I have purchased a mobile from shopclues.com
Order ID:[protected]
Mobile is : iVooMi iV505 (5" qHD IPS, 4G VoLTE, 3000mAh battery with Flash Charge)

The handset I received doesn't work. After start it hangs and restart every 2 minutes.

I requested return. But the request is rejected. This means shopclues doesn't take any responsibility to deliver working product. The handset I received is useless and the money is total waste.

Nobody picks if I call to their number. I raise SR [#1265072] using the only medium (web ) of lodging request. But there is no action.

    With reference to order no[protected], I had ordered for 2 nos, but the delivery boy has delivered only one item, but the payment was done for 2 nos, I have spend lot of time in reaching out to you, with lots of effort I got a link, To submit for refund, but it fails to submit the request.

      I kept on calling shop-clues team everyday from my busy schedule ... they never listen to what you said.. I think its the 7th product I have returned to them and I never receive money ever, they always return clue-bucks ( which I deny every time) so that we can continue to buy stuff from them, which is useless, broken or completely opposite to what they show in photographs.

      This website should be banned as they are cheating on customers .
      I can share several order numbers with you[protected] broken,[protected] used product,[protected] size issue)

        Said company had supplied me a consignment of 12 W LED Bulb no's, 12 a combo pack under my order #[protected] which placed to Shopclues vide Invoice no. 940 for Rs.502/ .While opened said consignment, it has noticed that the light of Bulb is not satisfactory and least to retain said bulbs .Please arrange for collection of the combo pack at your earliest and refund me my paid sum.

          Heloo.. How may times to contact u ppl.. If there s no response then y u hav to provide a customer care number then.. Worst service i hav cme across.. As mentioned in ma previous mail.. I Need ma money back.. Ive been loyal and returned the product as per the procedure..Common its time to show ur loyalty service!!! This s ma second mail and a number of calls tho.. Not a single response.. UTR numbe provided not yet.. And dont know wats the procedure too..!!

          Sir I had ordered 2 set of quantities
          1st) combo pack 1 rain cover + 1 saftey lock rs.190

          2nd) combo pack 1 rain cover + 1 saftey lock rs.190

          for this 2 combo pack

          I got only one set rain cover with out saftey lock and another set of quantity combo rain cover with saftey lock is missed.
          i paid amount but i losed my amount and the quality also not good

            I have ordered BOSCH washing machine WAK20160in on shopclues bearing order ID[protected].com on 19th march 2017. I made the payment in advance through debit card. But due to some reason I cancelled it same day. The refund status was showing that refund will be processed by 20th march 2017. On 20th march when I checked the refund status It was saying that "Payment Gateway Failure". I tried to call their customer care no [protected] number of times but it is just holding the call to be connected to customer care executive but it is never connecting. I am totally frustrated by their bad response. I request shopclues people that please refund my money as soon as possible. I will wait till march end. If it is not refunded by then I will lodge complaint to Consumer court. Shopclues people, don't spoil your name and refund my money without any complications

Order was cancelled successfully and I was expecting my payment back which I have made. It's been more than 12 days now and I haven't got my money back.                 I had brought a smart phone from Shopclues and I received it on 2 march, it wos a highly defective phone, could not make it work, the imei number wos tampered, the phone wos not under warranty, I've been trying to call their css number ever sins, I sent them a number of emails but there wos absolutely no response, I have been cheated by this worst e commerce company, hopeless company, even their CEO has not responded to my e-mail, PLEASE DO NOT USE SHOPCLUES, IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY.there is every chance that you could get cheated like me.

                  I have ordered ivoomi iv505 (5"qhd ips, 4g volte, 3000mah battery with flash charge) on 9th mar 2017 and paid rs.3973 through my credit card and my order number[protected]. i have received the above product on 18 march evening around 6:00 pm 2017). as soon as i received the product i switched on mobile with the inserted sim, but unfortunately it is getting restarted continuously. so i have place a return request immediately on next day morning arounbd 8:00 am i. e 19th mar 2017. but today i see the return status in my online account that"the return is rejected by merchant". i spoke
                  With customer care regarding this issue, but i was answered that i need to go to service centre to get it resolved. my query is why they have sent defective product. it is their mistake how can i accept it. why do i need to go to service centre to get it resolved for just 1 hour old mobile. i kindly request you to help me to get my money back or replacement.

                    I submitted my complaint and asked for refund. But they want me to go-to service centre, that is not even located somewhere around me... I asked for further assistance and was provided with a costumer care number and when I called, no response was there. How the hell, am I supposed to get the job sheet if I don't even know where is the service centre. No listings are there on Google too, and ShopClues guys are asking me to get a job sheet to process m request further, their hold time seems to be eternity as they old for minimum 10 min and then hold again :( . Not really satisfied with Ur attitude ShopClues...

                          Worst dirty product delivered by waste shopclues, I was ordered a wrist watch they delivered the product but it's totally different what actually product is in shopclues supplies and what they show and what they delivered it's totally different .after delivery of the product immediately i request to return the product but they didn't respond till now this is the shopclues version about customers, If you are not returns my cash back I m going to report consumer court so respond to this message otherwise I should report to consumer court they will fine take care of your self..

                            I ordered samsung galaxy grand prime smart phone on 23 feb 2017 and paid 4090inr via internet banking. Order number[protected]. They offered to deliver the order by march 9. Then they sms me sayng that there will be delay due to holy. Then on 14 march 2017 they sms me claimimng that order delivered!!. It is a lie. It is fraud. I didnot receive nothing until this day (19 march 2017)
                            They said it is sending via bookmypacket.com nad tracking number was 98026162.
                            After i got their fake sms about delivery i lodged onlne complaint to all 3 parties involved: 1) shopclues.com, 2) courier bookmypacket.com, 3) gadgetwood, new delhi, th eseller
                            But there is no positive response from any of these agencies.
                            Now i wish to get my money back. I need your help. Thank

                              I checking my service availability in my area by enter my pincode number 522509, it shown that ok then I placed order in shop clues and you send my order to blue dot corrior service, he call me and said collect your order from office but he said no service In that area but I checked in that there is availability so take action on blue dot corrior service, he may not talk properly with customers if this is the case your shopclues orders reduces so make sure send my order to my home or just refund my money . But I really very disappointed about your service customers

                                    I ordered shoes from Shopclues.com, on March 10, 2017. Unfortunately had to cancel the order as the delivery date was too late, the date when money would be refunded, as per the text message received was March 15, 2017.
                                    My order ID is[protected] and I have tried to contact the customer care support quite a few times but did not receive any updates from them, it has been 8 days since cancellation and I have not received any refund, I request that my query is resolved as soon as possible.

                                      I placed an order for the supply of frazzer 12 w led bulb under id no.[protected] accordingly shop clues supplied requested material under invoice # 940 through xpressbees courier service which delivered today. On opening the said consignment i had noticed that 12 w led bulb is not giving required light as experienced from the led bulb of 4watt of wipro make. Immediately contacted to m/s frazzer sotres on their given cell no.[protected] who had advised to return the material to shopclues. You are required to arrange for the return consignment of bulb and refund me collected amount.

                                        Stylox pack of 2 men's solid casual shirt and raabta red plain umbrella cut midi long dress on 22nd feb but till today i.e.18th march i haven't received my return cash amount in my bank account. When I try to contact to your customer service representative they keep my call on hold for half an hour and I had talked to the supervisor Mr.Rohit Gupta and he promised that he will solve this problem in two days but he has not done anything towards this issue. Now till Monday my return cash amount will be in my bank account else I will register a complaint in consumer forum and also a launch a FIR against your company.
