I have a call from the number [protected]. That i am the winner of shopclues lucky draw.
And i won the tata car worth rupees 600000 and for transfer the car the registration charge will apply of rs 8500.

Please solve the issue. The call i have received 2-3 time i already complaint to shopclues for keep safe the detail of customer information. But thecustomer information is leaked by shopclues...

Kindly do some needful

The craftroad 10 hookah was delivered the day before today on 31 may 2018 when i opened i got to know that there is hole in the hookah pipe due to which hookah cannot be used by us.. So please confir m request and replace only the hookah pipe otherwise i like the product. I like its colour and flavour.. I request you to replace it.. As soon as possible as i was so excited about this to deliver from your site

He is provided me the consignment/ track number i. E. Cj[protected]in, which is shipped by the speed post to the nearest post office, but there is no packet or box available at the post office, also today he is called for this item to be recieved from post office, but i m on doubtfull to this [person so please do some immediate effect, if it is fraudlent.

I have paid for an item online as they don't give cod option and then returned on 11th of may. 14th of may they said they have refunded and since 24th of may i have been regressly following up and they have been extending the dates. I have got so many abusive calls and stating that they have been calling me from shopclues and some how they had all the information of my past shopping history and my address too, i informed shopclues abo it too but no action taken. Now i am so fed getting my own money my order i'd is[protected].

We have received the item on 14th november 2017, but we are unable to use this mobile.. There is no network... My brother was trying to reach the customer care number... But there was no use. Yesterday we have given this mobile to the service center for repair. But the service engineer was saying that this mobile we cannot repair...

I had ordered for a hard disk and the shipment turned out to be empty and when i raised a return request both the seller and the shopclues agent are denying it saying it's delivered it's a website that loots money of the poor people. I paid almost 6000 rupees for the product and they duped me

Although shopclues.com has the worst products and vendors out of all other ecommerce platforms.
But recently i have noticed that they have started selling customer information to fraud callers. Recently i placed an order and very next day i got a call that i have won maruti car on shopclues. Send us 7000 for registeration and we will deliver you car.
I have discussed this with my friends and they have also faced same issues with shopclues.
Either shopclues itself make those fraud calls to loot money from people or they sell customer information to others, because that guy had all my order information and shipping details as well.

I m order mobile phone but i courier received outer packing is good but inner packing is open and mobile phone is changed inner packing mobile phone is old model phone inner packing and i complaint shopcluess customer care but my return request is rejected by customer care and my order id is[protected]
But shopcluess company is fraud i don't believe it.

I contact to the company for replacement but they were not giving him any satisfactory response by customer executive (Sapnachauhan, kiran), every time they were giving him excuses, so now hi wants to file a complaint against them. Your team had send me messages that i had won a prize money, they contacted me a several times, they even send me a prize ticket with the official logo of shopclues, as already i was a verified customer of shopclues i relied on the person and had credited a registration charge. They told they would transfer the money within a few minutes.. Time to time they asked for a few more transfers to their bank account to recive my prize. And lastly all my money went wasted.. They took help of your site to fool people.

I have bought ikall k71 mobile on 17/3/18. When i got this mobile and going to switch on, it is found restart problem. After that i just went out for my office trip so couldnot complaint about this. Today i get some time and lodging the complaint for the mobile.

I have ordered a nikon battery en el9a from shopclues with order id[protected], it is infomed me that the item will delivered through xpressbees courier service. But not received the item even after the time told by them. After many enquiries they informed me that the courier service cant deliver the item to my address, so returning to the source. Also informed that the refund will be after 5/6/2018, which is very long. I am in need of the item urgently so refund the amount immediately.

I have mentioned my contact info and address correctly (Vijay natu gaikwad, pin-421303, aagar vyavasthapak niwas, s. T. Depot, wada - manor road, opp. Nyayalay, viveknagar.), thou blue dart says area inaccessible. Since my area is the main part of town they said that its not accessible.
I have attached some screenshots of their messages saying area inaccessible. I got this messages every time i tried to contact blue dart.

I tried very much for support from bluedart but they didnt supported my queries and problems.
Finally i physically visited bluedart office which is situated far away from my area (At padagha).
Blue dart agent when called to him always said that he will delever order next day. After that he never answered my calls and he never deleverd my orders untill i visisted their office.
This was very embarrasing and shameful act of bluedart agents.
Blue dart is very inappropriate and they dont support any customer issues.
If i have to pay shipping charges then shopclues and their courier partners are responsible for timed dellevery at mentioned address. As your courier partner wasnot able to delever order at time you have to return my shipping charges to me.

I brought this product of 3 led bulb combo (5 watt).. But out of three, two were damaged.. The internal part of the bulb is detached from the base of the bulb.. I don't know whether it even glows.. It might get damaged if i put it in socket.. I want to return this back and get a replacement of other two bulbs. Please help..

I received call on my registered mob number in shopclues from [protected]. Surprisingly the caller had info about my last order and address mentioned in the order and name. He told me that i won tata safari. To claim the prize or equivalent money i have to deposit registration money in their bank account. The account details are ifsc code sbin0002021. Account number [protected] name rishav karar. Another account number [protected] name jiriya devi. The account details were shared in what's app number +[protected]. When i told them i will complain about your fraud calls and your attempts to make the shopclues customer fool they challenged me and shopclues to do whatever i or shopclues do. Please look into the matter. I will provide you the call recorded and the screen shot of the whatsapp conversation.
