I have purchased the videocon split ac from shopclues on 26th may 2017. Ordered ac is delivered on 1 june 2017. But when the ac is installed by videocon service engineer on 4 june 2017, it is found that ac compressor is not filled with gas. So, as per recommendation of the service engineer, there is internal leakage which can only be checked at the service center of videocon jabalpur. Same time, i personally go to the service center with my new purchased ac. After checking, they concluded that the whole compressor is dead, which is not resolved by them. Than i called shopclue customer care, one person (Vikalp lahori) asked me to share the job card provided by videocon service center, so that they can initiate the process of replacing the product. After that i have called everyday to find the status of my replacement, every time they replied our team is working on your problem, once the merchant is ready to deliver the product, we will replace it. But today he replied because product is damaged on arrived and i not reported within the two days as per policy. They cancel my replacement request after seven days.

At 11 april, 2017 i buy a phone from shopclues. And after one and a half month one call from recieved me that telling they are from shopclues and a lucky offer was held at that day when i am buy a phone and they telling to me that i am 'a lucky person and i am a winner so u can win prizes one of them-1 necklace 2-laptop 3-led tv and 4- a phone when u buy a product worth rupees 3600.00 ' so my question is this is true???

I have ordered for a cotton double bedsheets with two pillow covers. Today i received the order and i am highly disappointed with the product delivered. Because i received very worst quality synthetic cover with a entirely different design instead of cotton bedsheets and pillow cover pls. Refer your sms for confirmation. Its extremely worst quality. So kindly take necessary action.

I have purchased 3 products under 1 order id from shopclues.com in april'17 & all 3 products of this order id has been picked-up from my home but still i have not received refund for item no-2 (Queen cotton yellow 1 single bedsheet with 1 pillow cover (Fy1101-qc). I called so many times to customer care but they are not understanding the issue & providing baseless solutions. They have generated so many complain tickets for the same but they are not able to solve the issue. As per the website my product return quality has been checked but as per customer service they have not received the product. I am following up from last 1.5 months & called them around 15 times for product return & refund but still not received any solution.

I have brought mobile from shopclues.com on date of 2nd june and i got mobile 8 june but mobile qulity is not good since i requested company to return request on 10 th june but they denied me but as par rule you can return your product within 10 days but i request to return 2nd day but they dont help me not solving my problem

I bought one mobile in shopclues.com. That mobile price is 6999/- i received via courier. I switched on that mobile display shown over temperature please remove your battery. Not charging. Suddenly i raised complaint to shop clues.
They are very very worst response. I ask him customer care guy to refund my amount, he told impossible sir i cant pay. Wait some days i will replace the same. Still any hair to move. Bleddy beggars cheating me

Shopclues service is very worst... When i m complaining about shoes... The csr taking response and send me a currier not for luck their product... No any product they are giving me back...in exchange of my shoes... When i call them they said
... Plxzzz wait your money transfer in your clues account.. Either... Your bank account... When i given him my account details
... They are not taken any action... So somebody plxzzz help me for my money back... Either... Give me my shoes... Of right size and right colour...

Order no.[protected] i had complained to you about the combo order in which the wrist watch was damaged and i had asked you to replace it. You have not responded to it. Earlier you said thru sms the item delivery is delayed because i requested which i had not done. I had another bad experience with
Sending low quality item than what i ordered. May be i should stop dealing further from you.

I want a motorola moto e 2nd, generation phone but i have ordered a moto case i want to refuse it refund me back or give me a replacement the phone in the behalf of case/cover thats all i ordered this wrong order 5/5/2017 but it also not delivered yet what should i do help me please company said its an international order it cannot b refused i also said in mail to shopclues if before 10 may its not delivered then cancel it but they dont

I have requested 2 of your customer care service people twice.. They had given me assurance that the powerbank will be picked up within 2/4 days but there is nobody come to collect it.. Your service is very bad. Im a valued customer & yet my complaint has gone unattended. Please clook into the matter as doon as possible.. I had got 10 days time to return it back.. The delayment is from your end. Pls send somone to pick up the rejected stuff.

I have purchased a air condition of lloyd company in may 2014 through your merchandise. I made payment by instalment through hdfc credit card. This ac was under five years warranty of compressor. When i contacted company for service they demand voice bill. But i did not received from you. I just received a installation guide with warranty pages are empty. My order no was 0000115. Now when i contacted your customer care for bill. They have not any record of my order since they had last from 2015. How this is ridiculous. You are selling products of five year warranty but you had not any record since last three years. Who will believe on you. Its mean online shopping is fraud. I have demanded record of my payment through credit card and i can send you. Now your responsibility to produce my bill and i will take service of my ac. Now am shattered totally by purchasing and believing on you.

I abhishek srivastava ordered one flying helicopter on 1st may and after one week i have revived the toys also but there is some problem or damages found the toys i have inform to given number on shop clues voucher ([protected]) the given number person ask me to send the damage helicopter for replacement i have sent the damage helicopter on find attachment copy of courier slip on dated 21/05/17,
He ask me to send the receipt copy via whatsapp i have send also but still i am waiting to revived, i keep calling to he number ([protected]).
I have ordered for my son on his birthday.

I would like to inform you through this forum that i had purchased imported tv of sony company but when i received the product the tv was both used and with broken display. Subsequently i requested to return the product. After very much delay and no return shipment arranged i was asked to self ship this product and whose charges will be reimbursed.
After intimating this poor standard company that it will make me rs 3500 to return ship the product i was assured courier charges will be paid. Now once they have received the product and refund has been provided i have been denied courier charges till date.
No explanation whatsoever is being provided.

Call give by =[protected], shop clue, you are lucy customers & shop clue given gift around 14000 to 16000, when you are buying product from shop clue, today at rs. 3600/- online payment, cod not available, when i demanded give me this in writing the lady said there is a no company policy given anything in writing, when you paid your amount online, massage will be given to you which type of product you have as a gift & deliver after 5 to 7 working days

My order #[protected] at shopclues never got delivered. They are doing fraud here and people should refrain buying at shopclues.

The product was ordered on 17 may 2017 and the delivery deadline was 22 may but i have not received the product until today 9 june 2017.

Even though the price of the product is not much but still that doesn't mean they can run away from the services/product they have promised to deliver.

They are not refunding my money and simply replying that we are looking in the issue. Never buy at shopclues unless its a cod order.

I had ordered a product and the product has not been delivers to me the website shows the product is delivered on 3rd may 2017. I filed a complaint they send ma proof of delivery the name in the proof of delivery has spelling mistakes and the signature is mismatched its not mine and also the name in the signature is wrong, and also the product has taken out for delivery in trichy, tamilnadu, according to the billing and the shipping address the product must be delivered in kanyakumari, tamilnadu, the distance between trichy and kanyakumari is more than 400 kms. I had contacted shopclues for more than 15 times i have all the mails from your support team and till now there is no response from your side. I am ready to file an complaint in an consumer court against the same it had past 1 month no action from your side

Dear Sir,
I had placed an order[protected] for combo brown strap analog wrist watch and the item was delivered to me. When I opened the packet I found the top glass of the was broken to pieces. I wanted to contact through My Orders but it does not open.I think it is blocked.I complained to you but there was no reply .Hence I write to replace the damaged watch.

He service is very third class i will never ever book anything from u guys because u r cheaters and u dont know how to give a service to customers i have booked the videocon d2h hd+ recorder set top box + 1 month d pack from pat 30 days i had notr recieved my order to my home u guys have taken the payment now u r playing with me i have calls many of times to call center but there is no reply from them also please make sure that i don t want anything from u but i want my money back in my account otherwise i will take an legal action for u... Or u can give my order to my home it depends on u how can do but don t make me angry this time i m very serious about this please look forward to my request as soon as possible
