I recieved a damaged piece and raised a return request as soon as i opened the pacakge. The shopclues people are refusing to acknowledge that the product was damaged. They are saying that the merchant has sent the propoer item and they will not process a return.
This is a new scam of shopclues. They send you damaged goods and then refuse to process a return.

    As soon as i got the product, i registered complaint about it but no one is taking any action.
    Do you work on this criteria?
    I am complaining from last 4 days and it's pathetic that no action has been taken till now.
    I want you to take some strict action otherwise i have to file complaint against you and your company.

      Also all mails sent by Shopclues are not being received by us and unable to send Bank statements or receive their communications

      20 days of vigorous follow-up
      Every day 1.5 hours telephone calls - out of which first 1 hour will be engaged by customer care support person - who will try his level best to make customer to disconnect the phone. even if call continues, then they escalate to another person who will hear your complain afresh and after half an hour, will tell you that they have noted our complaint and they will come back after 48 hours.
      Every query time this 48 hours repeats.
      Finally when posted in public, some one will call your phone twice and disconnect after single ring and they will send you a message saying they wanted to call you buy was not answered.
      then when we call customer care, the same story of some customer support will talk to us for 1 hour and then will be transferred to another who in turn will tell us that they understood problem and will revert within 48 Hours and the irritation continues - till they decide to refund the double deducted money after 12 hours of Telephone request with various persons

        4th April : I made a payment of Rs 400 to Shopclues via their online payment service eCOD during delivery of order number[protected], but that payment showed failure and there delivery person also confirmed to receive no such payment update.Thus their delivery partner ARAMEX sent me another link to pay through PAYPHI, for the same order having AWB [protected], the payment was made and confirmed by the delivery person and the reference Id is [protected].But when the order was returned Shopclues refunded me the amount of Rs400 that was made by Credit card, but they refused to received any such payment by Aramex, whereas the courier company confirmed about the payment delivery to Shopclues. This a fraud case, as Shopclues got the amount twice and only returned one amount.

          Please not that i have requested for return the product Order ID:[protected] Panasonic T44, because sound quality of product is very bad and have raised the return request a day after delivery 11.04.17 and its clearly mentioned on their website in return policy that Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired can be returned within 10days. then why the merchant is rejected return request. we know "shopclue" as brand name thats why we have ordered, we do not expect such kind of behaviour by your merchant. So please arrange to return the product and refund my money back in my account. or else have option to raise the same on twitter/FB and consumer form.

            They have dispatched a defective le eco le 2 mobile and on contacting well withing ten days ( third day of receiving item) i was asked to get it repaired from service center if i have repair a new phone costing 14K within three days means they cheating around the customer by giving defective product for new cost of the item my return request was rejected by quoting their policies which is hidden while purchase. Real cheaters in the senerio of online shopping Never go for any item from shop clues as any one will face the same cheating situation

            Donot moments fans swings, and vibrate sound is very highly with slow speed.
            So, return to the pick up courier and replacement another cool tower fan.

              Hello,

              I ordered a Symphony Ninja XL Air Cooler (order#[protected] on 17/03/2017. Since they do not have a COD option I prepaid Rs. 6289. After many delays, the product was finally delivered on 01/04/2017. I opened the box immediately upon delivery, filled it with water and plugged it in. Absolutely nothing!! Nothing turned on, just a lot of humming noise & a slow drip of water in the bottom. So I immediately placed a Support request through Shopclues for product return & picked the option "Defective" (the only other option that they give you is "Damaged"). And since I did not see any physical damage at first sight, I picked the Defective option. After filing the return request (Ticket #1414279) on April 1st, I would check a few times everyday to see when they could be coming to pickup the product. On April 4th and without any notification to me, they changed the status to "Return Rejected"! So I call their non tollfree Customer Support line and after close to 20 mins of waiting, I got a live person (Mr. Lalith Kumar) online. Even though my complaint and problem information was right in front of him, he asked me explain again in detail as to what the problem was. So after spending another 15 minutes explaining the problem to him, he very rudely asked me to contact the product Service center and get the product fixed!! When I completely lost my calm after this he finally said that he would "escalate the problem" and I would hear back with (new problem ticket# #1418549) a resolution with 24 to 48 hours (this is their standard response to anything). As I had expected I did not hear back from them, so I called back on 7th April. I was again put on hold for about 15 mins and when I finally get a live person he tells me that all their systems are down and he wont be able to do anything. He again was very rude and just disconnected the call. I called back again on the 8th and once again after the long wait the person that I talked to said that the Return cannot be processed as I had to file my Return request within 2 days after receiving the product. With a lot of effort I controlled my anger and told him that I had filed my Return request on the very same day the product was delivered. I once again get the standard reply "the problem has been escalated to the TEAM" and I will hear back with a resolution within 24 to 48 hours. He creates a new complaint (ticket #1479760). I get a call a few hours later saying that my Return WILL NOT be processed because while filing for the return I had picked the option of "Defective" instead of "Damaged"!!! I once again explained to her that the product is completely dead and the water is leaking from the bottom. And since I could not see any visible damage to the product, I had to pick the option "Defective". She was adamant that any "Defective" product cannot be returned and the only option I have is to get it fixed through the Manufacturer! This is when I completely lost it. I told them that I would be contacting Consumer Protection services and would also go on every blog and forums online if this problem was not handled. So this got her attention and she said (for the 3rd time) that the "problem will be escalated to the TEAM" and I would receive a resolution within 24 to 48 hours. She gave me a new problem ticket# #1482021...This was on the 7th April. When I did not get any resolution or a call back, I called them again on April 10th!! After a long wait, the person from Customer Service told me that the Server is down and that my information cannot be accessed and I have to call back later! So after waiting for days and spending hours on the phone (cost me another rs.240 for these calls), I still am stuck with a dummy/broken/damaged product and I don't think that they have any intention of resolving this problem. So I have currently lost Rs.6500+...

              I have bought a lot of big ticket items online, but mainly from Amazon and I have never had any problems either with the purchase or with the returns. I wish I had researched more about Shopclues and checked their online feedback from other Clients. It's only when I wanted to file this complaint did I see the huge number of Consumers that have had horrible experiences transacting with this company!!! What is sad and even more baffling is that even all these complaints from Consumers, no action by the concerned authorities has been taking against Shopclues! But I will not give up. I will make time and make sure to go to every Consumer protection services, forums, blogs to share my horrible experience! Even if I can stop 10 people from getting scammed by Shopclues, I will consider my time well spent. Once again, BEWARE OF SHOPCLUES!! This company legally runs a scam and cheating trusting Customers of their hard earned money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES!!

                  I have placed order of Asus Zenfone 3 Max (Order No.[protected] from Shopclues.com on 28th March 2017, Payment was done by Credit Card and I have received confirmation that payment is received and order is confirmed, I have followed with them many times on customer care number but every time they have extended date of delivery from 3rd April to 4th April and then 10th April. When I enquired on 7th they have again extended the date to 14th April. Main concern is that they do not have exact reason for non-delivery of product.

                  I have written mail to them that if I am not receiving my product on 10th I will be claiming twice the amount of my product as claim. Even after that they have not extended the date to 14th April. I have written mail on 10th that I will be claiming 10 times of the product value. But still they have not delivered the product.

                  Today morning I have received message that they have processed refund of the amount and will update me in 48 hours about the status.

                  I want compensation for this harassment.

                    I have received a defected product on 13.03.2017 against Cash On Delivery Rs. 18028/-. Subsequently on 3rd day I have applied for refund request. But as usual you denied. Then I approached HP company and obtained the DNA certificate after service engineer verified.After sending emails and phone calls Shopclues arranged for return pick up on 29.03.2017 and the same has been delivered to your merchant on 03.04.2017 .So far you have not arranged or initiated my refund or replacement though I made continuous follow up with you. I have feel down due this deal from 16.03.2017 and You have not given any Firm reply for my money paid. You are holding my Money Rs. 18028/- but you are not giving any response . When called Shopclues Put hold line 20 mins, 30 mins and disconnect the line . If I talk to seniors they said High Priority but No response or Action. Kindly take proper action at least this movement because Shop clues is against the business ethics

                        I recently brought a Voltas 155CY 1.2 Ton 5 Star Split Air Conditioner from ShopClues which had of Rs 25490, Shipping Cost Rs 399, Grand Total Rs 25889.00. Which I paid throught the online which was prepaid order had order id:[protected] on Mon, 5th april 2017, but on friday 7th april I had by mistaken clicked on the returned option which it had given me message on my mobile that my order successfully delivered the product which I havn't received, I don't want the product because it had aluminium condenser. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                        I had paid through the my Overdraft account which is charging me 16.55% of no use.

                        I had bought many items from your website and have alwaysbeen pleased in the past, however with this item I am disappointed and would require you to refund me so that I can buy different model.

                        I expect to hear back from you with a full resolution to theis issue by 10th April 2017 at the very latest.

                          I buy a Mobile battery from shopclues Order id :[protected] . after connecting to charger i found out battery is defective and for making sure i goes to mobile repairing store and they also confirmed that battery is defective not getting power you need to replaced it. so on the next day I make an return request and for refund money to shopclues.
                          My Return id: 3946856 and my status is showing : Resolved with customer
                          I didn't received any mail, message or call from seller. and shopclues decided that problem is solved. are we customer fools or anything else. after calling to customer care and telling them problem they said "sir please wait we checking your order can you hold " and for half an hour i just holding an my phone and your customer care number is also not toll free.
                          I generate problem token and not getting reply since three days.

                          In short they don't want to refund or replaced my product and so breaking trust of customers. and said we give buyer protection.

                            This website is worst but still gave a try and this try was
                            Most painful experience. I ordered on 28 feb and was supposed to delivered by 3rd mar, 2017. It was not delivered and after 15 days when i enquired for it, they said it is returned to origin. Then, when i didn't get refund after 20 days and mailed for it again and again i didn't get any response and suddenly on 5th april; after more than a month.. Status showed it is delivered. However, neither i didn't get product, which i don't want now. Nor i got refund.. I write many mails to shopclues and professional courier but they are giving reply no solution. Forget mail and feedback, i called customer care, and person named hemanth assured me resolution within two days. But it has been three days & no response or solution.. I was not given product, i didn't get refund and i wrote dozen of mails to which there is no reply from anyone. I do 90% shopping online and never faced any issue from other portals.                                 I ordered one ear phones and order number is 11315250 .I gave my office address . They came at saturday(weekend) and They never tried to call me and the send me a message we are not able to contact u so we can't deliver your product. I already pay for this and now they send me a message we can't deliver your product. is this fare? Even they came on the day when the office is off, and they did not try to contact with me what to do now. Help me as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased a handset of redmi note 3 from shop clue they provide me warranty of 1 year on handset and 6 month warranty on accessories within 3 month charger is not work and phone proximity sensors fail then I go to redmi service centre and they say we not provide services to shop clue related products.Now I feel they cheat me I pay full money and not get any warranty.

                                      I have ordered black men's sunglasses they sent me brown women sunglasses now I want replacement or refund but they are not ready for both. They are giving me 50 cluesbucks at place of 139/-. and now they are not replying me.
