I ordered a phone from this website with 1 year manufacturer warranty. But next day when I called the manufacturer (mi) they clarified that Shopclues.com only sell refurbished mobile and only 6 months of warranty is given on those mobiles. Knowing this I immediately cancelled the order and I got cancellation confirmation also. Instead of refunding the money they delivered the order at my home in my absence. I have not opened the box yet. They must refund the money and take the box back.
I will appreciate your support help to get money back from Shopclue.com

Shopclues making fool of customers and doing wrong and cheap marketing tricks.
I use his app and its shows some of there product at free of cost 0₹ but when i am going to purchase they add wrong price

I want that product at free of cost as they shown

Shopclues always do many time as same
They always show wrong or unfair prices and when customer going to purchase it they show the wrong price

I am frustrated to the core, I ordered two quantities of Birdy Bathroom set out of which only one was delivered and one was not delivered. And the one delivered was received in a broken condition. I raised a replacement request and pickup was done from my home on 16-17th March. I am tired calling and reiterating same concern to the Shopclues customer service team, they have yet not updated me on the below:-

1. When will I receive my quantity second which is yet not delivered?
2. Since the pickup is done from my home of the damaged product, when will I receive the replacement of the same?

I have reached the saturation of my patience dealing with Shopclues where my 1000rs is stuck. If I don’t get my ordered products ill have to file complaint in consumer court.

Hello,

I placed an order for formal shoes on ShopClues.com on 6-Apr-2017 and I was promised delivery on 15-Apr-2017.

But then the product was never delivered and the order was marked as completed.

When I contact customer care, they are just buying more time and no resolution to this issue so far.

Becoming more and more disappointed I finally asked for order cancellation and give the money back, but they say refund is not possible now.

On the courier tracking site (last mile delivery - lmdelivery.in) it is shown courier was delivered.

I had bought a product on shopclues app.. I did not like it. I returned and was suppose to get refund.. Partial amount was refunded and 267rs was put as shopclues bucks. So i called customer service & spoke to mr dev he said we will transfer it in 3 to 4 days but i did not get so i called again they said agent has made a mistake so i wil transfer to your bank account now & it wil be refunded in 3 to 4 days.. So for their mistake i wasted my time and money so i asked for compensation but they did not give.. I spent more than 25mins on call and 50rs currency was deducted in my phone... I wasted my money when it's not my mistake.. Worst shopclues ever.. I will never use it.. Very bad customer service.. Very rude..

Worst service than any other... i ordered dolphin bean bag on 4th april.. got a mail on 21st april that order has ben delivered to your address. I havenot received my order till yet...
So many mails so many talks been done.. but useless. Totally dissatisfied frm their service.. neither i buy anything from there nor even if my known..

In march i ordered one book in shops clues but i got wrong product so i asked them to refund my money they update my shopeclues, i asked them to send it to. My bank account but they didn't, so again i redeem that clue bucks to. Purchase micromax data cable, i got today but product was not original and was used one. So i want to take strict action on them who are doing this. Wasting my time and money.

By cod at the time of receiving it is dead... I complaint you but you people said it is in manufacturer warranty period.. But i receive dead mobile from yoj people... Just now i received spy pen cemera. Itwas ordered fw days back. The total amount was paid for the product by sbi online netbanking. Now i received the product from shop clues. The order no is awb no s[protected] it is not working. So kindly receive the product and return the paid amount to the same account at the earliest.

I have a got the courier with order no order id :[protected]on 22nd april’17 & i have made a request on 23rd morning to replace the piece ats it is faulty & got the ticket number : 1624108 (Still waiting for revert on said ticket no).

I have spoken to 3 of the team member out of that 2 had disconnected the line when they was not able to answer me (Mr akash & mr shubham).
And finally kritika had told me to go to dadar which is 1.5 hr away from my res & office to get check by mi service center. Where i have to wait for 3 hrs. To get it repaired …..

That means i have to take entire leave for that, because they does not work on sundays…i have chosen online shopping to save the time but it’s a vice versa…

Still it is a request you to replace the phone or cancel the deal …kindly refund the money & take way your peace.

It is clear that i am not going to spend entire day in mi service center for the repair of newly open piece.
