I have placed an order on 26th apr 2018 as quantum qhmpl qhm636 2.0 multimedia speakers (Color may vary) and order id:[protected]. Transaction is successful and but after i received an email and message from shop clues that
"your shopclues order[protected] was unsuccessful. You can retry the payment by clicking on the following link:". Then i placed new order again and book same product and ignore that mail. Now the product will be deliver by 2nd may. But the amount which was failure for 1st transaction does not reflected back to my account.

Can you please help here.

On enquiring said that he is from shopclues and you won a Tata indigo car on your product purchase on 25/4/18.He asked transfer rs10000 to acno [protected] mr.kari mandal, IFSC code-SBI0000190 for car handling & doc .HOW DID HE GET CONSUMES DETAILS, CONTACT NO FROM ONLINE SHOPPING SITE SHOPCLUES.COM. SHOPCLUES.COM should take care of their consumer's data secure.
Is there any security issues on online shopping, SHOPCLUES.COM

I have ordered the full track suit from shopclues with order id :[protected] but ireceived only track pant. I raised the return request to them but they showed carelessness and didn't come to pick the product. And after many calls on 20th april they called me and said we can't refund you because you have not contacted us earlier.

I have raised the return request on 6 april to them which is also mentioned in my orders with return id 6010875.

I feel like cheated since i have paid for the full track suit and they have unnecessary troubled me...

Kindly please help me as i have been cheated by shopclues and they are not even refunding my money.

Please donot purchase any products from this site. There courier services is very very bad not delivering the product in time, we have to keep follow up with them and the customer service is also bad. Instead of helping customer they are giving so many excuses and when we need their support we are not audible to them. So do not purchase any items from this site.

Helpdesk saying they cannot accept the return request as they have sent product ordered

I am saying they have sent the product but no Size as its ordered

This is direct cheating to customer and totally unfair

I ordered for combo for car bluetooth device + car mobile charger + aux cable + charging cable + otg through shopclues site - order no[protected] worth rs 249.00

Today i. E. On 21.04.2018 i receive the packet through xpressbees courier awb no[protected] and when i opened the same the products were not which i ordered i. E. Combo for car bluetooth device + car mobile charger + aux cable + charging cable + otg

But there was only 1 bluetooth music receiver. There was no car mobile charger + aux cable + charging cable + otg.

Further i informed the courier person also at [protected] but he said i am only delivery person so cannot help in my case. I paid him money also.

Kindly see the matter on urgent basis.

The shopclues delivered me wrong product which is different to that image and description that is mentioned on the shopclues site.
I have asked for return on the same day friday, 6 april 2018, when it was delivered but return request has been rejected without any reason. They cheated me by delivered wrong product.
I tried to contact them through phone. I have even sent multiple messages but no response.
Plz help me to get my money back.
