Sir,
I poonam sawhney has ordered the wrong item and thats why I have placed a return request but my return has been rejected .Twice I called the customer care service they told me that my order will be collected by next day but nothing happened. Now sir I have called them 3rd time and I asked them why my return request has been rejected, they told me that company is thinking that the customer is saying they have delivered the wrong item but according to the order given to them they have delivered the right one. But sir I'm not saying this I have just stated the reason I have ordered wrong item . its my mistake then my return has been rejected.As soon as possible I want the item to be taken back by the company and want my refund immediately its urgent .
Hope a strict action will be taken and my problem will be solved .

      Dear Sir,

      I bought Airtel Wifi modem in this shop for Rs. 1050 on 27.02.2017. Due to the old item that the company provided to me, I refunded the product on 10.03.2017. They mailed me that they are given refund on 12 Mar 2017. But no amount credited to my account.

      I complaint about this to shopclues.But they are giving UTR No. But I checked in my bank, they told for this UTR No no amount credited and the status also not available.

      I called many times to the company, But still now I am not getting any response.

      Please do the needful for me.

Size was medium. Which was not feet to me. I have already paid for those. I want to replace all these t shirts for seven colur with size XL.

                  I have order for footlogde mes S Velcro Strap andles of RS 438 Vide order No11258794 in which i paid 204 clues bucks and Rs 234 from my syndicate debit card. Shopclues cancel my order and refund only 204 clues bucks in my account. I complaint to them to refund my Rs 234 in my bank account. but till date no refund in my bank account is received back. i make several complaint to shopclues to this issue but no action was taken till date . my Rs 234 was not given to me.

                      The first payment was failed as shown in the statement but amount of 1419 Rs were deducted from account but didn't refund till now. I have also consult with SC Bank. But as shown in the below snapshot, the payment was deducted at your end. Bank told me that when Shopclues will refund the money, they credit into my account. the reference id is CCAEC1FJY954.

                          I have placed order (Order ID:[protected] on 12th march 2017 for iVooMi iV505 mobile and I have received faulty mobile on 23th march 2017. After receiving tried to switch on but it is not getting switch on. I thought there may be battery discharge but even it is not charging.

                            I ordered for a fitness Slim hot shappers belly belt. The packet when received was opened, the product was found to be damaged, torn & of very poor quality. I requested for a return & refund due to the product being of not a good quality.

Due to procurement delay shopclues cancelled my order and processed the amt through payment gateway on 08 Mar 17. But amt of Rs 5499 is not credited back into my account till date. Many times I contacted telephonically to shopclues. But nil response.

                                      I was out of station from last one week as my wife received the order and inform me yesterday that order was incomplete, we had ordered Order ID: 11231755, Kids Cotton Plain Track Pant Set of 5 from your website but we have received only two items inside the box, now today we have received mail that your request is rejected because of beyond time, , what is this, which means that you will sale the incomplete item to customer after that you will not take the ownership as well as resolution of your customer, i never expect this kind of service from you guys, , i will lodge the complaint in consumer forum regarding the cheating as well as your CEO,
