        I ordered micromax canvas nitro 3 E352 from shopclues on 17 feb. My shopclues order ID is[protected].
        The phone now is not working properly, most of the application are not even opening and it is working very slow considering its RAM . i have tried rebooting it but its not helping as well.
        I am very disappointed with this product and want it to be exchanged as soon as possible.

                  I ordered a Bosch WAK24168IN Fully-automatic Front-loading Washing Machine (7 Kg Grey) on 22nd Feb 2017. I live 0n the 1st floor and my apartment has a lift too. But the shopclues customer service is saying that the doorstep delivery depends on their courier partner. But this was nowhere mentioned on their site or while placing the order. This is simply cheating the customer. All other e-commerce companies are providing doorstep delivery. Now I have to go through a lot of hassles to get the product into my flat on 1st the floor. Please look into this matter.

                            Hi, my order #[protected] with shopclues was placed on 17th FEB and they mentioned that the delivery date would be on 26th. However, today is 1st of Mar and till now no sign of my product, when I contact Shopclues, they are co-coordinating with the courier service and informed me to wait till 7th March. When I ask for refund they are saying that the refund will be initiated after 15 days of placing the refund order(I did not cancel the order though). Time is money !, I already waited for 10 days and they are telling me to wait for 1 more week which is very inconvenience to me. I spent all of my CC balance to purchase this. I kindly request the respective team to look into the issue and resolve the issue ASAP.

                                  I'll order deodorant form shopclues.com on 24/1/17 (Hi! Your payment for ShopClues Order[protected] for Combo of 2 Axe + 2 Ogavaa Deodorants For.. Is successfully done. Your order will be delivered by Sat 11 Feb.) And I received on 8 Feb when I open the courier I will see all those are damage and 3 doe is 20 to 30% is empty(used) 1 is fully empty then I will contact many time to seller but hi not received my call(seller contact no [protected]) then I will decided to claim amount refund from Shopclues and I will fill to refund request.                                       Hi this is Alfredo furtado complaining about the delivery guys, I got a call on Sunday 26th asking about my delivery address and land mark which I have them and also asked to take an additional mobile number on which he said it's not necessary the parcel will be delivered after waiting I called the person back arround 7pm he said he couldn't get thru on my mobile and said he would deliver it the next day and guess what the next day I get the message the items I ordered were returned back I have to order again please do something about the bee's they are turning your business down
