We ordered Panasonic1.5ton ac on ShopClues which costs about Rs.25450/-and paid throug debit card.They said merchant is unable to deliver your order so you have to wait or cancel your order. So, we cancelled the order and request to refund our money.They took lot of time to respond.After many reportings, they mailed me that they credited amount into my account.But when I checked my account and noticed that amount was not credited. I tell the same matter to customer support team many times, but they not responding, what should I do now? How I get my money back?

But when I received this product I saw phone charger is damaged, earphone is also not good and handset having meny scratches.but when I wish to return the product, merchant rejected it.       I order some thing and I received an empty parcels taking to them several time they didn't take care of me any thing 30days gone over but didn't solve this problem..help me out my registered no [protected].plz take a Strick action to them this not happening with me having with many others ..if this will continue many will suffer from many prblm..I didn't want this to face prlbm with other as I m suffering from this.

        I have purchased a mobile from shopclues.com
        Order ID:[protected]

        Mobile is Certified Pre-Owned Moto G 2nd Gen XT1068 Dual SIM 16GB - (6 Months Warranty Bazaar Warranty).

        I received it on 10 Feb 2017, it was a highly defective phone.

        The handset I received doesn't work. After start it Mick Problems and screw missing and charger hot working. Its under the warranty also. Return pick has done but now service center ask me to pay charges of this.

        I am not able to pay any charges for this. I want my replace or refund my products in better condition.

        I requested return but no one is bother to listen my complain & there is very harsh while on call & when ever I am calling they are keeping on hold for 1 hour some time 40 minutes & always they rejected complain . This means shop clues doesn't take any responsibility to deliver working product. The handset I received is useless and the money is total waste.
        Ticket raised –1201203 shop clues many time hold.

        They are telling that what ever you want to do but they will not replace or return this product… they have told that where are you want to complain make complain with them (like Consumer foram or Grahak Seva)

        Sir I want justice as this type of company has to be shut down as they are looting peoples.

            Dear SIr,

            This is with reference to the instant cash back that was not so instantly credited to my account for my Blackberry Priv purchase

            I received a Rs 1500 cash back in my credit card account on 27.12.16 and the same was debited on 02.01.2017.

            On 15th Oct 2016 Shopclues gave me a 15 working day period for crediting the instant cash back which I was supposed to get right at the time of the transaction. For several unknown reasons it did not happen and on 27.12.16 when they credit my account after Christmas they take the credit back on 31.12.16 without any sort of intimation.

            I raised this complaint a thousand times and they asked me for the credit card statement, I gave them not once but thrice, contacted the CEO no response. Here are just a few of the many token numbers I raised 917342, 960912, 917342, 705568. ShpoClues is clueless

              Hello, I have ordered this Panasonic Mobile amounts rs 7749.00.
              I recieved it yesterday that is 23/03/2017 and found out two features were not working properly, the camera was not even good and the battery was draining very fast. So i filed a return request yesterday itself. Now today shopclues is telling me they are refusing my refund request and I have to go to Manufacturere for Repair. This is unfair Trade Practice and i feel cheated therefore writng my complaint here so that I can get my money back and shopclues should realise that if products are not working they have to return and refund the customers, so that no more cheaters get cheated by false products and sellers like chopclues.
              I hope i can get a positive outcome.

                On 21-2-17 i placed prepaid order (amt.11698 by credit card)
                Consisting of 2 products of equal amt(5849+5849)
                But due to some reason i cancalled that order, , also
                On 24-2-17 i received 5849 refund in my bank account, but after that till now i have not received the remaining amount[protected]
                I contacted atleast 10 times but i was told to wait but about one month also i didn't got any proper response from customer cares . So 1 month is going to pass and i didn't received the remaining amt. (5849) in my account
                Also i contacted my bank's personnels and credit card team but i was told that shopclues hasen't initiated any refund of remaining 5849 rs.
                so i think i made mistake to place a prepaid order

                  I ordered it on 9th march and its now 23rd march. How can shop clues bet on fast delivery.
                  Are you making the product or just delivering it.
                  I am sorry to say this, but everyone thinks shop clues provides duplicate products. If that is the case and this is why its taking too much time. Or anything goes wrong with the product I will return it and provide bad reviews.

                  Please deliver it by today or tomorrow otherwise I will cancel the order for sure.

                      It was not working properly.

                      I have placed a order on 8th march, 2017, order ID is[protected] but when I get the product invoice is missing, its a power bank with 1 year warranty so invoice is very important for warranty purpose, several they are fraud ..They are cheater ..kindly help me & give me my oproduct invoice, its a Abranne power bank 539 rupees .
                      I ordered a product through online from shopclues . i paid amount as my assress had no cash on delivery.i have provided my home address. they collected shipping amount also.they sent messages that we have delivered successfully but with out . but it was not delivered to me. website shows it was delivered.

                            My order id is[protected] which i had place on March 10th for a shoe rack for rs. 3999 which has already been paid since they did not have cash on delivery option. That has not been delivered yet which was supposed to be delivered on March 14th. In spite of calling them so many times, every time they give a new date which never works.

                                        I kept on calling shop-clues team everyday from my busy schedule ... they never listen to what you said.. I think its the 7th product I have returned to them and I never receive money ever, they always return clue-bucks ( which I deny every time) so that we can continue to buy stuff from them, which is useless, broken or completely opposite to what they show in photographs.

                                        This website should be banned as they are cheating on customers .
                                        I can share several order numbers with you[protected] broken,[protected] used product,[protected] size issue)
