I have ordered the smart television on dt 18/04/2017 value of 30k.
The payment was made online.
On app my estimated delivery was 27/04/2017.
But despite of that the order was deliverd on DT 01/04/2017 after my several complaints.
On the same day installation and demo was carried out and he told me the tv isn't smart one just full HD tv.
I decided to return the same and on the same day and requested return the same.
Till date I have made several calls regarding status of my shipment and refund. But nobody is giving me exact detail.
From 18/04/2017 to till date my 30 k has been held up and I have not got any product.
Kindly issue necessary guidelines to resolve the same on immediate basis.

    Dear sir,

    I purchsed one moto g phone from shopclues. I placed online order on 26.4.2017. On opening the box i found the mobile phone being an used one. Hence i have placed a return request of my mobile. The mobile sent by the seller is an used one,. Mobile contains unerased/undeleted (Not deleted) messages and contact details used by the previous owner. He has purchased the phone on 27.3.2017 and returned later on. The product came in a damaged packing, the cables and head phone found in untied condition. It is not a fresh piece. It is only a second sales.

    I contacted shopclues customer care several times to know the status of my return request. But there is no response from them.

      Unit 26c, tower b2, ground floor, sector 4, spaze i tech park, omaxe city center, guragaon, hariyana 122012. Contact# [protected].

      Defective piece of redme note 4 mobile recieved having following complaints
      - microphone of wired headset will not work. Changed headsets also have the same issue
      - bluetooth, having lot of noise
      -mobile data not working
      -battery drains very fast, not even lasting for a day for 4000mh battery
      -display quality is very poor

      Raised complaint in mi forum and they requested for replacement or contact service center.

      Since it is a new product, i request for return with refund on 1-may-2017 under return request id 4050701 and company rejected my request with out even provide a call or enquiry on the same.

      Please help me to get the refund of this defective product which i recieved from shopclues.

          I purchased florentine purifier on10/4/2017, order no.[protected]. After delivered called to service center to fit. They said we sent the person in 24hours.
          But no one came, i check the product there no mineral catridge, empty sedment, some leakages so i try to return the product. So many i called the service to service they didnt come. When i called shopclues they said 'wait 2 days we solve the problem'. Not solved again i called shopclues they told same wait 2 days. After 5 days again called this time also they told same wait 2 days. I cant understand how many days i wait for solve my problem.

            I ordered two sarees difftrent colors after seeing the pictures but when they arrived they were cheap and not the same. So i returned them but i am refunded only for one saree & i am following up since two weeks but no response. Shopclues is giving cheap service & there is no voice base contact whr customer can call.

            Its like they sell take money disappear. U cant reach them for after sales..?
            They r constanly auto sending me same reply "this is in reference to your order id[protected] for leeps prints yellow chanderi lace saree with blouse.

            We would like to inform you that refund against your order has been processed into your bank account through which you have paid.
            Order id[protected]"

            They have refunded 439 i. E. One saree cost whr in i had paid 878 for two sarees & i had returned two sarees. And i am constantly sending them dis info but they r sending same message tht payment sent in ur account.

            Online sites must provide resolve within 48hrs & also shud have voice service where consumers can call & enquire.

            This one way communication selling is like harassment.

            Despite continuous follow ups there's no promptness from their side. It's like they are not bothered at all.
            I ordered two sarees same thing only two different color i returned both bcos of the quality of the clothe was poor.
            They are trying to show tht i have returned only one saree..??? now after one month of follow up..?

            Such pathetic service & careless attitude. Pls suggest me a way to take legal action on them. They are duping customers and betraying the sheer trust we put on them

But no refund/replace made my the merchant till today 05.05.2017. The status of my comlaint is now resolved complaint by coordinating with me. Without any coordination, replacment, rufund my comlaint closed by the merchant. So i want sutaible action on this issue.

                Hi,
                I made an order on 21 st april 2017. The estimated delivery was 30 th april 2017. Still its showing the status shipment is over. Many times i raised a complaint on their customer care and there is no use and they are telling waiting another 4 days. That payment is over while shopping and there is no option to cancel also. Highly disappointed with their service and support.
                Please take an action against this kind of fraud activity in india. This is my first and last shopping with shopclues. Now i am facing the issue with a small amount

                      Sir, i had ordered a saree from shopclues and i had paynement by my debit card.
                      Within 1hr. After receiving the product i had requested to shopclues about to return. My request has been accepted by them. But till today no courier boy came to receive that product.
                      As i have followed all rules for retuning any product as it mention in his website.
                      Even though i had followed all guidelines which shopclues had mailed me and by sending me massages.
                      Sir, i want to know u that till may 4, 2017 9:02 pm no one came to pick up the parcel. But shopclues has sending masseges that shipment was not ready thats why they are unable to collect.
                      Even i had receive a call yrsterday evening from shopclues that they will come today, but the same issue no one came. And again they are messaging me that shipment was not ready.
                      Sir, kindly solve my problem and take back the parcel and return my money to my back a/c.

                            I had request for return this product many time, but u says that the product was seal so i cant return the product, how much intelligent is your team, they says if the product is sael then this not may be defected, is this realy true, why u r not talking to me or why not u r serveying this product at my home, please return this fake n defeated product, otherwise i think this enough, now i have to go to consumer forum against this, n stop shoping with u

                                      This is with reference to my store held with your website with mid 406936, with lot of pain I have to write this mail for the shopclues showing the low grade of workflow done by your executives.

                                      It is more than 3.5 months and my tickets are unsolved, no response is given to me after writing so many times in the tickets,

                                      No doubt shopclues is growing at good rate, but you should not forget that growth which you are getting is only and only due to the sellers, as we are there you are there, if sellers moves out shoplclues will also have to move out.

                                      Last time also mails were done but the response was not satisfactory.

                                      With lot regards I have to forward the cases to consumer court as I am having loss in my business and all due to wrong workings of the executives.

                                      Pfa the tickets which are not solved from last 4 months,

                                      Also a special request if you want shopclues to grow remove an executive named mr. Gaurav pahuja who dont deserve that position, as he dont know what to reply on which tickets.

                                        I had placed an order for hi grade pink flip cover for sony experia, on 06th april.
                                        But i received black cover in spite of pink. I applied for return and refund process, but neither the executive came to pick the product, nor the payment has been yet refunded.
                                        I got a mail from shop clues, on 24th apr, that amount will be refunded through neft, but i have still not received my amount.
                                        ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
