    I placed this order on march 17 late in the evening.
    The site did not give an option to change the address.
    Now i am not sure which address the products will be delivered at.
    The site is not opening up on my orders page, nor am i able to edit my profile page since it does not open up.
    I tried calling customer support on[protected] but number does not ring at all.
    Advance payment has already been made
    Request redressal at the earliest

          I ordered a phone and it came with defective display.The product is defective. The display is not working. I have been trying since the very day i received this defective product. I have already filed for return though, there is no response.
          Once i had chat on call with their executive, who tried to repair but not refund or replace. What is "Repair". The site itself says 10 days refund or Replace warranty.

            I ordered a mobile charger for rs. 414 and it got delivered about 10 days back. Since the product was not working i returned it as per the procedure. I got a mail on 13th tellin tat UTR no. Will be provided widin next 24 hrs for transaction. Its been 4 days.. Didnt recieve any mail. Wat is the procedure.. How do i get my money back.. I even called.. Number was busy.. Take this note immediately!

              Sir I booked an order no[protected] haier washing machine on 24 Feb 17 and expected date of delivery was 04 of Mar but it was showing delayed in shipment and expected date 09Mar but same again showing delayed in shipment on9 the of Mar then I called customer care we're shopclues representative told me that it will be delivered by 15of Mar but suddenly on 09 the night around 11pm it was showing product was delivered on 04 of Mar i was shocked on seeing this I tried contacting them but on 10th call dropped many times . But on 11 I spoked to representative and he registered complain and told me to solve issue by 17 of Mar but till now I haven't received any info. I am very much depressed

Ltd.C-13, Shakti Nagar Extn., Delhi - 110052 (India)) and my Ship To address is C/O, B. Mukund Rao, House. no. 6-3-351, New Bhoiguda, Secundrabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500025, India.
                  But when I received the invoice from your end it only consist ship to address at both the places(i.e Bill To and Ship To) as well as there is no Tax amount mention in your invoice, as this is a capital asset I need to claim the depreciation.

                      I am satheeshbabu i have purchased a un box mobile on date but when i opened the camera is not working and also battery is not good so i have request customer care for product return but they have ask to me the visit coolpad service center to get repaired but i refused and called for 6 times to take the product return and at last on[protected] they have took the product back but till now i haven't received my money and i got a message as "the refund for your shopclues order[protected] has been declined the refund will be proceed on receipt of correct banking details " i called to customer care after e product return to check for the refund and they have told me that my account details are correct and after the message i have called twice to CC to check my bank details again bu t they not connecting me to the executive

                        I have ordered an Accu-Check Active meter with order ID[protected] on 27th January 2017 from Shopclues site with an option of cash on delivery. Later when they have informed through mail that i can pay the money before delivery through e-COD wherein i have transferred an amount of Rs.1029 to shopclues account. When the product reached courier service office, the courier agent says that they have not received the payment conformation and for the same they cannot deliver the product to me. Having so i contacted customer care and related authorities more than over 20 times to get redressed the problem. The company have not taken any action rather than picking up the call and assuring delivery. Being so the courier agent returned the product. Later i called the customer care for taking steps for initiating refund of money. They gave only assurances but not the refund of money.

So asking me wait or to cancel the items, this is not the first time it has happening from years back . So please take a proper action against them so they will never do that again.

                            As soon as i got the mobile on 03 March 2017 and put in the SIM cards, i got the message that Both IMEI numbers not being detected. I was therefore unable to make or receive calls. I had initiated a return request for this order.I had indicated that the item be replaced. But I got a response from the company only after repeated calls and correspondence. Finally, I got a response on the issue saying that the product is under Manufacturer warranty, hence the authorized Service center will be in the best position to diagnose the defect and resolve it to your satisfaction.

                            I am unable to understand the reply as the item was fully defective on receipt.

                                No one is helping, no one have clear answer about my query.
                                From last 1 moth i am truly fed up by purchasing the product from shop clues. Taken my money and no replacement nor refunded yet.
                                I bought ceiling fan on 14th feb on shoplcues, on 19th i got delivery. On same day i file the return request due to manufacturing fault. They ask me to call product customer care. Then i called in crompton for help then they given label to show shopclues, by that shopclues have to take return back and give replacement, on 1st march to had issued the replacement and and on 6th march the got the return, not today is 13th march and they still are to able to return my product for last 25 days ago. Please help me out and give the solution to resolve

                                    I ordered one number ZEN X45 Mobile phone to ShopClues and paid online Rs. 863.00 incl. shipment charge.

                                    Message received that delivery will be done before 12th March 2017.

                                    Subsequently, I received mail and message from Shopclues that my courier was undelivered due to rejection and returned.

                                    This is totally baseless message as no courier from Shopclues came to our residence neither any phone call on my mobile from courier boy.

                                    No reply to my return message and mail in this regard till date.

                                    I hope Shopclues will look into this matter seriously and will either resent the item or refund my money immediately.

                                      I purchased 2 iball slide 3g Q27 tabs from shopclues.com on 9th oct 2016. (order No.[protected] When i received these tabs, realized that they are used tabs. Shopclues tried to replace one of the tab but sent again used tab. So I returned 2 tabs and requested for refund. But I received refund for only one tab Rs 10, 999.Eevn afetr lot of followup they are not refunding me Rs 10, 999 for another tab.
