Sir i got a call from [protected] staing that i won a car and asked for my bank details to be sent sms to [protected] and help line no as [protected] and adked me to pay 6600ad service tax. Plz check how my cell no gone to this kind of people till now i didnt get such things after i ordered from shopclues only iam getting such ones. Thats annoying a lot

Sir i order combo pack footwear but the iteam is only pair can i recieve and i pay money in online also. My order id is[protected] i have all the proofs and i complaint to the direct shoper kantha enterprises kanpur up-208012 plesase take the action and send me the 2nd pair,, other wise i complaint to consumer court. I have the proofs also please take the serious action.

I had message from [protected] and this fellow was saying me that i had won a prize of shopclues 10 year anniversary lucky spin and won a prize of 12 lakhs and was telling to make payment of 9000. and then i bargained and he came. to 3000 and lastly i said no for him and i had maked one mistake that i send him my bank dataiks so plzzzz don’t accept if they try to take or Cover money from instead just shout at them and disconnect the call

We are repeatedly getting fraud calls on behalf of shopclues.com

Claiming for lucky winner or car and cash

Below are the details i would like to share in against the call received

A) name of the person calling: vinod kumar

B) address: 44 bahari ghat colony seth bagan road swami gs school, kolkata 700030

Request to maintain as much much as possible the personal details that we share while placing the order, as these people have started asking for account number, bank details and what not.

My order no is[protected], I have order for two pieces and paid for two pices of bed sheet each 199x2 Rs.398 but received only one piece, I have try to complain previously on the day I received the goods, but not succeeded and write in the box for giving opinion. order dated 12/7/2018.and delivered on 18/7/2018. please send my short delivery goods . or money back.

I was called by a so called shop clues executive who offered me A Tata Safari car or 12, 50000 amount in the bank account as the first prize of a lucky draw. To obtain it I would have to submit a registration fee of 4500 within a day. Is this genuinely upheld by shopclues? Please inform fast.Today morning we got a call from the no [protected] saying that you won a TATA SAFARI car . Below message received from the name of RM-SHPCLS

Time 9am to 5 pm.

After this I asked him send a official email to my id but he refused to send the mail saying that i[censored] need any clarification regarding I will tell you over phone only. Also he said you deposit the amount in advance for registration fees. If you wish to deliver your car at your home we will deliver from here but first you diposit Rs. 7000/- either you collect all the amount in your bank account but first diposit 4500/- for registration and send your account no. and aadhaar number. He also insisted us to check his aadhar card and i card to make us believe that he is not fake. But I still want to confirm. Please reply.

Hi,

I was purchase clock on shopclues & There are 18 butterfly missing and very cheap product. its totally different which i saw on app.

I request to return on same date on same time of delivery but there is no answer after passing 3 days of time.

On Shopclues App its shows that if you are not satisfied its easy to return the products, I place return order on same time of delivery but no one can give me answer.

I want my hardcore earn money back.

I think some of the Shopclues employee are into this fraud call. I could request you to please take action otherwise i might do police complaint on ShopClues. Order id:[protected], was placed on 5th july for puma shoes. But they provided shows which were a bit worn out. So, i filed a return request in regards to the order. The return order was picked up by the shopclues guy and since then, i've written multiple complaints in regard to this matter and they've not refunded my money yet. The pickup guy did not provide me any receipt for the courier but the company authorities keep asking me about the receipt.

Please help me in this regard as at this point, i'm literally helpless.

I have ordered few items through shopclues recently.
A call came today to me claiming that they received order through shopclues and i have been selected winner in their lottery system & i have won a mahindra four wheeler and i can choose to pay some token amount & receive the vehicle or choose to get money instead of vehicle. When i told them not interested in your offer, he said i can chose to close the call.
The call came from number [protected].
It is sad that shopclues share our contact details with vendors who try to fool people.

Today was heights. Received two calls early morning, claiming employees were from shopclues. One of them, i recorded the call. He cut the phone as soon as i told him that this will be sent to the police. And let me tell you this is the third time i've received such calls, even after intimidating the company about this, and sending them the numbers the calls came from with the call recordings. The company has not done anything at all. I will sue for legal action if the company does not take notice of this harassment, because this is the third time this has happened and now, it's happening too frequently. Two calls was heights today!

They finally said we did not pick up your product but actually pick up was done 20 days before, every single day i use to call up them and ended up wasting my time
Finally after their confirmation that pick up was not done, i have sent mail to [protected]@shopclues.com and i got message that refund approved and amount credited to bank!

But when i logged in to the net banking and checked it was not creditedreversed

Last time when i puchased the product the told me you won car worth rs. 12, 80, 000. And if you wish to take a car then you have to submit transportation charges and if you wants to take cash then you have to submit noc transfer charges.
