I've opted for premium services in search of a job opportunity. I've been made to pay around rs. 27620/- and even confirmed over mail that no further payment would be required further but now i've been contacted for further payment and upon denying citing the mail confirmation, i'm told the process cannot be proceeded without payment and no service will be provided. This is a complete case of misleading people and cheating.

    Hey, i'm pooja majhi from ghansoli navi mumbai. I got a call from shine recruiter ms sapna from mumbai. She told me like" hii pooja are you looking for a job i said yes im, in which profile - purchase profile. We have openings in 2 company tata and mahindra. Then i said ok im comfort for both company and location pls share my profile with both. Then she told me no u can choose one company only then i said pls go with mahindra then she said ok. Then she told me regarding registration fees of rs 1244 this is fix and compulsory amt for register and interview process after you register to pay the amt you will get a call from mahindra hr then i said ok. She sends me a mail and there was a link to pay such amount then i pay also. I think maybe i got a good job because i'm looking for a job on an urgent basis my all family totally dependent on me only. That's why i thought it starting thinking i got my dream job that's why i pay the registration fees of rs 1244 and she transfers my call for one lady she told me in the hr of the mahindra. She takes my interview and told me we take your f2f interview on monday ie 29th of april. Then i said ok fine. After that sapna call me how was your interview i said well then she again transfer my call to her senior mr. Saurabh he told me in the manager of shine i sai on. He shares me documentation link they are shown in the link and you have to pay 5 to 7 thousand something. I said him i cant im not able to pay this such a big amt i don't have that much then he is asking me how much you have i said 4500 then he said ok i will share you one another link and heh shared me i pay rs 4500 in the second link. Again he calls me and shares mail of link there are 16300 rs something then i said no i ant pay such amount you pls refund me all payment transaction he said this is a good opportunity don't miss arrange this from anyone after your joining you are all amt refund than why you are a worry. I said my family totally depending to me i cant pay kindly refund my all amt asap he told me 1st its take some procedure we refund you at 45 days then i said no i want on urgent basis pls refund me within a week he said i sent min 15 days take to refund you then i agree ok fine. 25 th of april he calls me again what you think we refund you your amt if you have in your bank 2500 than we will refund you all amt otherwise we take such time to refund you and i told him where this procedure its show if you refund my amt i have to maintain in my account in 2500. He holds me yes we have, then i said ok show me the procedure then he is misbehaving with me. I'm not refunding you do what you have to do i said ok it complains you against my refund in the police he said ok go. Then sapna calls me mam don't do that we refund you soon within 15 days or 10 days i said ok. Now i'm trying to call them from 2nd may but they told me your refund timing is 15 days after that call me. I called them yesterday ie 08.05.19 on the morning she told me we are in the process you get your refund today or tomorrow morning u call me 4 pm today. I trying to call them around 4.15 pm to 6 pm continuously but her phone is switched off. Now i call them today they didn't answer my call and at 9.30 am he ans my call and told me don't call me to continue it use in my work i will call you after some time he didn't call me. Then i call him and he said how much your refund amt i said 5744 rs total he said which mode yo use to transact o said debit card. Then he said ok i will check and u call me after 1 hr. Then i said ok i have a all call records as per all discussion.

    now my all payment is 15314 total rs. they said me pls maintain in your account 10000 then i will send the refund link nd you proceed with this link after processing they ask me the all amt refund you within 24 hrs but still not getting. i take 10000 from another one i want to give back how was i give them. request you to pls help me im from poor family i have to handle my home and all pls help me to get i want to return money from whom to take. contact no of the recruiter. For HR number. they asking money for everything please help me and they sent indigo airlines offer later also

And he said that now as per service you have to pay the amount of rs 10, 000/- more for another service.

          So, i don't know how they are making fool to people. So, due to their service and fake commitment. Would like to cancel that and request you to refund my amount. My transaction id is in20190411_191294_105043.

          And that is time sure shine is making a fool.

            They have confirmed that please visit to register at rs 10/- only www.shinerecruitment.online visit & update as mentioned below.

            But payment failed get message through website paytm failed due to otp time out & informed that, please come back one step & it will get new otp & updated debited 10000/-. We will transfer to account department & it will get refund once again without password will receive & it will get refund.

            Otp received its shows 3000/- for paytm & confirmed that due to gst we are transferring amount three time so please share otp & debited 3000/-.

            Finlay they have confirmed that refund with in 24 hours.

            Police not responding & informed that your fault go to cyber crime.

              Here in shine i have applied for a medical coding job in dubai. One person named i. Chaten, rohit & rahul from this number [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) called me and guided and he told there is job for ur profile in american hospital dubai and he asked me to pay rs: 4130/- as registration fees. I paid the amount after that for every process he asked me to pay some amounts such as 8500/-, 14500/-, 32500/-, and finally 14500/-. I have paid all of the amount but i haven’t recieved any confirmation documents from shine or the reputed company. After few days he called me and gave me a date for police verification and medical check up and also joining date and the date of travelling also and then few days later he called me and told that election date was announced so that all the process has been put on hold till may 2 then he called me on may 3 and asked me to pay money rs 36500/- and finally i got doubt and i directly called to the american hospital and spoke to them. They told we don’t hire and people thru shine for jobs we are recruiting directly. Don’t trust them they using our name and doing fake things and we don’t charge for jobs tut isn’t illegal. So please kindly give back my payments immediately

                  I got a call from shine.com, your resume got selected for a quality engineer and they made me to pay 2500 for registration, 10500 for training fee, 18800 for account opening and profile verification after that they said me to pay 32700 for 1 year bond but i couldn't make the payment so i said to cancel the entire process he said he will cancel and refund my amount but after that you should pay 10%of cancellation fee and 18%gst of your money i said ok take from my money return it back but he said no i[censored] pay only i will refund your money its totally unfair

                    Dear Sir/madam, my name is Gurmukh Singh. I have submitted my resume on Shine.com to take a job for air ticket booking job, i received a call from a number that is[protected], employee told that he is from career partner company that hire candidates through Shine.com. He demanded money of Rs 1600/-from me to book a exam for job, i gave that amount, i have proof of that, and the condition was that if i failed, then the money will be refunded, if passed then not, i was failed in that exam, that was a link from indiabix.com. After that he demanded about Rs 12000/- to verify my documents, i refused to pay that and asked to refund the amount that i have paid for exam. They promise me to refund that amount on 14/04/2019. But on that day, they didn’t refund the amount of Rs 1600/- and then replied that they will refund on last week of April. On last week, they told me that the refund will be done on 03/05/2019. But not done. Today is 04/05/2019. Now they have either blocked my mobile number or they have changed the sim card. The email provided to me is “careerpartner.[protected]@outlook.com”. Please help me insake to refund my money. Thank you.

                        My sister applied for some jobs in shine.com and she uploaded her resume after few days she got a call from one recruiter asking her to pay initially 1350 for the confirmation letter after the telephonic interview process for the job in axis bank. It seems to be the interview was a fake one. Again asked us to pay 2100 for the post verification process we paid but after that they were not reachable. Even the customer care no of shine was also not effectively working. Please take some actions to resolve the issue. We just paid because of the trust we had on shine.

                              After applying the next day i got a call from career partner saying that u have shortlisted for the job. And thwy asked me to pay 2885 rs. I payed.
                              After that they told me to pay 5880 rs for document verification. After that they have set telepgonic interview. That too its fake interview. After that i got a mail from career partner that i got selected for vistara airlines. After that they told me to pay 15000 rs which is refunadable

                              Later i got to know that its fake. And i asked my money refund back.
                              Now they r saying some # things to refund my money back

                              Pls help me to get my money back of 9000 rs.. Pls

                                I have take the service of rs 4696 on 24th april, 2019. I was told that they will not asked for any further payment

                                On 27th april, 2019 they told met hat they will update my cv but instead o[censored]pdating my cv they started sending the proforma invoices and asked me to pay the same to improve the skills.

                                They forcefully asked me to select the services because if i will not select then my cv will not be shortlisted.

                                And they started sending me the proforma invoices one after another and even not provide the time to think about it.

                                They have looted rs 250000 from me within half an hour in the name of job.

                                They have not explained me anything before at once i was online they started sending me the pi in the name of different services. I was full caught in the trap. I argue number of times with them what they are doing but they told me that it is the part of the services.

                                How a person can decide in such a short spam of time and with continuous pressure.

                                If they are genuine why they have not given the detail first day and then asked for the payment next day so a person can think over.

                                They had take rs 250000 within half and hour.

                                I had simple question why they did not provide the time to think over.

                                  I received a call from shine.com where the executive told me to pay 6000 for international job hunt and deducted rs 6136. Here is my order no: in20190405_189915_124420.
                                  After asking 20 times they told me there is no extra payment involved. And i was cheated there.

                                  Right after first payment i got another call from pooja who told me to pay 10, 000 more. I was upset because nobody told me when i asked. A female called naina said she was the manager and wrote an email that 10000 will be the last payment. I have attached the copy of the email. I have paid 10000. And from that day i have started receiving fraud calls from some fraud agents and the shine team as well has harassed me with calls asking me 17000 extra for jobs in australia. They have even asked me to share my account password on seek.com. Au.

                                  Nobody gives you complete information. Everybody is ready to write down in the email that this will be the last payment and then they ask more. They have cheated me and most importantly harassed me and taken away my hard earned money.

                                  I am a divorced single women and i don' want anymore harassment. I need my refund of rs 16000. I don't want any services and will never suggest anyone to do the same.

                                    I had paid 8000 rupees. They said that the money would be refunded within 1 week.
                                    Even after one week after me trying so many times they have sent a mail to me that money would be refunded in a span of 50 days. But they didn't refunded me.
                                    It has been nearly 2 years but i didn't get my money back....

                                    The executives had misleaded with informations and the entire process.
                                    In the final mail from mr. Shakir ali, it is clearly mentioned about the payments i had made and the amount i have to pay for remaining services.
                                    I had made the asked payment in the mail, instead they have send me one more payment link for the same amount which was not at all mentioned into the mail.
                                    The mail clearly says it was a final payment.
                                    When i discussed with mr. Ranjan, he was neither accepting the mail wordings nor accepting it.
                                    When i raised my opinion over this he was we won't start your service even if you have paid the payment.

                                    Please suggest what is suppose to be done in this regard.

                                    This invoice is no where mention in the final payment mail sent by MR.Shakir.
                                    He spoke over the call and said thus is the final payment and apart from this you dont have a single amount .
                                    When I made the payment then his subordinate scents me another link of 50000/-.

                                      I had received a call from aegis recruitment on 22nd jan 2019 saying she is hr and has recruitment found in one of the reputed company. I paid 1500 the next day as per their requirement. After making such payment, luckily when i checked the concerned company site couldn't find any such vacancy there. I don't understand how they see our resume in shine.com and make such calls. I had noted down the persons number. Since they told me will get refund after a mail has been dropped within 15 days no refund made yet. Earlier they told me it will be refunded in three months and dint tell me to send any mail. Later the executive told me to share my account number and told will be getting refund in sometime. Since then wherever i call her she is disconnecting the call. Please help me out in the scenario for refund of the amount. Please let me know what details more you want.
