I received a call from your end on 08/04/2019 regarding job openings in 3 banks as i was looking for a job. One girl was there and she asked me whether i am interested or not. I said i am looking for a job and then she told me that she is transferring the call to her supervisor who will help me out.

My call was transferred to mr ravindra. Mr ravindra told me that currently openings are there with 3 banks and i need to do the registration first. Then he told me that for registration purpose i need to pay rs 2, 950/- including gst. So i made the payment online at the same time.

Once the registration is done mr ravindra told me that for education verification i need to pay rs 7, 000/. I said fine. I also made the payment of rs 7, 080/- at the same time.
After making the payment of rs 7, 080/- mr ravindra asked me to pay rs 14, 160/- for employment verification purpose. I said i am having my relieving letter with me. But he said its compulsory to make the payment. Without that they can not schedule the interview.
He told me that once i paid rs 14, 160/- they will conduct one telephonic round of interview and with in 4-5 days physical round of interview will be conducted.

I asked him three times that this will be the last payment which i supposed to make? He said yes sir this will be the final payment which you need to pay and after that you don't have to pay anything. Once you pay rs 14, 160/- your telephonic interview will be scheduled and once that is done with in 4-5 days personal interview (One to one) will be done.
I have made the payment of rs 14, 160/- and then he told me that i will have to make another payment of rs 12, 000/- for profile activation. I said"i have asked you that this will be the final payment then you said yes this is the final payment." then how come you are asking me to make the payment of another rs 12, 000/-.
Mr ravindra said that for profile activation i need to pay the amount of rs 12000.
I told him that you never have said this before.
Before making payment of rs 14, 160 i asked three times to mr ravindra that this will be final payment which i will have to do.
He also confirmed that to me.
But later on he was asking me to make the payment for profile activation. I told him that i am not having that much amount with me right now. He said that you arrange the funds and make the payment.
I said that i dont want to do any registration and you cancel my request and refund my amount which i have paid till now.
He said that is not possible and i will have to make the payment.
I have informed him that my father is not well. He had 2 brain strokes and i was not working since last 8 months. And i need to also pay my emi's. Then also he was not ready to listen. He insisted for making the payment. He said i should borrow funds from my friends or from my relatives. I asked him to wait for 2 days but i could not arrange the funds. Then i asked him to cancel my registration. He was telling me that it can not be done.
Then he has initiated a cancellation request but i have not received refund as of now.
Also i have not received any communication from your end.

He also told me that he will be sending my details on my mail but i have not received any single mail from your end.
Last week i had escalated this issue and had a word with your manager mr. Suresh nigam.
Mr suresh told me that he has processed the request for refund and with in 3 working days it will be done.
As of now i have not received any funds in my account and i am trying to call mr ravindra but he is not picking up the phone. Its been 28 days now and i am in need of funds as i wanted to make my emi payment.

This is a clear example of giving false commitment and not giving proper information to customers. You want payment to be done on immediate basis but once payment is done, for refund you are not responding.

I am trying to call him up but he doesn't pick up my phone. I also sent him messages on his mobile number.

Request you to kindly look in to the same on priority basis as there is false and miscommunication from your end and do the refund on priority basis.
Also train your employees to give proper and complete information.

Two months back i had got call from person from shine.com n they asked me to pay some registration fee then they asked me to pay educational n professional summary charges with telling me the total amount they asked me to fill the form and charged nearly as.20000from me. From past some days i got call from [protected] number n they told me shine.com will refund you money since they have not provided any services to you but for that i need to fill rs.10 complaint for on worksinshine.com site.. While doing payment of rs.10 they send otp of rs.10000 n they debited my account for rs.10000 instead of rs.10 and they are not giving refund they did fraud debit please give me refund and take necessary actions. Sir I paid RS.3500 to shine.com . At first they asked to pay it as a charge to forward and highlight my profile to the company.
After that they told me that they are forwarding my call to some senior official who further asked me to pay RS.-6000 Additionally as my resume was not up to date. My name is SARWESH KUMAR JHA.

Your representative called me and said to generate a reference id for job and this process charged is 10 / rupees but when i continue this process than my 12500/ (First transaction is 1500, second transaction is 8000 and third transaction is 3000/-) amount will be deducted due to worng information by your representative.

I received a cl from shine regarding job in hdfc bank they told me to pay 1800rs which were refundable but during refund process they cut all my balance from my account which was about 13300 i called them many tym but they cut my cl n put it on switch off mode... Yesterday i got call from solar energy of india and they asked me to give money of 1550 to enroll in exams and they promised me to pay back tht money and provide me study material but now they r not receiving my call i had paid tht money now how i can get may money back and they told tht they got my details from shine the no[protected] and they make verification call from[protected]. Hi myself pooja and I was caught in to fraud by [protected]@outlook.com they offered me a job to hdfc bank n asked me to around 37000 which I paid.Starting they told me to pay around 1750rs and after telephone Interview they told me to pay 6500rs and latr on they told me to 10700rs fr sake of appointment letter and soon after that they told me to around 17500rs for the PRM travel Allowance from Delhi to hubli. Futher they are forcing me to pay around 22000 for the sake of agreement. Tied up between HDFC and Shine.com in total till now I paid around 37000rs for the whole process

I have a similar experience where someone from bright future consultancy registered on shine called to offer a job in airlines. They asked for rs. 1800 i knew at that time itself its fake. They are sending emails from [protected]@gmail.com and their whatsapp no. I have mentioned below. Their spoken english was so poor i could make out they are scammers. Evn their written english was pathetic. I have their txt msg attached as a snapshot and investigate on this whatsapp no. Below plz

On 13-May-2019 I has been asked to pay 1244/- amount for confirmation services, and he also promised that money will be refundable
And again they asked around 3000 for document verification and that amount will be refundable soon, but I felt something suspicious so asked them to refund my previously paid amount (1244/-). They asked to keep min. 10, 000/- in account or else money cannot be refundable, what kind of a policy this, so I asked to refund my previously paid money at any cost
Regarding this I dropped a mail to where I got "ConfirmationServices" mail. But I didn't find any further action is performing regarding this. So I had saved every call recording and mails which were sent by Shine and I hope my issue will be resolved soon.

Hi, I received call from shine.com Sudhanshu Gaurav regarding the Job services. They asked me to pay money of Rs 4719 which was one time payment to avail services. He again called asked to pay some more services 12376.01, 16024, 27660, 49083 and 49468.01 on 06.05.19.

Now Poonam and Gaurav again asking me for another transactions of rs. 40118 or no services will be active and all money paid will be lost.

I already asked I am not going to pay the amount as I have already paid so much money. Are this persons genuine from shine.com and if yes then why a candidate is not told about that for registering and availing services for getting a job candidate has to pay more then 150000.

I am attaching the final payment confirmation which was sent on 6th May in which they have mentioned no services or payment require still they are forcing me to pay. Today with same email contents they have mailed with different amount which also i am attaching for the reference.

This is mere cheating from shine.com or from there agents.

Dear, as received call from shine.com poonam and gourav regarding the interview services in branded mncs. They asked me to pay money to avail services which i paid rs. 105683 on dated 10.05.19 and 11.05.19. Supporting images are attached for clarification.
Now they again asked me for sixth transactions of rs. 50197. Which i had not aid due to insufficient amount in my hdfc account. Please let me know whether the transactional amount is genuine or fraud.
If fraud, i will file fir against the fraudsters.

Hello sir,

I have taken a paid service "job on the move" in 3776/- on 11 may 2019.
After paying this amount, they are doing only fraud commitment, and demanding more money for execute my service.
First mr rohit ([protected]) explained me wrong, then i have talk mr anuj anand[protected] for 51 minutes, he described me and i took service on his commitments. After that i got call from shine.com within minutes after sending the resume at 6.39. And they people analysed my resume and profile within minute and demanding 9746/- for next level. And one interesting thing is office timing is 9.30 to 6.30, they people are here for doing fraud commitments or making fool to others.
Now i don't want my service and don't want to move with fraud commitment providing company, want my money back with immediate effect.

I received a call from shine com a while ago where the lady (Anamika) from [protected] discussed about a paid search service for job. I agreed to hear about the same at a time which was favorable to me, i got a call again from [protected] which i missed.

Today i got a call from some lady priya ([protected]) who said she was from senior department (Finance) and started shouting on me for not picking up the phone when i was being called. I told her i might have been busy, but she was very rude

Questions to shine is
1. Are you guys so desperate for money that calling and misbehaving with someone just for sake of getting money seems ok to you.
2. That lady in question was not looking like ang professional job search assist. She looked like someone trying to escort money

I've opted for premium services in search of a job opportunity. I've been made to pay around rs. 4010/- and even confirmed over mail that no further payment would be required further but now i've been contacted for further payment and upon denying citing the mail confirmation, i'm told the process cannot be proceeded without payment and no service will be provided. This is a complete case of misleading people and cheating...
They assured me that they will send me 2 jobs per week but till date i have received two jobs that is also not as per my requirement.
Fraud they are, i have paid them on 27th march and till date they don’t respond.

This above mentioned person with a lady receiptionist running a fake job consultensy. Infect, i got a sms for airlines job and showed my interest to that, submitted the entire required document and i was asked over telephone to send a nominal service charge worth rs-1800 on 4th may’19 and i paid that again i got a telephone call that my resume has been selected for that post and requested me to prepare for online telephonic interview consequently i was interviewed through their cell phone using conference facility. The person on other side introduced herself as an indigo personal though she was uttering wrong english & her attitude was not like sort of that and yes i passed that interview. On 6th may they asked me again to pay 6, 500 and i paid that also. I was confused seeing all this suspicious as well as pseudo-activities. On 7th i got a call from the same no mentioning that i have to pay 50, 000/- in order to modify the offer letter to be given during afternoon session after realization the payment & joining date will be on 11th may at kolkata netaji subash chandra bose international airport. I stopped and asked to refund the entire amount worth rs (1800 + 6500) but they denied to do so and i faced the menace mentioning that all the higher police personnel in our surrounding area are in hand in gloves, so i must not make a blunder by putting complain as they are bribed in regular basis. The entire allied document attached with this for your kind perusal

I am complaining about the money that was not refunded yet.. Rs 2500 on 12/4/19, rs 6200 on 15/4/19, rs10400 on 17/4/19. She told me her name as priya. I was jobless and facing so many problems than i got an call from riya airline for ground staff at airport they influence me for fix job it's was bad luck which i trusted on them and i agreed to pay registration of rs.1500/- after that they scheduled my telephonic interview and they said you are selected and after some time demand arise of rs.4200 and 5100/ — for verification and modification if you will not pay registration and verification paid charges will not be refundable
They trap me so harmly and now i am so alone and helpless
Please team help me with this fraud and punish them what ever you can do from your hand please it's an humble request to you
