I am praveen kr tripathi. I order a book named "cyber crime and fraud management" on 15/06/2017 at 5:45:48 pm. I got the delivery on 20/06/17 near about 6:30pm. On opening the courier I got the book with name " prevention of cyber crime and fraud management" which is not the book that I have order. You can clearly see on the side about the both books. So I get the wrong book Please change the book as soon as possible or return my money. This book is useless for me. Take appropriate action. Book is send from ASHA BOOK HOUSE.

Today i've received my courier which had ordered on 14th july 2017 by delivery boy. At the time of delivering he talked very carelessly and rashly to me. And he also took extra money excluding (Cost of item, taxes, delivery charges) which was fixed by shop clues at the time of placing order.
So, i need to know why this happens. I suggesting you that please don't join these type of delivery boys. He really misused his job.

So, please i will never place any order on shop clues. Because delivery boys are behaving rashly, carelessly. They made me irritating on shop clues

I got iball commando 2.8 inch dual sim mobile to day it self. But the camera was not working good. I cant save any images and vidoes to my memory card or phone. I cant satisfied with ur service i think it a fault& old product.
So please take return the product immediatly and refund the amount urgently my mobile no[protected] reply soo

I have order girls printed cotton tops set of 5 on placed on 07 jun, two time wrong product was delivered, i am very fed up with shopclues.

First order on 07 jun girl's printed cotton tops (Set of 5) order id:[protected], received on 13jun, wrong prodct is received (Pant received),, same day i have requested for return, carrier namenuvo - doorstep-rvp shipment date 15 jun 2017, tracking numberscq24082871, yesterday (19 jun) i got parcel in that also my product that is girls printed cotton tops set of 5 is not there, a small single towel, i spoken to customer care simply said cancelled the product get the money back, same i have done it, i have requested cancelllation, today courier guy came and collect it, now i have wait for money.

2nd think, i have requested for om shree multicolour cotton kids rib track pant (Pack of - 5), order id:[protected] order on 8 jun, amount was debited in my card, product not received, i have spoken to customer care, they told me your order not confirmed, you get money within 7 days, today is 20 jun, still amount is not received, i have my bank statement also. No response till now

I got the lesson from shopclues

I cancelled two product, since amount was not refunded, i am keep on sending reminders for my payment, no response

I have purchased fidget spinner and this is defective item. So i returned this on date of 1 June. When i am returning this product to delivery boy at that time i am asking for my money so he says me your money returned in one week. But at that time my money is not return and i am send mail to shopclues but they not gave me perfect answer . So please help me

We not happy with your product we rejected it and reutrn we not recive any product by courier. Now till today we not recieved our payment we made payment with netbanking and we want to refund our payment in my account as early as possible.
If not refund my payment in two days i make complaint consumer court.

The package i received didn't at all contain the phone. The parcel was empty. Only the dash charger and the cable to the charger was included. I wanta refund to my product. This is really bad.
Shopclues merchant exoctron banglore was responsible of this order. The refund is now rejected by the merchant i. E. Exoctron.

Let's talk about the time saving online shopping websites which can make you a pry for what you buy is not actual but the copy of what is shown. As i have had bad experiences with online shopping websites like amazon for but it was very well executed & addressed.

Out of which shopclues.com is the pathetic portal to place an order customer care team is like govt. Office. Very slow. A sort shipment product which is still not been refunded order id:[protected]order placed on 7th jun 2017. Order was delivered on thu, 15 jun' 17. Customer care team asked for send images on mail id [protected]@support. Shopclues.com.

Whenever i send images it failed err message is invalid request. I asked support team to provide alternate e-mail id they said that officially they can’t give. So please do something and to way out from situation..

Agent of the company at bace bridge informed me over phone that he cannot deliver the product to 1st floor at 3/22 south behala road, sarkel hat colony kolkata-700061 as the company has no other boy to deliver the product. But i the cost of the product includes delivery charges also. How shall i get this product?

As on today (June 16, 2017), even after several calls, emails neither the replacement done nor the amount is refunded.

Hii this is vipin kanwar here, i placed my order by 7.06.2017 & i did not received the order till now, please resolve this issue as i have paid for this. I need response regarding this asap. Out of which shopclues.com is the pathetic portal to place an order with. A defective product which is returned has still not been refunded post 1 week.
Where others (Named above) does the same in the very next hour of returning the defective product.
Shopclues product description :
1. Pathetic quality
2. Uncultured employees.
3. Cheap products (Which are handy in 3rd down market)
4. Inexperienced customer service executives (Holds your call for an hour)
5. Once payment done they forget the policies and holds your money for 15 days when even if you do not have their products.
6. Absolutely cheap and 3rd grade payment gateway.
Suggestions :
I request you to kindly outrage these shopping portals who are in sustenance (Shopclues.com) in particularly.

I ordered3 items on6/06/2017 on shopclues. Such as mi power bank, samsung 16 gb memory card, samsung ear phones.
I don't get ear phones that was my problem please solve itt but i pay all money as ur issued so plz deliver my ear phones which i ordered that's was my problem when you will get post to my e-mail i am waiting for ur message so please listen my words

I placed an order on tue, 04 apr 2017order id[protected] and they shipped me the wrong item and till now[protected] i haven't received my refund on it, i called them many times and also send lots of emails to them but they didn't provide me the correct solution they keep raising the complaints but didn't work on them so i request please the needful.

I had made a order from my sister's shopeclues id i, e najnin zaman address of dergaon chari ali, p. O/p. S - dergaon, dist - golaghat, pin - 785614. The order nos' of the items ordered on 05/06/2017 are[protected] and[protected]. It is to mention that the delivery boy refused to deliver the items to the address. Although these services must be door to door and it is not possible for everyone to attend each of every delivery from there center. Hence, i request you to look into this matter.
