We have ordered 2 items on this order no.[protected], but we recieved only the item1 but item 2 i. E "raabta black top with white flair sleeves" is missing from the package but the courier charged the full amount from us. I kindly request you to look into this matter. Its a case of fraudness to the customers. Charging them and not delivering the item. And despite delivering how can they mark it as delivered. Either refund us or send us the item. Thank you. Response.

There are 2 items on this order[protected].But they keep showing the track order only for this item 1 i.e "Raabta mustered yellow cold shoulder top"
And the item 2 i.e "Raabta black top with white flair sleeve" is missing from the package that they delivered.But they charged us the full amount for both the items despite not delivering one.

They delivered only 1 top and the other is missing from the package.They even took the full amount from us..despite not delivering the other item i.e Raabta black top with white flair sleeve...they marked it as delivered.

I order one saree also return to Delivery boy price amount is 443 rs please refund my amount to my account.
Maine is kurti ka oder diya tha.payment maine debit card se ki but mare account se is ki payment deducte ho gai hai with shipping charge 210.but abhi tak mare pass confirmation msg nahi aaya or na hi koi products I'd no aaya.

    I had purchase i kall N4 calling tablet in[protected] but it was not working properly
    display was shown IKALL and function was not start
    only ikall icon was sign on screen nothing forward
    before this i had purchase from shopclues 1, salora phontab 2, geone p5 3, geone p5 mini every product was best but in IKALL tablet i feel i cheated

      I ordered one dash cam pro through shopclues.com web site and received it on 6/5/2017. I paid the amount for the product. But when i opened the pack, i understood that it was not the product i ordered. They sent a wrong product. That day itself i called the phone no in the receipt. They said sent the details through whatsapp and they will send the right product on 8/05/2016, it will reach me on 10/5/2017. I waited one week, the product not reached to me, again i called the vendor, then he said send the wrong product ton then only he can give the right product.

As the box and the Tempered glass wrapped packet were intact, the sealed cover in the box was in open condition.                   I ordered a mobile and when I received I found that quality is not up to the mark. I raised return request and it was successfully logged. But I haven't received any call or mail and no one came to pick up the product. Then I called them and their supervisor told me that they will reply within 2 days, but again no mail no msg no call and after waited about 3 days I again called their now I had word with their floor manager he also committed me that now response will in next 2 days now I am waiting from last 4days but no one called and confirmed me that what will happen about my product replacement. I bought this for my parents as I am going on training and they will be alone for 5 months. But I didn't want to give them bad quality product. Pls help me to resolve this issue.

                    I ordered a tshirt from shopclues value with cod rs.462. They sent the wrong colour. On complaining several times through phone and emails they asked me to shipped the product to a address, provided by them. They wrote that the shipping charges will be refunded. Next they sent me the replacement after few days. But guess what the same tshirt. I was really annoyed and i mailed them and told them that i will destroy the item as i dont like it. And asked them to refund my shipping charges, i had also mailed them the courier reciept of rs.150. The order was placed on 24th march 2017. Today is 14 may. They just ignore my mails. If they feel they send a mail that they will revert back after 2 business, this is continuing since then.

                        Myself krimal recently i have ordered gionee mobile from shopclues with prepayment of worth rs. 17499/- on 30th april, 2017

                        My order no is[protected]. Now i no longer needed that product so i have cancel my order without receiving product.

                        Order has been cancelled but i havent got my money back till date. It's 15 days now and an fade up with waiting. I have contacted to customer care they are saying wait till 15 days which have been already passed as this is big amount n am needy one.

                          I also found another victim of this similar scandal. Do not know how many more on the way.

The product was deffective after checking, so i filed return request in the same day. But so far noone has come to take the product. I spoke with customer care executive atlest 6 times.                                 This is worst experience with Shopclues. I received this product (Order ID-[[protected]]) on 8th may 2017. This product is damaged and not working. I have called to shop clues customer care many times. But they didn't give any satisfied answer. They gave me meaningless suggestion. I told them to replace this product because there is return policy if your product is damaged or you are not satisfied with product. They told me to go to customer service center and check with this product. Why should i go to service center its you fault, you delivered faulty product it was not check properly from your side. Its not fault then why shouold i suffer for this. If you can't replace your product, return this product and refund my money otherwise i will take legal action against shop clues.

                                Totally difference in picture to really saree.saree rough and also color difference. Border also changes compare to picture.
                                Color difference and also quality is not good. in picture looking good saree color also looking variation.and also material not smooth it is rough border also looking ddifference.

                                        As they guys are fraud, they show the different product and delivered us a different product. After that there is a policy that i can return the product with in 10 days of delivery but when i give a request to the company for return of my product that after 2 days of request they guys rejected my request for return. My whole money gets wasted just because of their fake policies.
