Hi I am javeed beigh from Bangalore, I had order brown tape 24mm *65 mtrs(48 pcs) but received only one piece. I had asked for return request on 9th June.
For the request I received a chat that 5 quality test is been done And final outcome is that the complete product was delivered. How can u people decide with out having check the stock I received. I have not yet opened the pack. It is as it is as I received.
So I would request u ma'am to first check with the product I received.
Then later decide.

The person called and cheated in the name of shopclues saying Tata safari offer.He had received 120000 money frm us to the SBI bank in names of Arun ravidas, subramani, Anu Raj.Again he is demanding fr the money and he is not returning our money.

while ordering shopclues showing good item and delivery has been made local item.

Received different item and we have paid the amount to delivery person.

we have informed to customer care but no response from them.

I have wasted ₹6500 in fraud call from shopclues head office and they are demanding ₹10000 more to get the lucky draw amount of ₹4.5. Lakh which i think is totally a fraudulent case
Please send me a written clarification regarding this so that i can use it as official evidence during legal proceedings. As i have already collected the contact and detalis of the callers and they are demanding the clarification from shopclues and also the cyber police is demanding the same. Please send me a written official clarification about this

I got this message today on behalf of shopclues. I'm sure that this is not genuine. How come they know that I have purchased a product from shopclues. My privacy is compromised by shopclues. Kindly look into this matter. If it is genuine, authenticate it via mail.

You are telling us that we get the cashback and the cluesbucks after the product is delivered to us.
But I didn't receive any cluesbucks or cashback.
Take an immediate action against this or else I have to take it by myself.

I have ordered a "multicolor black print round neck basic for women (Pack 2)" with order id:[protected] on 08/06/2018 with payment mode cash on delivery earlier later as it is not responding, i have done the payment through my debit card and the amount from my account has also been deducted later they said that they couldn't dispatch the item due to delay from the merchant so, we requested for cancellation and refund but, they said that they are going to dispatch the item but, we didn't received any product. So, we are requesting the amount back. To do the same when we went through the account there it is showing that the product is ordered for cash on delivery but the amount from my account is deducted and didn't received any refund till now and we also regret that we didn't receive any call form the you for the dispatchment even we only found it through the message and information in the website not even a call to alternative phone number

Its very unfortunate to inform you that, i had placed order for winstar c1gold colour. I received blue which was wrongly sent by you. I returned back the product and ordered for blue colour again. But i received pink colour mobile. Its too pathetic. This is too much harassment and i fail to understand why cant you deliver the right product. Iam not at all satisfied with shopclues. Please dont harass a customer like this.

I have ordered two items from shopclues.com this week.
I got a call from the mobile number [protected] with name pragati kumar saying that i won a lucky draw worths 12 lac or safari car from shopclues. He asked me to pay rs 9500 before 12 pm as a registration fee to receive that prize.
I strongly believe that it is a fake call. Hence i request you to take proper action as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that this is really disappointing. I have never experienced such bad services through online purchasing. I just can't understand that if you people can deliver the courier to my shipping address than how it is possible that you can not arrange pick up for return for the same address.

I ordered brain freeze and paan rasna flavours that is clearly written in the order but i received chocolate and pineapple flavours. This is seriously ridiculous that you are shipping anything inspit of exact order.

I would like to request you that kindly arrange pick up for the same address as soon as possible else i have to take serious action against it. This is not at all acceptable that you are harrasing customers after making orders.

Refund not yet received

Today i got call that i have won a car. The person said me to deposit 7500 in a/c ([protected]) with ifsc code - (Sbin0018482) also the a/c holder name is given shantosh nayak.
They said you have won car worth 9.5 lakhs.
Serious action should be taken against these fraudsters.
The said me i have 2 options either i get car or cash. To get cash i need to deposit 7500 and for car i have to deposit 16000.

Sir my name is Rohit Gill from Punjab amritsar and I have compline that I had a call on 18-6-18 in the morning and he said that he calling form ShopClues company and the said I won TATA SAFARI car but they said first you have deposite Rs12000 and I deposited in their account and that person name is Gautam Kumar . Sir please help me I want my money back please give some response . I'll be very thankful to you.

I have purchase watch from shopcules order no:[protected]. When it is deliver i found product is damage from that day i from trying to call customer support not getting any response. Same day i have mailed from [protected]@gmail.com. I don't any revert on it. Even whatsapp also then also them response. Calling day no reponse.

Funny thing i am not getting order in my account of shopclues.

Recently we were a victim to a paytm fraud where fraudulently our paytm otp was taken and some fraud transactions were done. On enquiry with paytm it is found that the transaction is done with shpoclues

So please stop these transactions as an fir also have been lodged

As we have ordered a jeans pant we got color difference so we have given return that product. But there is no refund of money up to now as we return the product but there is no refund of money. As we have updated the correct bank details of that product to get refund of money pls note it. It's very emergency to me. And even sent that msg is it will be by today up to now there is no refund please check as early as possible of my problem.

I’m ordered mobile of rs. 2073/= at 25/05/18 they said delivery at 05/06/18 by last mile courier but they can’t deliver to me even today.
