I've ordered panasonic t50 battery on 13th may, 2017. Battery is not working in phone, when called call center for the replacement, they had asked to charge for minimum 3 hours, i've tried charging it 5 hours instead of 3 hours yet it is not working. When called call center, they had promised delivery of 2 days, it's 7 days now, yet to receive new battery. Also, no one responding nor ready to give anything in writing for replacement of product. Also no one reached to collect dead battery!!

Dear shop clues team i have ordered kids printed cotton t shirt combo pack of 5 which is small in length & size i need to refund the item and want to buy the bigger size please suggest me how to refund the item please let me know the procedure.

Beware of their sales managers they are making false commitments with the merchants only to protect their jobs as well as to achieve their targets. I am one of their victims. Few days ago i had received a call from ankit chaudhary one of their sales boy. He sold me a package and promise me that i will take care of your store and also had commitment me that i will improve the rating of your products as well as store. He had promised me that i will submit your all products on the deal i have his mail confirmation but as i had paid the amount this guy stopped to pick my calls. No. Of times i have raise the tickets as per shop clues policy but there is no solution. His seniors as well as mates are trying to protect him. They are not giving me any solution to solve this issue.

I request to all my merchant brothers please beware of their sales boys like (Ankit chaudhary).

I ordered 2 floor cleaning mops as the price was low(Rs.109each). The order was successful but shopclues canceled it stating that the pricing was wrong. I've ordered that product as its price was low and now when I've ordered they are saying that nothing can be done. I've called customer care many times and also gave them warning that I'll lodge a complaint but they neglected it. Now I'm here raising a complaint against them. I ordered panasonic phone on 12th may it was delivered on 20th may.. Prodect found defective i filled return on same day... I contect to customer care.. They asked me to go to service center bcs it is covered under manufacturer warranty... No were it is written that in case of defective product i have to go to service center... I need my refund of money back...

I had facing problem with shopclues, i have purchased tshirt from shopclues & quality is to bad that why i want to return product, i had registered return complain on 14 may 2017 10 days left but my money is still i have not received,

Why this online sites is taking our money so long and not refunding us.

I have tried to mail shopclues & contact but no one is responding.

They dont care for customer, i want my money refund as earliest possible.

I had purchased two mobile sets by shopclues services and the the product have manufacturer defects so i want to return the product but service provider not responding after complaints many times in their guarantee period my order no is[protected] and retailer is edge infotech pvt ltd c 290 mayapuri industrial area new delhi complain no #1954581 and i have to submit all important information of the product and bank details to the service provider in regarding to this issue

I have ordered a i phone 5 on 25 mar 17. Product have received on 2nd april but in this sensor is not working and front camera not working. After that i logged complain on 08 april for return product but there was no response from you guys. Still i have called so many times but problem not resolve and no body response from you. We ordered for nokia lumia charger data cable for all. We received a simple nokia charger. We contacted your supplier gramer grocery bhaiji patel street, nava bazar vadodara-390006, gujarat. Vadodara, gj-390006.
They told that as it is available we will send. After 15 days they told to contact customer care. Your customer care told that the date is expired.
Let me know that this is your way of business to cheat the people.
Hope that you will resolve the problem. Other wise we shall have to search other option and we will spray this matter to all our concern.

I have ordered two unisex hot shaper slimming belt neoperene waist band sweat fat burn, but i received only one which is damaged. So i requested your consumer care and registered my complaint my reference no are 1898905, 1944595, bur no response from your end, this is not at all fair. Non of them reply and when i cal they say technical problem. Very sad site which every i seen.

I have ordered a kurta from shopclues.com on 21 March 2017 and on 25 March 2017 the website started showing it as delivered. I contacted the customer care after that and have been contacting to them till today. 2 months have passes and the customer care is not at all helpful. They first did not address my problem and do not receive my calls. Then after so many mails there courier partner contacted me and confirmed to me that the product was not delivered to me. even after so many mails and acknowledgement of fault from their side, they have declined my refund.

That was calling tablet which worked only for 3 days and became dead.
I contacted customer care of shopclues for replacement they told to bring jobsheet from service center on[protected] and provide them on mail which was done by me 29-04-17.
I cantacted the customer care to intimate that i have mailed the job sheet to proceed the request the person said it is complete and he has sent it for further process.
On 10-05-17 they send me a mail that jobsheet provided by me is incomplete i. E after 12days so i remailed the jobsheet.
No reply from the company's side but then again contacted after receiving no update on 16-05-17 then they sended me mail that revert will be given by 18-05-17 but till that date no update given then i again contacted on 18-05-17 they highlighted mail on my request and said to revert by[protected].
Till 21-05-17 no replacement came and no update.
I think this is worst company from which i have ordered a product. I am without phone from last 20 to 25 days.
I contacted on 21-05-17 customer care they told within 2 working days they will update.
They continuosly says they will update but not providing any date when it will be replaced and saying if person come for picking up product and product would come to customer after 7-8 working days. So please get my product replaced as soon as possible.

I have ordered two kurtas from shopclues and filled return request the same day on 4th may, 2017... I got refund of one kurta i. E ₹428 but amount of other kurta ₹400 has not been refunded till now.... I have wrote so many mails but all in vain... Its been 18 days, i have not got any positive response from shopclues... I am attaching pic having details of my order...

I have order a product name Event 2.1 speaker and received the product on 6 may 2017 and when I received the product it was not working so without delay I raised the return request but till now not getting any positive response from your concern team when I call your executive hold the call and ask for 2-3 working day.
So please get my problem resolved as on urgent basis

I have got the delivery of white shirt and it was very dirty and colour apply. I ahve called shopclues and explain they have suggested to courier faulty shirt at ludhiana shopclues address and same i have courier by dtdc courier pod number is m51618164. I have paid 100% amount and return the shirt address given by shopclues but till now there is no delivery and singal revert.

On 20 may 2017 i received my order no.[protected] but after opening the packet one item was missing that was washing machine cover, amountig Rs 207. I contacted the following ph no that was given on that packet but i was unable to contact.so kindly solve my problem as immediately as possible. Otherwise i will not take my other orders given to shopclues.com.

On 16.05.2017 at about 4pm i received my parcel vide order i.d no.[protected], but after open the parcel only one t-shirt has been found out of 2 t-shirts (Demokrazy Pack of two 6633 amounting Rs. 523/-, order on 8.5.2017), immediately call back to customer care free call no., but unfortunately no executives received the call till now, i made a complaint through your mail i.d, but no body response in this regard, would you please sent the rest item as per my said order.

I have ordered Nova 2 in 1 hair straightener and curler but today I received the product as I opened the product I found that it's a wrong product delivered to me. I have ordered Nova 2 in 1 hair straightener and curler but I got Nova ceramic hair straightener. Also the plastic of that product is of poor quality. This is really disappointing. I want u to replace the product from that which I ordered. Otherwise I will file a case of fraud against u people in consumer court. I request you to replace my product as early as possible.

I order two jeans pant combo pack and the pre payment by debit card and mentioned to deliver on my office address but Saturday office remain closed.
I got message that they are making refund on 22/04/17 but till date no refund.

Sir i tried ordering some products like driller and when i search for my pincode 795138 it says cod is available however when i try to order the products the cod option is disabled. So please can you look into the matter. I will order some products where there are cod option. Please can you fix the problem asap.
