Everytime i order from shopclues they shiw something and give something else and in the end i ve to return the product but no one comes either to take the product neither the refund is initiated in the bank account as a customer we really feel helpless for this they always refung in clues bucks even if the details are provided and when we complain they blaim us and say that our problem will be resolved in two working days but that day never comes this time the situation was even worst when the order made using clue bucks i refused to take the order at my door step saying that need to cancel it the delivry insulted me saying that why you always return the profuct anf he took back the product no refund is yet initiated and now ive lost both the product and the money too worst shopping site should to be banned by law

    REFURBISH LENOVO VIBE K5 NOT NOT WORKING WHEN I HAVE OPEN THE COURIER, Lenovo Refurbish Service center not shoutout my Problem till now yet.

    No body is calling me about my Problem . Company sell this product by Rs.6999.
    And it aslo delay to Delivery to me . Thats not issue, , , But company without checking it send me...
    I am a trusted Customer of Shopclues.
    If same service i will get again and again then how can i trust on same website.

    Pls Resolve it asap.

      Many time product not delivered by courier service at home.They instruct us for cancel the order or collect from office. Recently I have purchase a hutch toy dog on 19.02.17 Order ID[protected] during purchase my address verified that time showing Item is available in Your area but after purchase product not delivered & Return.Already I communicate my problem with customer support time complaint 2-3 times ticket no-1035889 all time they secure us regarding delivery. But any action not taken by customer support team, at last the product not delivered in my home.Also from Shopclues wrong mail provide me that attempt unsuccessful.

        I ordered it by debit card and it came failed so I clicked once again and when I checked my phone two times was debited from my account but the order was successfully completed but only once please I request you to look after my problem I ordered from shopclues on 26 February 2017
        i ordered 3 dress which cost above rs 300
        please try as much as u can to resolve my problem

            Pls take my complaint seriously. I am a genuine person, Doctor by profession
            This is with regards to Website Shopclues.com
            I had made an order (no.[protected] with Shopclues on 19th Feb 2017 and paid by Credit Card as Cash on Delivery option was not available for the same.
            On the very next day I got courier tracking details of FedEx[protected].
            After 4 days when the shipment did not arrive, I called FedEx who told me that only an online Tracking label was generated by providing sender and receiver details. Such label can be generated by anyone online. But no Shipment was actually handed over to FedEx . Its been 5 days since just a tracker I'd is created but no shipment is handed over to FedEx.
            When I contacted Shopclues, they asked 2-3 working days time to investigate at their end.
            I initially agreed with them.
            But then I checked the consumer complaints and found many who were duped by the same website in exactly the same manner. The modus operandi being totally same.
            If you do not believe me verify the details provided by me above.
            Also just search in Google with Keywords " Shopclues FedEx Complaints "
            People have not got any product or their refund.
            Pls do something about it sir.
            At a time when our PM is promoting Digitalisation, such companies are giving a bad name to E-Commerce.

There estimated delivery is feb 14. they are not deliver my order yet(feb27). if a call to customer care there is no proper response. my phone bill is increasing for contact them. for this all over cost i can but this shoes in offline. so i request to every one dont make any order in shopclues. They also refuse to refund amt. i ask the shopclues, can you walk without shoes.

                    I have purchased Sunflame 1100M3/Hr Innova Ss 90Cm 90 Bf Auto Clean Chimney, while order i have selected 90 CM which is not fit to my kitchen thats the reason i have initiate a return for the same and called to the customer care several times(more than 100 times)

                    I have received one mail on 30th JAN 2017 regarding product return (Order ID[protected] for Sunflame 1100M3/Hr Innova Ss 90Cm 90 Bf Auto Clean Chimney), It has informed me that "courier partner had attempted the pickup of your order from your pick-up address, however, the same could not be completed. As a result, we are closing the return request at this stage". However we have not received any mail or call from your courier agent for return Pickup.
                    Kindly rearrange the return pick-up and align your partner for pick-up, so that we will be informed about return pick-up date and ensure the product return complete without any issue. Hope you understand our concern and do necessary support in product process.

                          I book a phone on 9/2/2017 through shopclues website by online transaction but at the time I got otp it failed and an amount of Rs.543/- deducted from my Sbi account.

                          Again I booked same phone through online it was successfully and agian RS.543/- deducted.

                          Later on I call Shopcules c.care they told me that they have not any failed transaction toward my shopcluea ID of Rs543/-. But after long waiting for refunded I have not refunded any amount nighter in my shopclues ID nor my online SBI.

                          Sir I provided some information for tracking transaction :

                                I'll order deodorant form shopclues.com on 24/1/17 (Hi! Your payment for ShopClues Order[protected] for Combo of 2 Axe + 2 Ogavaa Deodorants For.. Is successfully done. Your order will be delivered by Sat 11 Feb.) And I received on 8 Feb when I open the courier I will see all those are damage and 3 doe is 20 to 30% is empty(used) 1 is fully empty then I will contact many time to seller but hi not received my call(seller contact no [protected]) then I will decided to claim amount refund from Shopclues and I will fill to refund request. I receive mail from ShopClues my amount refund on 17 February but still we have not received refund amount (ShopClues refund ID[protected]
                                Next day I will call to ShopClues customer care and say to check my refund status they will check and tell me your refund amount is already refunded on 7th February how can they refund my refund amount on 7th February because I will get the courier at 8 February and I will refund request register on 8 February.
                                I will attach all my Airtel money wallet statement, Defective products and I'll get mail from shopclues for refund request...

                                Please help me and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                  Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the shopClues services. The product i got delivered was defected and the color was also not of my choice. I had placed the return order immediately on 14th Feb (10 days back) but had no information on my return request till date. I feel extremely sorry for choosing shop-clues as a website for shopping online.

                                  I tried reaching customer care multiple times but no one is answering my call. I have uploaded image of the defected product and raised multiple tickets asking for help but have not received update on even a single ticket.

                                  I wonder WHY the company does not want to refund me and take back their damaged item. I am deeply vexed and hope this gets over and I get a legit refund as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, I have ordered Suryaflame Copper 4 Burner stove(Automatic) on January 23, 2017, it got delivered on 1st Feb, 2017 but wrong product was delivered, the delivered product was Manual one, immediately i have placed a return request on the same day, since then they are playing with me, till feb 13th i had keep on sent images to their email ids and even uploaded them through their website but whenever i had called them they keep on asked me to send the images again and again till feb 13th but on this day i got to know that the ticket which was created to resolve my issue was the invalid request, then one of the executive created a new ticket and when i had sent the images, they received them and said me that my concern will be resolved in 2 working days but till now it was not resolved, i am keep on calling them from past 22 days but they are saying me the same thing again and again, the main point is i didn't even received invoice for the product too, this is the way they are cheating the customers, when i have shared this with one of my friend he said that even he faced same kind of issue with Shopclues, they are trying to cheat the customers by delivering fake products, please dont get cheat by buying the products in shopclues.

                                    Today when i have called the customer care people they have changed their words, now in their website they have updated the product description to Manual and saying me that they had delivered the product as per the description, for my safety i have took the screen shots of the website stating the product description as Automatic, they are trying to cheat me.

                                      This is harish, writing this mail after frustrating conversation with shopclues, i have Placed an order for LED samsung TV 40'', now we were facing some internal issue which was there was line appearing over the screen as we had a 1 year seller warrenty, i raised a complaint on this on 23rd of DEC 2016 they asked me to share the images, i have shared 40 -60 images of the same, but they could not able to see the images in any mail( they played a drama like this), they while they are on call i shared pone image that time they said they received the image after a long time return request approved. again they create a problem like asked us only send that product back promised that they will refund the courier charges (Rs 1260) after when i asked reverse pick up from shopclues end itself they said reverse pick is not serviceable for our location they asked us only to send the product, by wasting our time we did well pack with wooden coverage from courier partner and sent through air way from GMS courier service on 1st FEB 2017 and it has been reached to shopclues warehouse on 7th FEB 2017, today its22nd FEB i called them asked about the resolution they are telling they received the damaged product which they are not able to provide resolution speaking like some dramatic way and ask me contact my courier partner (GMS) without giving any intimation from the date of delivery till now about the product damage. i just take a chance to contact courier customer care they cant do anything its already 15 days got over they said for delivery of the item to destination. Now im not getting resolution from them nor refund of my product playing a big drama over there(Shopclues). Kindly please consider my request and do the needful.

                                        I had placed an order with Shop Clues vide the order number[protected] for a leg massager. The payment was made instantly online while placing the order. I have received a communication from them after 5 days stating the order has been cancelled.

                                        This was very disappointing, since there was no information about unavailability of the product at the time of placing the order.

                                        It is stated in the cancellation communication (received after almost a week) that the refund has been initiated and will be credited to my account by 14th March (almost a month).

                                        The purpose of ordering the product was to give relief to my aging parents and I had committed to them that the product will be delivered to them in a week.

                                        Advertising with attractive pricing and after placing the order holding the amount for close to a week and finally cancelling the order is a very terrible experience for me and a let down to my parents.

                                        This seems to be the manner of business operating model of ShopClues by luring customers with excellent products at attractive prices and holding up the money and cancelling with regret emails. This is like holding the money for money rotation.

                                        I humbly insist on having the same product at the offered price as per my order number.
                                        ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
