I have order girls printed cotton tops set of 5 on placed on 07 jun, two time wrong product was delivered, i am very fed up with shopclues.

The package i received didn't at all contain the phone. The parcel was empty. Only the dash charger and the cable to the charger was included. I wanta refund to my product. This is really bad.
Shopclues merchant exoctron banglore was responsible of this order. The refund is now rejected by the merchant i. E. Exoctron.

Agent of the company at bace bridge informed me over phone that he cannot deliver the product to 1st floor at 3/22 south behala road, sarkel hat colony kolkata-700061 as the company has no other boy to deliver the product.
