We have purchased samsung 40j5100 40' full hd slim led tv on 16/07/2016, vide bill no 95347694.
But after just 6 months, in dec 2016, we started experiencing picture problem.
When we contacted samsung customer care, they informed that this is mother board problem, & parts is not available within india
So we can not either repair or change it

We are facing problem for past 6 months, as sometimes they say that it will be done then another time they refused
Although the tv was under warranty for 1 year, yet problem arised just after 6 months or so

I purchased the leather belt but i don'tt like this product because when i buy this product then i shoe that this blet colour is blac but i catch the parsell then i show that this belt is brown colour so please i say you return this product

      -vide order no[protected] i had placed order for 2 port usb wall charger. The charger was supplied by achoice_deal ncr delhi. I recd the item by xpressbees courier and delivered to me on 29.05.2017. I connected my mobile for charging and it was found that charger is not working, there was no power supply.
      On 29.05.2017 i registered my complaint on[protected] for immediate free replacement.
      Till now neither i have recd any acknowledgement or confirmation for replacement.
      I have paid 287 to courier.
      Kindly look in to ir and arrange for free replacement immediately

        Sir,

        My two orders prepaid items vide:[protected] and[protected] both had arrived to bellary region of karnataka state which is the given address and well before time, but surprisingly the xpressbees persons crazy behavior asking unwanted details and finally not delivered the product stating wrong address given like. About 3-4 online am getting with out any problems to the same given address. Secondly when i asked the courier boy name and the reply is why you want my name etc., their attitude and behavior are very bad and please change the good courier company. This way spoils the business.
        I strongly feel when it undelivered please arrange to refund the amount to my bank account today itself. This will be the last buying from shop clues and in future we will not decide anything to purchase because of courier boys attitudes.

        The device is returned, but refund is not received. I contacted to shopclues at various times but they are not responding ptoprly and they are providing false information. I attached herewith the false information provided by them. Pl.take steps to refund immediately.

          I received faulty battery from shopclues, it says it is a manufacturer defect n it will be cleared at its service center.
          I have not found datawind service center on the link provided by shopclues.
          I also not found Mumbai service center address of Datawind, where I can replace battery at the earliest.
          I have not used the phone from the received date of phone because of swollen battery.
          Take the required action at the earliest.

          Herewith I am requesting all Indians not to purchase any item from Shopclues.com as their service is worst than worst.

            I placed an order for "Pack of 4 Pieces of RO Filter Original Kemflo USA 10 Inch Spun Filter Pre-Filter Cartridge" from Shopclues.com on 6 May 2017. One pack of 4 cost Rs. 225, I placed an order for 4 packs of 4 pre filter. Total cost Rs.900. I received one pack out of 4 on 13th may 2017. When asked for the rest, the delivery man said " Rest will be delivered later". Later that day I noticed that on the pack, the price was full 900 rupees. So I waited for 10 days for further delivery. After 10 days were up, I filed a refund and they rejected it immediately saying that any refund/return should be done within 2 days of delivery. Now the product doest exist on their website and I regret not selecting COD as payment option. I kindly request Shopclues.com to consider my request and refund/ complete my order.

                  Shopclues advertised a product accu - chek active glucometer on their website for rs 199 as deal price and i ordered the product on 21st may, 2017 (Order id:[protected] and made the payment. But next day they cancelled the order stating "incorrect product information & refund processed". Then i raised a ticket[protected] against them and came to know that they cancelled due to wrong price information. I want to know why this kind of fake/fraud promise they are putting on website as deal. Shopclues should send the product to customer as they promised to customer with this deal.

                    I ordered asus zenfone 4gb ram 64 gb harddisk mobile under unboxed offer. Order i'd is[protected]. Received the product on 09.05.17. It was not even turn on and received in a dead condition. I dailed supplies customer service requested for the replacement and they informed me to go to asus service center since the product is covered for six month warranty. I did the same, and they changed battery and lcd and now phone is working. Pls note after turn on i was checking for memory i got shocked it is 2gb ram and 16 gb hard disk. Again i was asking asus service person they are saying very clearly this is the product you gave to me and it is under six month warranty period we did service on free of cost. Then only i came to know that i received low version model phone in high version package. Only the packing cartoon box is having 4gb and 64 gb and inside phone is 2gb and 16th hard disk. And the imei numbers are different in the box and phone. Then i was failing customer care asked for the replacement. They are saying we are checking and given you the correct solution. Still i have not received any solution. Pls help me. Shopclues has cheated me... Attached the images of boxes, bill received from shopclues and asus service note...

                            1. I had made a purchase of game cd's for which i made an online payment on 02/05/2017 for rs 618/-
                            2. The product was not delivered and a sms was sent to me on 11/05/2017 confirming delivery to my address, for which i immediately complained to the support staff, they responded to me after calling them a good number of times saying that they will provide me the proof of delivery by 22/05/17, which has not been done so far.
                            3. After repeated reminders the company has not responded at all, they are again and again sending messages that the product has been delivered.

                              I ordered the above two items on 11th may 2017 & made payment at chennai, through my daughter–in-law’s citibank credit card (No [protected]) as a gift to her father mr k ganesh kamath at mangaluru.
                              As payment failed was appearing in the screen i made three separate payment of rs 7799+163=rs 7962 x 3= 23886. Citibank has now provided us three transaction id ref:[protected] & 3) 813808 for total amount of rs 23886. Citibank confirms that shopclues have received the amount.
                              Shopclues have made two blunders intentionally or unintentionally:
                              1) they extracted money from me when shopclues were aware that the merchandise which i ordered was out-of-stock.
                              2) three times “ payment failed” on the screen & shopclues extracted money three times i. E. Rs 23886
                              Now as matter stands shopclues are arranging to reverse the first payment which has not been reversed so far. I spoke to them several times & they want me to contact citibank where as citibank has confirmed non-receipt of amount.
                              Surprisingly shopclues are not at all confirming the two more payment i. E. Rs 23886-rs 7962= rs 15924 which they have received as per citibank transaction id 2) 563096 & 3) 813808 all dated 11th may 2017.
                              I do not want to get any merchandise from shopclues at all; but insist on reversing the full payment of rs 23886. You necessary action is very much appreciated.

After that i get a message money will refund before 22/05/2017. But still i didn't get my money back. Most of my friends purchase through this way. I kindly request u to take care about this matter. Otherwise i will discourage all my friends from purchasing through shopeclues. We are working with a reputed company most of the purchase doing with online shopping.                                   I have ordered for a portable dvd and paid full amount of rs.2350/-through online payment on 11/05/2016. I have received the packet through courier on 26/05/2016 around 12 noon. When i am opened the packet i saw that there is a huge mistake is happened from your side. The product which i got is entirely different from my order of portable dvd. I got a steel road with a black handle. The packet & pictures are of a portable dvd. How can it possible.                                       I had purchased a product (Raabta gazri chink top with v neck).
                                      Product id is[protected]. This product delivered on 16.05.2017 but i don't like the product so on same day i was registered a return complain. When the return complain raised so the next day on 17.05.2017 my product was returned. The pickup person pick the product from my side on 17.05.2017 pickup receipt number is[protected]. But my amount still not credited in my account. This product value is 348/- which i was paid but he refund only 121 /- rs credited & rest amount is 227/- he still not credited in my shopclues account as clues bucks. I send many mails again & again they only said in processd. But my rfund expected date is 22.05.2017 by now today is 25.05.2017. Still frefund is not credited. Kindly help for my refund credited in my shopclues account as clues bucks. As soon as possible.

                                        Regarding the purchase of 500w mixer grinder, the product was received a month ago on cash on delivery. The product was in damaged condition. On my request of replacement replied qwill be replced. On my request of delayed service they asked me the bank account number, while i am giving the sb account no. They asked me to give the debit card no. Which is not available and then they replied " my amount or product replacement will not be done from the mobile no.[protected]

                                        Shopclues.com — Delivered faulty tv and refusing to take it back

                                        I have purchased tge TV, but cannor use it, since the language option is in Vietnamese.Moreover remote is also faulty. I have called Shop Clues 100 times requesting them to take ir back & refund my money. But they did not do that, instead the seller abused me on phone & told, KISI KI BAAP BHI WOH TV WAPAS NAHIN LEGA
