On 29/1/17 I Have placed an order to Shopclues.com for Seeds-Petunia Mix Flower Pack Of 50 (QTY:1) which order number[protected], i have make payment through online. till date item not received, but 10th Feb. SMS sent to me item delivered. same day I have made complaint to customer care shopclues.com & ticket no 931300. till date no reply, consignment tracking i.d. RV[protected]IN. Indian Post.

Dear sir madam
I have ordered Sony power bank cp-f10l 10000mah portable on 24/1/2017 and I received product on 28/1/17 but the product I received is samsang instead of Sony power bank and the product I received is also faulty.I am continuously taking follow up with shopclue customer care but they are not taking any action and from 10/2/2017 customer care are also not attending my calls .
Pls do the need full action within 10days otherwise I will rise the complaint to consumer form.

i am unable to reach the customer executive of this company even after my endless tries as they are not picking up my calls. I am really sad and disappointed to never choose this company for orders in future for the worst experience they made me to face for delivery of the above small product.
I have ordered this product 18 days before and 10th was the delivery date at my place but courier company is calling me to collect my shipment from there office that is 12 kms away from the address i provided while order. In that case what is the use of online shopping?????I have called their customer care executives plenty of times and initially they showered me with sympathy and wrote 3 complaints against courier company but now they are not interested to pick my calls..one thing is for sure that they have lost 1 of their regular customer forever due to their deeds...This is not the first time they have done like this as i have tasted this kind of pain in my past also with this same company...So, I want the compensation for the trouble and stress they caused to me.

I Had ordered 4 item from Shopclues on 15th Feb 2017, by mistake i marked shipping address to wrong address, from where i will not be able to collect the courier/ product or nobody else will be there.

I had requested them to change the shipping address on 15th Feb 2017, but there did not initiate for the same. But have shipped my orders to the wrong address, there is no response to the mail / calls.

I had placed the order on ShopClues.com on 31st Jan 2017. I had paid amount on the same day through debit card. Now today is 16th feb 2017 but my order is not yet delivered by ShopClues.com. They had given me date of delivery on 11th Feb 2017. Now i trying to call them but they are not receiving my call. they are disconnecting my call automatically. So twice i had given them complaint through mail but they are not replying on that also. I had also mailed them that plz cancel my order and give me my refund back but that also they are not doing. I have ordered two numbers shoe through shopclus.com. I tried it actually once received & Immediately place return request due to product quality & size issues. They have rejected my request & saying we are not accepting request related to quality. But actually size does not comfortable to me. I have filled complaint through mail after 2 days later i have called up almost 4 / 5 times to customer care number. Every time they are committing me to resolving issue 2 working days but today 13 days passed & i have not received any confirmation to pick up my return request till now. I requested to you look into this & help me to get it resolve.

He say my refund balance is give my clues buck but my clues buck account balance is zero. I call shopclues costumer service helpline number but it cannot take any action so i request to u please take any action

On 20.1.2017, I made debit card payment for purchasing a product called Test Product 100159ac08efc4 Code:[protected] from Shopclues for Rs 80/- .

Order ID was[protected] dated 20 Jan 2017. I did not receive the product. Later they informed that due to slight delay in shipping they have cancelled order and the refund Refund ID: 10821819 was rejected by payment gateway. After that everyday I called them on customer Helpline [protected] and each time they used a new excuse to delay the refund or make false promises for refund through Bank account or Cluebucks which I can use to buy another product. Several times they create new complaint and then close it. I also spoke to Pankaj/Chauhan the seniors who also make false promises.

Today 15.2.2017, on customer Helpline [protected], I talk to Tarun and he repeatedly made me hold call for long time again and again and said I had not made payment which is a lie, because my payment was acknowledged by them. Then he asks me for Bank statement from 20.1.2017 till date, which is illegal and I had earlier given the payment transaction ID to them on phone which they said was OK and promised refund.

Now I think this is SCAM because if even 1 lac make online order payment then Shopclues gets Rs 80 lacs free via cheating and no one will bother after some time to press for refund. Also taking Bank statements is iilegal as our balances will become known to these cheats for further fraud.

Please get my Rs 80/- refunded from them and also pass strictures against them to prevent all kinds of frauds by them. I also request thorough investigation to reveal full extent of scam.

It was shocking that local made watches namely Major and Time were delivered and inspite of my three feedbacj vide tickets nos. 819245, 863694, and 912712 no response /regret received to me which shows very bad unfair trade practice and amount to breach of trust. Therefore I decided to remove / unsubcribeShop Clues from my account as well advice to persons known to me.

This is to write that i ordered for sun glasses from shop clues on 30-jan-17, with a promise to deliver by 06-feb-17.

I had called their customer care on 07-feb-17, i was informed the same will be looked into within 2 working days.

I once again called on 10-feb-17, i had to hold the phone for a long time and was personally told it will be looked into by ms swathi singh and will respond within 3 hrs.

No response has been received till date.

I once again called them today and i am informed they have cancelled the order and when i asked the line to be transferred to swathi singh, the customer service executive lies to me telling she has left for the day.

I told him that you are lying and asked him to connect me to her. He put me on hold and mentioned that she has defnly left and that he will connect to some other person.

I am disturbed by the apathy and lack of responsiveness by shop clues.

Today i got an sms and email from shop clues telling my order has been cancelled and refund has been made vide[protected], however i don't see any credit in my payzapp account.

I had utilized a coupon for rs 300 to make this purchase from tata sky, the coupon amount has been misappropriated by shop clues as they are making a refund minus the coupon amount.

I am not interested in a refund, please arrange to buy sun glasses and ship to me under cash on delivery.

In case you are planning to refund, kindly refund along with the discount coupon.
Please arrange to take appropriate action under intimation to me.

This in reference with shopclues order no.[protected]. The order item received but the quality of product is very poor . I have immediately complained to shopclues customer care . I have received the confirmation email and text that your fund will be refund and it is confirmed, but tilld ate the amount has not been refunded
Please do the needful action and reply ASAP.

I have placed order of lancer sports shoes by cash on delivery earlier, after two days I paid full payment of product through eCOD (Debit Card) but ShopClues didn't update my order status of paid so when product reached at me courier boy ask me for COD amount which is Rs.883.I was said him that I had already paid amount through debit card but he said his courier company didn't receive any update so I need that product so I paid second time that product amount as COD. After that I have communicated ShopClues though call and mail but after 8 days of delivery I haven't receive reund and any type of positive response by ShopClues so I just request to justice.

This is brought to your kind information that i had urchase online one black blazer for men which is uncoforable vide muy order no[protected] and i had reuested the said company for returned on dated 28.01.2017 burt no one came to pi9ckup as severl request been made no alternative left execpt complaint how the company is chetting the inoccent public you are here with requested to take necessary action inthis regard.

Man formal leather belts, combo belts, deo spray, B pitch towels. ALL THE PRODUCTS were not upto the mark. Belts were in used & broken conditions.

B pitch bath towels were suitable for kids & not for an adults person. Out of 4 Deos I have received only 1 deo in parcels. Sent reminders for refunds to my bank account but with no out come.

Now they dont want to arrange reverse pickup and also their seller is threating us on phone.

They have removed our all posts from facebook also.

The plastic air fan wheel of the air bike is received in damaged condition.Kindly do the need full and sent the replacement of the same. Also the photos of the product which is received in damaged condition is attached to the complaint. Sent the replacement as soon as possible as I could not use the air bike in damaged condition.
