I ordered bingo C6 smart watch with heart rate monitoring, bluetooth & slim watch on 21 jan 2017 on ShopClues. With 500 Rs Cash back with mobikwik payment.
Order id[protected].
Received order on 6th of February 2017.
But in this watch heart rate monitoring function is not available..
I request for return this product.
But they rejected my request, ... Why???
& Cash back of Rs 500 is not yet received neither by ShopClues & nor by Mobikwik.
Then where is my Cash back????
& Why they rejected my request of returns.
Cheater company...
Cheated the customers...

So I request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum please help me in this case...

    I have ordered for some products paying in advance which was not delivered to me. But I was shocked to receive a message which reads as product was delivered. My order no.[protected]. Now Neither I could track my order as it says order was delivered nor I could contact customer support because my call was not received by anyone in the given no even trying and waiting for several time.
    ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    We had ordered for an i phone charger worth rs.1248... but what we received in the courier was shocking.. it z an old broken body of nokia monile phone.. i m attaching the photos herewith... hope u will look into the matter...

That's the reason for raise return request by me. If shopclues have so much problem with the returns so first improve your service. Why wrong product delivered to me.

      1. Defective product received (Phone unable to charge itself).

      2. Return complaint filed same day of receiving.

      3. Waited more than a month to get it picked-up (From the current address saved in shopclues account, not from the address it was delivered to as requested on my friend's address in my same neighbourhood).

      4. Called shopclues customer care at least 4 times and they said yore complaint has been filed, same repetitive reply every time, still no help.

      5. My money got stuck in this order, neither i received a working product (Phone) i paid for nor i got my money back as refund.

      6. My return request has been rejected without any valid reason and now i am stuck with defective product which i can't even use.

      Too bad on this site's part as it has lost all your credibility in me as it's customer...

      All i want is it to just take back it's defective product (Phone) and give me back my money.

        I have make a return request on 17th Feb for this product the next day it is delivered. Mentioned not worthy all called CC and explained the quality is poor. Still I found today status Return rejected. When I called CC, is saying quality is not comes under policy.
        I have never went through such while shopping from other e-commerce sites. It was smooth. Also I have order 2 different product same time 1 is absolutely fine but another product quality so cheap and not at all worthy. Then why should I accept that product. Really embarrassing. Last time I called they said we will update you in 4 days now today when I say Return reject at last they said we will raise to concerned department and again will take 4 days and at last once the timeline of return will exceed they will say now it is not under the policy of return.

Today i.e. on 21st Feb, when I checked the status online, the status against the order is displayed as delivered on 20th Feb, 2017. I havn't received the product yet. I gave complaint to customer and made me wait for 15 mins over phone and later informed me that I will get the order in 48 hrs.

            I have purchased nokia e71 mobile phone (Refurbished) from the shopclues order number is[protected]. This product was delivered on 23-jan-2017. On same day when we open this phone plug for charging then this phone able able to charge. I have also tried with another charger which is available at my home and working fine. From this charger also this phone not able to charge. After that on 24-jan-2017, i file a return request (Return id is 3609026) and ask shopclues to replace it but after so many calls done by me to shopclues customer care on 14-feb — 2017 they told they can not replace it they can only repair it as this is under warranty. So i agree for the same to repair it on 14-feb and they told they will pick this phone for repair with in 4 days but since they did not contact me for pickup and also no call, no communication on phone as well. Then i again called shopclues on 16-feb and they told we required another 3 days to resolve your problem. Still they did not take phone for repair. 20-feb-2017 i again called them they told our senior executive will call you but there is no call from them. Today 21-feb-2017, i again call them and asked for the status of reverse pickup for repair still they told we will resolve your problem in 4 working days. This is prepaid order and i have paid money 19-jan-2017 and phone was delivered on 23-jan-2017. Still i am not able to use this phone as this is defective product. But shopclues customer care not entertaining the same and again and again given the next 4 working days time line when ever we called them. Please help me to resolve this problem.

              I placed an order for online purchase of "Stylox Blue Light Blue Denim Mid Rise Jeans For Mens (Pack Of 2)" having Order no "[protected]" on Jan 26, 2017.

              The product was delivered on Jan 30, 2017. Out of the two jeans one was defective (the button was damaged). therefore, I placed a return request.

              The status of my return request didn't change until I made a call to them. They said that they would arrange for reverse pickup.
              However, on Feb 8th, 2017 I got an email saying that the "Return request has been resolved with the merchant" without the issue being resolved

              When I called them again they apologized and said that they would give me 100 cluebucks (points) as the product was damaged. I agreed to it

              However till date I haven't received the cluebucks to my account despite calling them repeatedly.

              For getting 100 cluebucks I have wasted nearly 50 Rupees on phone calls to their call centre.

                This is brought to your kind information that i had requested to the shopclue for the retunrn of product id number 3631476 dated 28.01.2017vide my order number[protected] inquestion tio that on filing the complaint before you the company had given reply that they are sending the courier partner but no once came nor call to me and just thye are mailing that the courier partner attempt to contact me but failed to contact me as the company do9not know their is cctv camer all over our society and they cannot tell such bogus statment for which they will be held under cvrimin al offcence incase if their courier partner came to me show wherre theiry is enty with the gate keeper / security gurard where is the photo of their courier partner on cctv cameer by this way they are cheating the innocent public yiou are here with requested to take ncessary action if not i9 will puublich all the drama in al;l the leadintg newsp;aer so that no innocent public will cheat5ed by them. do ncesssary action this regard.

                      Shopclues team... Should say you guys are shameless... Truly shameless.... This is my 12th complaint... Shocking isn't? Yeah it should be..
                      Bcoz u guys are sleeping there right?... First of all ur whole site is a # right? I had been complaining for about 2 months... I guess this would be very less for u cheaters to cheat the customers and have fun.. (Our complaints would be ur ' select and delete' messages right?).. What's ur reply everyday... Yeah very 'effective' and
                      'true' reply — ' wait for 2 days',,,... ' wait for 2 days'... ' only 2 days sir '.. I should say u guys better learn the calendar and clock before starting a business... And ur support team.. They are very ' punctual' and 'helpful' and ' kind '.. That's why they pic up the call after '12 mins' and then on objection.. Just disconnect the call.. Amazing service right?...
                      U know u should think about ur business... First of all ur site does not have any good name and fame as such... And ohh please u don't even come any closer to flipkart, amazon or such... And with ur 'amazing' service u are sure to loose the 100 or 150 customers u have too 😂😂

                      If thus much was enough.. U guys better look onto thus problem by today... Or i swear to spread all the screenshots and details of my previous complaints on the social media and spoil ur name.                           I bought Surya Crystal 3 Burner Cooktop from shopclues.com on 7th February 2017. I bought it for Rs. 1300 + 150 for shipping. Total Rs. 1450. Also, they were running scheme with MobiKwik 100% cashback upto Rs. 500. So I paid money thru mobikwik expected Rs. 500 cashback.

                          Same day I received mobikwik cash back of Rs. 32/- only. I sent them email and they replied that cashback is upto 100% and it can be any %. So showing 100% cashback, what I received is only 2.2% cash back.

                          Product reached me on 12th February 2017. I found product damaged and therefore visited shopclues.com. Website is showing, product delivery delayed. Till today, 19th February 2017, its showing "PRODUCT DELIVERY DELAYED"

                          Am sure, they are waiting for 10 days and they will say product delivered and 10 days over :'(

                          So now am sure of onething, from now onwards, every month I will order one costly item from shopclues with cash on delivery and after opening package will return product to them :)

                          NOTE: EITHER DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES OR PREPARE TO ACCEPT IT. THIS IS FIRST TIME, I BOUGHT COSTLY ITEM FROM SHOPCLUES. THEY ARE WORTH LESS THAN RS. 100 ONLY SO BUY ONLY ITEMS LESS THAN RS 100 ONLY.

                            Hello, i ordered two ikall phone k38 2.4inch multimedia mobile which costed me Rs.1038 and shipping charges Rs.198 so i paid 1236.I am student in 14th std (sybcom)i belong to middle class family i wanted to gift those phones to my father and grand pa.The phone's were delivered but after two days it stopped working.we tried to contact shopclues so many time they kept saying SERVER IS DOWN after so many days they answered my call and said u cn only request return in 10days i said them the whole issue thn theyaccepted my return request now yesterday they mailed me saying your RETURN TICKET IS CLOSED because courier agency wasn't reachable to me now i got no mail from courier agency nor got any calls while taking money shopclues don't hesitate but for solving problems they hesitate so much.I trusted shopclues and i loss my all efforts i know Rs.1236 is not a big amount for many of you but i was saving it frm last 3months.Instead shopclues would have said we are giving you a phone come dummy which will work for a day and we will take your money and will never return.
                            SHOPCLUES company is cheat and merchant ALPHA RADIOS he is fake too don't buy products from shopclues they provide fake information

                              I requested for the return on 30th Jan and since then your application has been continuously showing illogical statuses which I even confirmed with the executives but every time I used to call they used to tell me just one thing that the return has been reinitiated. However courier person never came during this period and when I call the executive to ask why my return has been closed, I get the answer that the courier guy has mentioned that he couldn't find my address, is there a think called TELEPHONE? Couldn't he call me if couldn't find the place? Then I got it reinitiated again and not just once I got it reinitiated 4-5 times because it automatically changes the statuses od my return. Your application shows different status regarding this product that 'return approved'- then 'product picked up'- then 'product received and quality check is in process'- then 'return rejected'. And as soon as I used to get this status I called your executive and asked for this because your silly application shows senseless and baseless status as the product was never picked up. And this happened not just once or twice, it happened for around 4-5 times.

                              For your kind information, the product has not been picked up yet and the current status of the return request which shows on your app is -'return quality check in process'. Let me remind that the product is still with me and not been picked up.

                              Are you trying to fool me or you think I'm sitting here doing nothing and only work I have is to get the status of returns?

                              It has been completed 16 days and still I'm struggling to get the refund. Ohh I'm sorry, 16 days and this product has still not been picked up.

                              This purchase was the biggest mistake of my life. I've spoken to approximately 10 executives (or may be more) till date and why? Just to assure the status of the return. It automatically changes the status on your app.

                              It has been regular excercise to keep tracking the status and that too by wasting 45 minutes of my day just for this return as this is what used to show on your app EVEN when it HAS NOT BEEN PICKED till now i.e.-

                              1. Return approved
                              2. Picked up
                              3. Return quality check in process
                              4. Return closed
                              5. Return rejected
                              6. Return reinitiated (after my call to the executive to reinitiate request)

                              I've seen these statuses of my product on your app even when the product is not picked up. How does it make sense, let me know. And this is not just once. It happened for around 4-5 times.

                              Plus I would request you to speak to Mr. Roshan, as I'M TIRED OF TELLING THE WHOLE STORY TO EACH EXECUTIVE EVERYTIME I CALL.

                              The status of this product was showing as 'Return quality check in process' since yesterday but it's not picked up.

                              See I'm really tired of wasting my time on this. My humble request to you is to get me out of this rid ASAP.

                              And you know what I've got full trust on your app now that even when the product has not picked up but now it is showing return quality check in process. So therefore tomorrow it will show return rejected, later return closed then I'll be struggling again and call your executive and ask him to reinitiate as the this damn product is STILL WITH ME and Never been picked up and would tell him the whole Ramayana again. I've got full trust on your app now. See the screenshot.

                              Shopclues is getting on my nerves now.

                              (Don't know whose mistake is this, your courier partner or your IT professionals but it is eating my time and I'm suffering)

                              (Same wrong status problem and automatic closure of the return request problem with another return of mine which is return ID: 945660 )

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I had ordered "Intex IT-PB11K Intex 11000 mAh Power Bank" on 14th February 2017. It had got confirmation that it will be delivered on 18th February 2017 and it was also showing out for delivery on the logistic website but I haven't received the product today(18th February 2017) and the site is showing that there's a delay in shipment whereas the logistic site is showing that order could not be delivered. Delivery will be re-attempted shortly. I have mailed shopclues.com 3-4 times and also called them but there's no response. I'm afraid to cancel the order as I read here that lot of people are not even getting the refund. I'm attaching screenshots as proof for what I written so far. I wanted this product urgently, but now I just want my money back as I fear to get a defective product. I have paid inr 749 (product price) + inr 69(courier charge), so I have to get total inr 818 as refund. Please help me with this and do something so that no one ever faces issues like this.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                This is an update to the complaint above filed on 18/02/2017. I had received the product (Intex IT PB11K powerbank) on 19/02/2017. The contents of the box were intact and i also received a bill from the vendor. The issue is that i received an old/fake model of the product. It was shipped to me by a vendor named softek surya india pvt. ltd. from nehru place, New Delhi. I'm deeply disappointed in learning that shopclues.com is quoting such low prices by collaborating with these kind of distributors who have a big pile of "OLD/FAKE PRODUCT". I'm still testing the efficiency of the product as to whether it's performing as claimed by its manufacturers (Intex). I can't find an identical product on the internet/intex website, so I'm really sceptical whether the product i received is a genuine one or not. I'm taking all this pain in writing to you just because i don't want these kind of cheating to happen to anyone else who may/may not raise his voice against the injustice.

                                  I recently purchased a nokia E63 handset from shopclues.com with 10 days replacement guarentee for 1870/-. product reached me but was a duplicate copy of nokia E63 with duplicate earphone & charger. I placed a request for return of my order and refund in cash or electronic form but they are since then telling me it is under process and in that case 10 days are over. Now i am confused where to go and complaint. Kindly help me as this thing may have gone with lot of people and shopclues is taking advantage of innocent people for their profit.

                                        i am unable to reach the customer executive of this company even after my endless tries as they are not picking up my calls. I am really sad and disappointed to never choose this company for orders in future for the worst experience they made me to face for delivery of the above small product.
                                        I have ordered this product 18 days before and 10th was the delivery date at my place but courier company is calling me to collect my shipment from there office that is 12 kms away from the address i provided while order. In that case what is the use of online shopping?????I have called their customer care executives plenty of times and initially they showered me with sympathy and wrote 3 complaints against courier company but now they are not interested to pick my calls..one thing is for sure that they have lost 1 of their regular customer forever due to their deeds...This is not the first time they have done like this as i have tasted this kind of pain in my past also with this same company...So, I want the compensation for the trouble and stress they caused to me.
