Received a foldable metal cot on june 8th 2018 purchased for rs 4250 against order no[protected]. My contact no [protected].
Product was a defective one. When unfolded, one side of the bed is higher than the other which makes is uneven which will make difficult to sleep comfortable. Also the cot frame legs are not straight and slanting which makes it look awkward. Also the quality of the metal is not good for the amount we paid. Pictures attached

I made a request of return on the same day as june 8th 2018. On june 12th 2018 i received a call from shopclues customer care and they told me that i am not eligible for a return under 10 days return policy protection as i am a bad customer who has a history of 50% items returned. Not what where do they get this information as i have only purchased twice from shopclues. If a product is defective they have to accept the return. These people are cheats by putting 10 days return policy.

I ain't received my product's refund yet. The last date of receiving my refund was 12 june 2018 but i ain't recieved my money till that date. I ordered my product on 24 may 2018 and received it on 27 may 2018 and because of the wrong product i filed a return. They picked it back but ain't refunded my money. Even they are not allowing me to contact with them. Whenever i call on there support number they didn't connect my call to there members.

Myself shankar mokashi i had ordered for order[protected] for curren round dial brown leather strap men quartz watch for men but it is in damaged condition. So i want to return it. I have called so many time and also mailed but ftom yojr side you have not taken on it. So please collect this damaged watch from me.

Ordered a reebok sandal yet it is not received.. Delivery date has already been passed. From the starting of it it tok while for a despatch process then it took of from up state while am in kerala.. And too this got too stuck in shipment every day.. Even am checking to wait any improvement

It's been quite a smoothy shopping with shop clues also been well satisfication.. Up to this product..

Dear sir, i ordered 15 lt. Swift aqva fresh ro uv water filter by online shopping from shop clues. They send me aqvagrand water filter with missing the main parts. On the packing box name is 15 lt. Aqva fresh ro water filter but in the box they send aqvagrand ro water filter with missing parts like membren which market price is 2000 ₹. The product is very chip and they chit mi.
Please give me justice.

Dear sir i sanjeev kumar order vizio 12 watt premium led bulbs 1200 lumens pack of 8 with 1 year warrenty through shop clues on 7th july2018. Today i received my order in which 7 bulbs are ok but one bulb is defective. I informed from where my order dispatched (Contact mention on packet) but he is not ready to pick this defective item. He is saying that you come to gazibad to replace that one. Sir we purchase something from online sites when we can not go out side to purchase i said. Shopclues not given any response. So sir its my request kindly replace that bulb either refund the cost of that bulb.

I also hve called customer service many time but but they also can't resolve my problm. They are only telling me that we will provide your order on 7 and again on 9 but til now they don't deliver me anything. Plse make delivry of my product as soon as possible. Purchased item cancelled by shopclues refund will not get until now

We purchased on samsung memory card on 07/05/2018 at rupees 450 32 gb samsung memory card wemade the payment through mobikwik.com payment wallet after two days they cancelled the order and refund amount to mobikwik.com, we received 450 rs
Then we again purchase samsung memory card from another seller at rs 480 that payment also we add balance amount 30 rs to mobikwik.com then we made the payment 480 rs after two days it also cancelled by shopclues we did not received the amount until now, when we call customer care we are getting error response we contacted mobikwik.com they are telling, we don't get any refund, shopclues is saying the amount already sent

Sir i had placed the order no. Vide oder no.[protected]for hwt golden quartz couple watches and after receipt the same were returned back due to non acceptable items. Shop clue has informed that refund for your shop clue aforesaid order processed on 14.05.2018 should reflect in your account with in 48 hours. The transaction number is[protected] and contract your bank. Till date no refund has been received. Requested for early refund please.

I order sandisk ultra 64gb uhs-i class 10 micro sd memory card but they sent samsung 64 gb memory card it was damaged it can't working if shopclues did not respond this mean i will put case about this so you will change it soon i had contact many time to seller but he is unavailable they are cheater if you can not change it i will complaint you in high court

As i m a regular customer of shopclues since last 2 years and more. This time i have been getting msgs and calls saying it is from shopclues and have received and rewarded as i have won a lottery of tata safari worth more than rs.12 lakhs. I have clearly told them a lot of times saying i m not at all interested in dealing with this, they r again and again calling or smsing me and forcing me to pay an amount of rs7000 and take the delivery of tata safari.

I hereby need the company to take an strict action on this matter or i will do the further needful legally.

There are so many returns made by me as everytime they send me either a defective product or a damage product and everytime option for my money refund is only there cluebucks (There own point system) my money is yet not refunded for this order as well ref: order number[protected]. They are such a fraud guys that they show images of a different product and send different product and everytime the quality is compromised and it is not as same as shown in the add... They play with consumers time and money and hence this time they are not even returning my money stating that the courier is not been delivered and as it has been returned from my door by 5th June 2018 and been delivered at agra depot since 3rd June 2018 pathetic courier service and pathetic working environment ... Zero values for customer ... I need my money back immediately

Requested refund and after 15 days the amount still did not reflect in my bank account. Tried contacting customer support through email but got nothing more than automated replies. It has been a stressful experience dealing with shopclues. I request all any perspective buyers to stay away from shopclues. The trouble isn't worth it. It's inevitable you'd experience some kind of issue and the customer support won't help you with anything. They have totally ignored all my requests for the transaction number of the refund as my bank said they needed it for the tracking the status of my refund.
