Rs.6, 20, 000/- also calling too much time for deposit the money of rs.8500.00 in his account either give her account to take the money. Also they have send massage for winning of lucky draw.

When i order this mobile set it looks very beautiful but when i received that pruduct that product was totally different . So when it was reached at me i feel so dissapointed because it was not a satifactory product and also the model was too old.i an also a customer of shoopcus but this priduct was nit good.my previous product are nice but it was not.so i want my money back.

When I regect this offer he say some abuse word for me..****####**and shouted on me

The sender was IM-SHPCLS. Just now I received a phone call from the following number: [protected]. The caller spoke in hindi and some bad english about the subject on sms. I hung up and told him that I was reporting this to cybercrime. I think someone is abusing my shopping order and user data

I have received a call asking for Rs.8500-/ and claiming that I am winner of a lucky draw organised by ShopClues And have won a Mahindra XUV. I can take the car or market price of the car as I may wish.
Although I am aware that it's my responsibility to act properly in this cases.
But I m aggrieved because I am curious to know that how the fraudsters came to know my order & shipping details.
I have not believed in any of these calls but m deeply concerned about my privacy.

Shopclues is a one of the biggest fraud company I have ever seen not only buyer even the sellers on Shopclues have a too bad experiences. They are just there too make money. There is no proper system in place for anything like other marketplaces and even their customer support is too slow in responding and are of no help. Being a seller with Shopclues I really had a very bad experiences. Inspite of contacting and highlighting issues multiple times did not get a proper response and help. The chargers of Shopclues is already too high on the top of that they have N number of deductions giving you some or the other reasons. The RTO rate in Shopclues is too high, may be because I got to hear that Shopclues gives fake orders too and then they have their own charges that they deduct from you for RTO. I took my store offline multiple times and this was the fourth and last time I made it online to see if there was any improvement done by shopclues, but I really regret as I lost money of so many orders to shopclues and on the top of that they are asking me to pay more to activate my store. I say shopclues you eat all my money that they have, as they do always. I will not pay a peny more and will never return back again. I am taking my store offline permanently and deleting it. And it's my humble request to all Shopclues seller please do not sell on Shopclues and fall in their trap and waste your money, time and energy. It is really so annoying and frustrating, just of no use.

To start with, I am not sure how much WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM is concerned about CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SERVICE AND SATISFACTION.



Finally, I have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to other Brand. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a HUGE ORGANIZATION. I have been using your products for so many years. But I guess I should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE" which WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM has given me.



As everyone says, in today's world the quality of SERVICES goes equally down when the quantity of PEOPLE consuming those services goes high.



It is the approx. UNLIMITED time in a row that I have to call WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE repeatedly for more than days, to add to my agony, whenever I call the CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE, I get to know that my Service Request status is closed without the issue being addressed at all. I don’t understand as to how you can consider an issue to be resolved when the person who is supposed to be fixing it does not even do anything.



As I Purchased a ELECTRIC WAX HEATER AUTO CUT from WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM with order number [protected], with THE COMPLAINT NUMBER : 6549694 AND RETURN ID: 6327592



The product delivered was damaged from inside and register the complaint at customer care number –[protected], finally got a call from[protected] spoke with the customer agent stating that the case had been already closed ( as without informing the customer) and due to maximum returns the product cannot be exchanged or returned and neither the money would be refunded as IT SEEMS THAT OUT OF 19 TIMES 14 TIMES THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED AND ITS MAXIMUM TIMES ITS BEEN RETURNED OR REFUNDED AND IF TRY TO PUT A REQUEST THE COMPUTER WILL AUTOMATICALLY REJECT THE REQUEST) HENCE THE AGENT WAS SO RUDE THAT HE WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN TO ME AND WAS VERY MISBEHAVING STATING THAT IT SEEMS THAT IT’S A CUSTOMERS FAULT AND I (CUSTOMER) HAVE DID IT INTENTIONALLY. FINALLY NO BODY IN ENTIRE SHOPCLUES WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP AND I ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISIOR AND THE AGENT REFUSED THE REQUEST TO CALL HIM. I ASKED THE AGENT IF THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED 14 TIMES OUT OF 19 TIMES THEN WHY THE PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP AND BEEN LYING IDLE AT MY PLACE. ITS COMPANY POLICY HE SAYS. FINALY I GOT A CALL AGAIN WITH THE NUMBER[protected] STATING THAT THE ENTIRE SHOPCLUES IS AGAINST THIS ORDER AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED AS ITS HAS BEEN SEND WITH PROPER QUALITY CHECK AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED THIS TIME.



Now I have full confidence in WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM’s MOTO, which is “LET THE CUSTOMER SUFFER FOR THE MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE BY SUBSCRIBING TO WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.”

I think if my complaint is un-resolved for more than 4 days, other would also be facing the same problem and are being HARRASED by your CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE. I guess this is the way YOU have decided to do BUSINESS (Correct me if I am wrong).



I have been with WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM for more than year now, not because I did not like any other brand but because I never expected this kind of PATHETIC service by this big company. I think now the time has come where I, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where I did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when I am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue my WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM fixed line connection remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting WORST day by day.



I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your SALES and MARKETING team because COMPANIES here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and I would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.

I had purchased a wax heater and the product was delivered bad and damaged and as per the return policy its been days i have complaining and filing a ticket number to shop clues but there is no contact from them neither from there team ... Ki dly help my refund back else my 10 days of their return policy will expire.
