Dear Sir,

I bought Airtel Wifi modem in this shop for Rs. 1050 on 27.02.2017. Due to the old item that the company provided to me, I refunded the product on 10.03.2017. They mailed me that they are given refund on 12 Mar 2017. But no amount credited to my account.

I complaint about this to shopclues.But they are giving UTR No. But I checked in my bank, they told for this UTR No no amount credited and the status also not available.

I called many times to the company, But still now I am not getting any response.

Please do the needful for me.

My order nu[protected] received on 27.03.2017. Instead of zen admire glow received wrong product zen admire curve. From that day i am trying to call customer support but no response.
I want to return this product and i want moner back. Rs 2849.

I have order for footlogde mes S Velcro Strap andles of RS 438 Vide order No11258794 in which i paid 204 clues bucks and Rs 234 from my syndicate debit card. Shopclues cancel my order and refund only 204 clues bucks in my account. I complaint to them to refund my Rs 234 in my bank account. but till date no refund in my bank account is received back. i make several complaint to shopclues to this issue but no action was taken till date . my Rs 234 was not given to me.

I've ordered (order id[protected] micromax x970 but received micromax x595, lodged return request but yet no steps have been taken, moreover since 10 days are lapsed return request has been closed from their side and they are not picking the phone also. whenever you call to their customer care number minimum time isyiu need to wait for 15-20 mins and moreover is chargeable also

I've my order details, invoice details.

The first payment was failed as shown in the statement but amount of 1419 Rs were deducted from account but didn't refund till now. I have also consult with SC Bank. But as shown in the below snapshot, the payment was deducted at your end. Bank told me that when Shopclues will refund the money, they credit into my account. the reference id is CCAEC1FJY954.

Please refund the money back. It was horrible experience for me

I have placed order (Order ID:[protected] on 12th march 2017 for iVooMi iV505 mobile and I have received faulty mobile on 23th march 2017. After receiving tried to switch on but it is not getting switch on. I thought there may be battery discharge but even it is not charging.
Made return request on 23th March 2017 (Return ID: 3878381) but they have rejected return request without any reason as this order is under 10 days return policy. I am trying to contact customer care but they keep on waiting me for 20 minutes finally no updates.
Please help me to get my money back.

I ordered for a fitness Slim hot shappers belly belt. The packet when received was opened, the product was found to be damaged, torn & of very poor quality. I requested for a return & refund due to the product being of not a good quality.

Good morningGood afternoon/Good evening.

I am raj, The ecommerce website I.e www.shopclues.com is a big fake and a cheater which delivers wrong, not working and used products.The product they show in the picture are different and the delivered products are different.

When, I placed a return request of the same products my return requeat has been rejected then I called their customer care executive they said that they are taking my return request and forwarding it to their concern department and I will be communicated with their concern team through the mail.

I received a mail from their concern team after 2 working days and in mail it was mentioned that the products I got delivered are genuine and was mentioned that they communicated with seller and the seller said that the product he delivered is not fake its working and is not used one.

Of course their seller will say the same because they want to earn money by selling their fake used products.

I am mentioning the original picture which shopclues displayed on their website and the product I got delivered.

shopclues is fakee cheater.

Please kindly do the needful and I hope all fake products I got delivered are pickup from me and I will get my money refund.
