurav again asking me for another transactions of rs. 40118 or no services will be active and all money paid will be lost.

                                        I already asked I am not going to pay the amount as I have already paid so much money. Are this persons genuine from shine.com and if yes then why a candidate is not told about that for registering and availing services for getting a job candidate has to pay more then 150000.

                                        I am attaching the final payment confirmation which was sent on 6th May in which they have mentioned no services or payment require still they are forcing me to pay. Today with same email contents they have mailed with different amount which also i am attaching for the reference.

                                        This is mere cheating from shine.com or from there agents.

                                        After so many times I said I don't want to buy any additional services they are not listening and also no other services are been started because of this as they are saying its mandatory for closing of the profile which is still not been happen till date. its a very bad state portrait of your customer service.

                                        They are not disclosing first of all that you need to pay so much of payments for just to find the job. Every time they are saying this is last payment and starts to add a new service which is compulsory.
