Spray handle is not working . Water didn't spray from the product.Handle got stucked when spraying.. Spray bottle is not fixed properly in spary.water oozes from the mob when we didn't use the mob. I feel that the product isn't good.we will be happy if you replace the product.we bought some products from shop clues.All are good.But we are not satisfied with the mob.

Mujhe cdma gsm dual mode mobile chahiye jo ye nahi hai. Jab maine search kiya tha tab ye mere recruitment ke anusar net. Par dikha rha tha. Lekin yah waisa nahi hai. Iska battery backup bhi dik nahi hai. Charging me bhi problem hai.
4-5 hours me iski battery fully charge hoti hai. Aur 7-8 hours me battery discharge ho jati hai. Hanging ki bhi problem hai bar bar phone hang ho jata hai. Bilkul bekar mobile hai.

I ordered 12V Car Auto Electric Portable Pump Compressor On Feb-17, Payment was being made through Net Banking Of State Bank OF India .Guwahati Assam.The order No is:[protected].But two Month had passed nor the material was being receive neither the money was being refund.I tried to contact the company i.e. Shop Clue by phone and also by writing but there was no reply from their side . Now I kindly request to send the material "12V Car Auto Electric Portable Pump Compressor" or return the money in the same account from which the transaction is being made.

I ordered a phone from shopclues, received on 21st Feb 2017. When I turned it on, it already had call logs, means it was already used phone. Since then I am contacting them, talked to several people even the Manager promised me call back but never did. I am waiting the phone to be taken bck and refund me the amount.
I have sent the images already. I went 150 kms to ahmedabad to service centre to show the phone, even they are not helping.
It is not their concern since the phone is not faulty they cannot help me.

I ordered an item in SHOPCLUES under order no.[protected]. I made payment through eCOD using Mobikwik. But they failed to inform the courier partner. As a result courier partner denied delivery to me. I already filed a complaint with their customer support with ticket no.1194981. But they are so negligent and not responding at all. Now the courier partner Delhivery is returning the product to origin city. Now I have to pay double amount for the same item if I have to re-order. I am forced to pay the price for their negligence. After seeing their customer support, I don't think they will refund my money easily. Kindly take an action and help me in receiving the product. Delivery of item is much preferred than refund.

I This is the first Time I have ordered the product on your website. the service made me very bad and it was pathetic services, you guys have not delivered the product but in your shop clues Login portal, its showing order is delivered. I need an amount back and you guys have mentioned the promised time which is not delivered so you guys have to pay the penalty for the same I am escalating this issue to consumer & your CEO-

I have purchased new fabiano semi automatic non water air cooler, but shop clues.com has supplied duplicate and defective products and I given return request but they have rejected. while shopping they have shown 10days return policy, as per their policy, i don't like that product, but shopclues.com is not accepting my return request. they have cheating me supplying defective product. i contact to customer support they are giving irrespective answer and go to service center, actually i want to save my time that's why i purchased online.
