So please kindly consider my complaint other wise this fraud from your side and I will file a case against your company .

    I bought a tablet ambrane 3g calling tablet aq-11 dual sim 1 gb 8 g b white-10.1 inch from shopclues worth rs.6000 /- & i got a deficative tablet. We contact shopclues customer care and return the tablet but till then we don't get refund. Inspite return of the product.
    At last we going to decided consumer forum for our refund

      I ordered for a 32 inches Micromax TV vide my order No.[protected] dated25/03/2017..Model No. 32T6175MHD. The consignment was delivered to me on 01/04/2017. bearin TV Serial No. 00201BB6427865F.

      The pack was not accompanied by any bill..
      The local Micromax dealer who came for installation was asking for the bill to provid warranty for the TV. In the absence of the bill the TV will not get any warranty.

      This matter was brought to the knowlede of the executive who attended my phone call and assured me that the bill will be mailed in 5 days.

      The bill is yet to be received from you.
      It is your responsibility to provide me the bill. The responsibilty cannot be fixed on shippers.

      Being a reputed organisation should not make the customers to suffer who in good faith order for various items on line.

      I have ordered for a TV from them against my order No.[protected] on 25/3/17.The consignment received by me was without bill.I made many calls and sent mails for the bill. But I have received message stating that it would be resolved in several days. It is not understood the meaning of several days.lt is a vouge reply to a customer who has investeted money and expect to fulfil minimums
      requirement such as bills which is mandatary.
      Kindly advise.
      I had ordered symphony ninja i xl air cooler from shopclues.com and I had received it on 31/03/2017 but the cooler is defective and cheap and on the same day I file return request for the product but they are not approving the return .

        Its been almost 1 month since I am following-up with shopclues regarding my return/refund request. It is pending even though shopclues agree that wrong product was delivered to me.

        This is with related to the Order #[protected] where instead of Voltas125 CYE 1 Ton 5 Star Split AC, 125 CYB model was delivered. In shopclues online portal the picture shown was for Model CYe also under product description the model name was shown as CYe but instead of CYe, I was sent Model CYB. Voltas125 CYB is one of the old model and no more available in any of major online retailers.

        Summers are at its peak and we need AC for house ASAP, options I gave to shopclues are

        1- Take this product back from my home (still in original packing) and deliver right product
        2- Take this product back from my home (still in original packing) and provide refund so I can buy another product

        Please help sorting out this issue and call me at [protected] if required.

          I placed an order on 24 feb 2017 and got it one week late on 7th march 2017. I raised the return request as i didnt like the product on the same day. I got the notification that i will get the refund by 21st march but till now i didnt get the refund also they are not responding to my mails.. very poor service. I will never
          prefer shopclues again.

                Four days back courier boy telephoned me the your package has arrived and you have to pay rs.252/-, than i have intimated that i have already paid the amount through my debit card. So i need not to pay anything you confirm from the shopclues and deliver to me. There is no reply from the courier person and how they have stated that i have refused the package, which is not true. Kindly confirm the delivery date through my e mail address immediately.

I entered complaint on 2nd April in shopclues. But still it shows same status and no reply on my complaint also. Please confirm the order or else refund the amount. Atleast i should get any mail or message related to order, but i dont see any update from customer care.

Transaction shows success but shopclues denied that they not receive payment when i ask several times they denied after that I call ccavenue for this than ccavenue said that to send bank statement than I send bank statement after that they said your transaction is successful and ccavenue give this payment to shopclues but if shopclues denied than we send you mail for this and you send or show this mail to shopclues they must agreed after that I also send ccavenue mail and bank statement again to shopclues but again shopclues denied and send me mail that they not receive any payment so sir please tell me where is my payment bank said transaction success ccavenue said transaction success and payment go shopclues and shopclues denied I call ccavenue again than they told me that you must raise this complaint to risk ccavenue.com and after that they must ask shopclues about your payment and give you complete solution .I Send YOU MY BANK STATEMENTS, SHOPCLUES DENIED STATEMENT YOUR MAIL SO Please CHECK THIS and give me proper solution you see your transaction I'd in my bank statement

                                Dear Sir/Madam
                                I had place a order of spectrum queen bed no.-717 ( Spectrum Queen Bed Fk-717 Code: 87738459 Merch Ref:[protected]. I made the online payment for order no.[protected] of amount Rs 1580/-. But unfortunately order has been cancelled by sale team by saying that wrong amount is displayed on the site. Before putting the order, I also talk to customer care center and I also discuss about product cost as well as about discount. There is absolutely no problem at time moment of product order. Now, I am not able to understand, why this order is cancelled by shop clues. I request you to order the shop clues to serve my order as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged to you

                                  I purchased a Samsung battery product in shopclues, The product was duplicate I returned my product, But refund was not yet credited to my account, If anyone knows toll free number of shop clues reply back to me, , I waited almost a month, but money was not credited, SUCH A BLUNDER SHOPCLUES DON'T BELIEVES SHOP CLUES'THOSE PRODUCTS ALSO FAKE. IF I DIDN'T GET BACK MY MONEY IN 24HOURS I PUT A CASE ON SHOP CLUES, DON'T PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS AND DON'T UNDER ESTIMATE THE POWER OF CUSTOMERS. I POST IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ALSO.

                                    Sir,
                                    I poonam sawhney has ordered the wrong item and thats why I have placed a return request but my return has been rejected .Twice I called the customer care service they told me that my order will be collected by next day but nothing happened. Now sir I have called them 3rd time and I asked them why my return request has been rejected, they told me that company is thinking that the customer is saying they have delivered the wrong item but according to the order given to them they have delivered the right one. But sir I'm not saying this I have just stated the reason I have ordered wrong item . its my mistake then my return has been rejected.As soon as possible I want the item to be taken back by the company and want my refund immediately its urgent .
                                    Hope a strict action will be taken and my problem will be solved .

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I bought Airtel Wifi modem in this shop for Rs. 1050 on 27.02.2017. Due to the old item that the company provided to me, I refunded the product on 10.03.2017. They mailed me that they are given refund on 12 Mar 2017. But no amount credited to my account.

                                        I complaint about this to shopclues.But they are giving UTR No. But I checked in my bank, they told for this UTR No no amount credited and the status also not available.

                                        I called many times to the company, But still now I am not getting any response.

                                        Please do the needful for me.
