He service is very third class i will never ever book anything from u guys because u r cheaters and u dont know how to give a service to customers i have booked the videocon d2h hd+ recorder set top box + 1 month d pack from pat 30 days i had notr recieved my order to my home u guys have taken the payment now u r playing with me i have calls many of times to call center but there is no reply from them also please make sure that i don t want anything from u but i want my money back in my account otherwise i will take an legal action for u... Or u can give my order to my home it depends on u how can do but don t make me angry this time i m very serious about this please look forward to my request as soon as possible

I received my order[protected] for combo brown strap wrist watch... It was delayed by you saying that i had requested. Atlast when the item arrived and i opened i found the dial top glass was broken to pieces. This was due to poor packing. I would not have written to you had my file opened, it seems it is blocked.

I order a 64gb sandisk memory card through shopclues which order no is[protected]. Courier service named aramex delivered it to me. I paid 1328 rupees for it. When i use it in my phone it works but after two days it automatically got damaged and not working at all. Other memory card works but it only shows that it was damaged memory card, i think shopclues sales pirated memory card of sandisk, it works only one or two days later it not work. I call the customer care complaint number is 4240089, and ticket no is 2112513, but not help me. Neither refund nor replace my product, please help me about this case sensitively​

I had ordered a cooler of crompton greaves mystique tac201 model with the order number[protected]. I had received this product delivery on 29may 2017. But when i used this product i am not satisfy his cooling capacity. I had called customer of shopclues, the customer care representative told me that talk to crompton greaves customer care because product is under 1 year warranty. I had also contact crompton greaves customer care and his representative come my house and checked the product. The representative told me that there is no any kind of problem in this product regarding cooling capacity. But i am enable to return the product under 10 days return policy, because shopclues told that we cannot return this product because this is under warranty. But i am not satisfy this product. I had already call on shopclues customer care 3 times, but there i not find any result. One more thing i want to tell when i received original product i shocked, because when in order the product his picture was very big, but in real product was very small. Now i am totally helpless, i had already lodge the complaint against shopclues in department of consumer affairs with the reference number 295089. I requested kindly resolve my issue as earlier possible.

I am merchant with shopclues.
During the course of regular business many time issues arise and when we raise the issue, most of the time they just send the standard replies, without understanding the issue.
When they realise the fault is on their part or their logistic partner's part they start blaming the merchant.
The irony is that they don't have any escalation system.
You can't raise your issue when those dumb merchant support closes the issue.

I had order this stove on 7th april 2017 its nt supportiveto our png pipeline as it is lpg and to change that is additional cost which wasnt feasible aftr calling shopclues the manufacturer i ws tld to rerurn the gas n i wld get refund they picked up aftr chasing them aftr 10 days refund ws nt initiated and like fools they sentvstove back aftr contacting customer care again they said not to accept when it comes it was suggested by them n refund shall b initiated once returned i have got msg frm shopclues that refund is being initiated and now they say this product is nt under refund now nor the refund is done nor the stove is sent back every week they tell us wait fr 48 hrs seven days n mnths passing by pls suggest how do i get my hardearned money we have lost our piece of mind n health chasing the shopclues who fails to resolve the issue besides opening so many tickets they have no intention to return a consumer hardearned money resolve thier problem in action or atleast be frank n gv correct status that they cannot refund and they sending the stove none is happening feeling cheated and harassed in making so many calls in our ill health state

I ordered for omron bp monitor vide order no[protected] which i received on 29.05.17 and filed for return on 30.05.17 vide no 4200435. I am not satisfied with the product. Now i am advised to get warrantee from service center. I am not telling that the product is defective. This is bloody worst service. It has never happened with any online marketing company. You mean whatever you send i am bound to receive. Return policy has to be fair. Otherwise i shall go to consumer court and post my comment in the web about your such type of callous attitude. People should not trust shopcclues. All other companies are initiating return request immediately. This is a great mistake on my part that i have chosen shopclues. This is first and last bitter experience. I will discourage all other to not trust shopclues.

I dhad ordered leather belt for rs.130. Of size 44 inches vide tracker no[protected] and received the same on 29 th may2017. But as i opened the cover i find that the belt is only 34 to 36 inches which does not fulfil my purpose and i requested it and comply your return process which has been successfully accepted by your system but i do not get any reply from your end till them. Please look into this and inform me the step for the said return of articles. If the same is available of 44 inches i am ready to accept this with a differential amount if required.

I bought Fidget-Hand-Tri-Spinner few days before from shopclues.com and my order number is[protected] as the site it's unit price is RS 175/- and there MRP written on it is RS 52/- it charged me 29 RS for shipping.
As the site sold me the product​ for total amount of RS 189/- including all the stuff
So the complain is that the site had cheated me and taken my money by wrong means.

I have received the damaged product. I have order the mixer grinder online but got the faulty product. The blades of mixer grinder are not sharp. And when i call in shop clues for replacement they rejected my return request and when i call in customer care there are so rude they were telling we will not replace they are in warranty period you go to the bajaj service centre. And bajaj service centre are telling that we are not responsible you have purchased from shop clues, contact them.. Worst site.. Plz people dont buy from this site.. Worst site.. Now i have learn that only jabong, myntra are the best site.. Shop clues is a fraud site.. They take money from people.. They make people fool...

It was my refund status bt i did'nt my money back still now. I need my money back

We have purchased samsung 40j5100 40' full hd slim led tv on 16/07/2016, vide bill no 95347694.
But after just 6 months, in dec 2016, we started experiencing picture problem.
When we contacted samsung customer care, they informed that this is mother board problem, & parts is not available within india
So we can not either repair or change it

We are facing problem for past 6 months, as sometimes they say that it will be done then another time they refused
Although the tv was under warranty for 1 year, yet problem arised just after 6 months or so
