    As they guys are fraud, they show the different product and delivered us a different product. After that there is a policy that i can return the product with in 10 days of delivery but when i give a request to the company for return of my product that after 2 days of request they guys rejected my request for return. My whole money gets wasted just because of their fake policies.

        I have purchased a 40 inch led tv from shopclues on 24 apr 17. It was delivered on 05 may 17. After receiving, i have cheked and found that screen of tv was fully damaged. On 05 may 17, i filled a return request but shopclues care is misguiding me that no courier partners to pickup.. You send this item.. We will pay upto 300 charge. I have cheked charge from bluedart and dtdc.. The charge is approx 7000 rs.... Now no reply from shopclues

            I have placed an order on 21 april, 2017 at 12:03 am vide order id
            [protected]. The order which was placed consisted of 3 items (Bill annexed
            With the mail). However, i received only 2 items in respect to that. It
            Would be worthwhile to mention that even the delivery packet mention about
            The 2 items only. (Images of the delivered box containing the items and
            Mentioning about the 2 items only is annexed herein as image 1 & image
            2).

            That the abovementioned items were received by me on 24 april, 2017
            And i made a complaint of non-delivery of 3rd item on 29 april, 2017.
            Meanwhile shopclues gave assurance to my client that the product will be
            Delivered to you soon. However on 8 may, 2017 my client received a mail from your side that your product has delivered on 24 april, 2017 and if any product is missing you should have contacted us within 2 days.

            Kindly show me the proof of product you have delivered.

            Do not try befool your customers by retaining their hard earned money and making a fraud with them

              Dear team i have order 2 sets of cotton t shirt of kids on 23 mar 2017 order no[protected]. I have done online payment for it i have received delivery on 30 mar 2017 but only one set. On 31 mar 2017 i have call your merchant on [protected] and ask him about 2 nd set i said that i will reach with in 10 days. I have taken follow up time time but he has not given me proper answer. On 27 april i finally call your costumer care they said that the complaint should be raised with in 10 days but i does not have any idea about it i was taking followup of your merchant time to time. I have asked cc execative to refund my money of 1 set they said that i will not be refundable
              O pls guide me what to do i will suggest to you that take strict action against u r merchant who has no proper knowledge and misguiding the customer.

                I read advertisement of penta t-pad laptop from shopclues.com on front page of navgujarat samay on 9th may 2017 gujarati edition at ahmedabad.
                The product was advertised with offer price of rs 8499, i searched it on site of the online shop, the product was discontinued on same date of advertisement, even the price was different, it was asking for rs 8999, please check it on

                I also had bad experience with the same company, i bought a weigh machine, the site shown it of venus company for 499 rs & i received a non branded low quality weigh machine. I sent mail on it's customer care site, i didn't got any reply, any call or any type of communication from the site. I can produce proofs.

                Such type of company damages image of your reputed company.

                  I purchased a mobile phone through shopclues with Order ID:[protected]
                  but several problem came out with my phone so i decided to return it
                  10 days return policy is there but today i checked my return status to see that they rejected my return request
                  they are cheaters they are saying easy return policy but they are not accepting return request
                  Problems:
                  -Mobile phone automatically gets switched off
                  - Device gets heated up while using for 2 minutes
                  - Back/Home buttons does not respond properly
                  - Keyboard press wrong key most of the time.

                    Every customer is most valuable thing for a company, but in shopclue this is totally reverse, nobody listen here customer problem, so again you are humble requested to kindly resolved my problem on urgent base,

                          I have orderd home gym kit on shopclues by 12th of april 2017. It was assisted with safe express courier and order was scheduled to deliver on 24th april 2017. But order was not yet delivered still. Also no response from the shopclues network. But in order status it shows delivered. Worst service i have ever seen. I suggest people not to buy any products from shopclues. Refund also not provided.

                            I have made an order no.[protected] for school bag, lunch box etc on 30.04.17 but later on it was informed that the product is not available so we arrange the same from other merchandise. the substituted school kit was sent vide order no.[protected] and received by me on 08.05.17. But after seeing the product, I was surprised that the substituted school kit you delivered was just like a toys and have no use and the material used are very inferior. If this is the standard of shopclues that items shown & delivered are no way matching, how can we think for shop other item and recommend any one. So I request to replace or return back the item at the earliest possible.

                              I have purchased lyf f1s mobile phone at Rs. 7399 on 4 may 2017. However i was not satisfied with the phone's camera amd performance therefore i filed the return on next day. After 4 days the customer care emailed me saying that the product is under manufacture waranty and the would not return the product. What the fraud is making such a big e-commerce store with its customers... It is the responsibility of the e-commerce store to return if the customer is unsatisfied with the product. They give various adds saying easy returns then what is this. This is totally cheating with the customers. My father is a lawyer and hence i wish to file a case if my complaint is not met.

                                Buy if you are ready to go to their autherised service center from day one. Servicing not done anywhere else.

                                Order id –[protected] on shopclues. Phone has several problems from day one. Called up shopclues and they are asking me to go to service center than refund or replacement.

                                Problems -

                                - device gets heated up while using whatsapp video call on 4g
                                - back/home buttons does not respond, press multiple times.
                                - keyboard press wrong key most of the time. Very irritating.
                                - fast charging worked only first day.
                                - contacted shopclues, they are saying it is company policy and i need to go to service center, they will not process refund or replacement.

                                Waste of time and money...

                                    Ref shopclues Order ID:[protected] and Return-ID- 4063706, Return Date 04 May 2017, and receipt date was 03-May-2017, I have request for return and pick up of the defective phone Asus ZE551ML / 2GB + 16GB and also spoken to customer service representative who said the return will be processed within two business days about the return but later there is no response from shopclues the only message I got on my mail was "Your query has been registered and we shall respond with an update within next 2 business days". but when I checked the account now the status shown was Return rejected.

                                        i had booked double door refrigerator on shopclues.com, my orderno is[protected], i had paid 17689 rs on time of booking on 1st may but unforunate about delivery from shopclues.com.

                                        1st i received message of delay due to procurement unavailibility then i had called to customer care of shopclue.com but same commited delivery will be in process from other procurement and u will get on 8th may 2017.
                                        2nd on 7 th may morning i got msg order been cancel and refund in 48 hrs and then again contact them but cust.care executive commited refund upto 12th may. 2017..

                                        can please help me in this matter so customer can survive against this kind of online fake services.
