It is to inform you that I did purchase a windows 7 cd key from your seller naming PANKAJ SINGH who gave me a key which did work only for 15 days and then it did stop working as I inserted the key again it said the key has been blocked by microsoft. Please look upon this else I'd have to place a consumer forum complaint.

They are often calling me and telling that you have won a car and cash with options... Whether u want u cash or car... They are asking like that... With different numbers... Telling me that have to pay registration amount of Rs. 5200.

I ordered GTA 5 City but no refund was given by the company when I cancelled the order. Refund money was 1449
What can i do now??

I purchased a cell phone on 05/06/18 from ShopClues. And this phone made automatic switched off.and maximum battery backup 50 to 60 minutes. I contact to customer care for replaced .but he refused.

This is just FYI that customer are receiving fraud message of winning prize/amount in monsoon dhamal contest.
I expect some sort of action from side to just make customer aware about such messages or emails.
Please update your site by addressing customer about this fraud.

मैंने online वेबसाइट shopclues से एक मोबाइल (Samsung M01 Core Blue 2GB RAM 32GB ROM 5.3 inch Display 3000 mAh battery) Order ID[protected] से 23.01.21 को रू 5439/- में खरीदा था । यह मोबाइल मैंने अपनी रिश्तेदार के लिए बुक किया था । मोबाइल पसंद नहीं आने पर मैंने shopclues से इसे reverse pick-up करने के लिए कहा । shopclues ने इसे नामी courier से वापिस भेजने के लिए कहा । अत: मेरे कहने पर मोबाइल प्राप्तकर्ता ने यह मोबाइल DTDC गुरसहायगंज की प्रीमियम सेवा DTDC Plus से 17.02.21 को courier संख्या V61245264 से रू 550/- का भुगतान कर इसे shopclues के पते Pikndel Pvt Ltd, B-84 Okhla Industrial Area, Phase – 2, New Delhi-110020 (Ph no.[protected] पर भेजा । Courier 19.02.21 को shopclues को प्राप्त हुआ । रिफंड न मिलने पर जब मैंने shopclues को ई-मेल लिखा तो उन्होने मुझे 24.03.21 को बताया कि उन्हें गलत प्रोडक्ट मिला है ।
मेरा शत-प्रतिशत मानना है की हमारा भेजा हुआ मोबाइल निश्चित रूप से Pikndel या shopclues ने जालसाजी/चोरी से बदल दिया है ।
अत: महाशय, आपसे निवेदन है कि मुझे न्याय दिलाएँ तथा मेरे मोबाइल तथा courier की राशि (रू. 5989/-) मुझे दिलवाने का कष्ट करें ।

I booked an item Prijam Knife Cf-05 Mini Pocket Blade Sports Outdoor Knife with Torch for Camping Hiking with order I.D :[protected] through Shopclue.com in COD Rs.728/-.I returned the material due to wrong sent, But I got Rs.188/- only & Rs.540/- was not got yet .Kindly looks the matter & refund me.

While shop online i purcharse 2 watch and participate lucky draw contest on that special day, and i won that lucky draw contest, i have message from shop clues, and mentioned your contact person no. i try to contact, but no answer from your people. i think shop clues cheated me, otherwise i file case against you, reply soon
