It has been really very bad experience with Shopclues. I have placed my order on 10th November 2016 via online payment method and wanted to received package very urgently for my business requirement. But because of pathetic service of Shopclues & poor response from customer care i am mentally harassed to followup for my order. instead of waiting for such a long time still i have not received my order yet But company sent me fake delivery message. taking followup with customer care is useless and waste of time taking to them. even they cannot track the actual status of my order and can not confirm me about delivery/ or about cancellation of order.

My money is still stuck at ShopClues end since Nov'16.

      I have ordered a a samsung fully automatic machine wa90j5730ss 9kg top load fully automatic with an order number[protected] on 20 jan 2017. My expected date of delivery was 25 jan 2017. I have ordered this for my sister marriage held on 2 feb 2017. Very pathetic service by shop clue. On 26 jan i called up to take a follow up of my order got the answer that product is being dispatched from our end it will reach you by end of this month.

      On 30th jan again i called up got the same answer that allow some time we put you ordered request on high priority it will be delivered you by 4 feb 2017. I was mentally harassed as this product is to be given to my sister on her marriage as a gift from our family.

      I was let with no option till 4 feb. Again 4 feb i didn't got any calls or mails from shop clues. On 5th feb again i called up and straight away requested to transfer my call to seniors my call was put on hold for a long time and after an hour call connected to senior executive mr sanju anand i shared my whole scenario and after studying he committed that at any cost my product will be delivered by 8 feb 2017.

      8 feb gone.. Again i called them and speak to sanju anand same thing again committed to me that it will be delivered by 12 feb..

      Till now i haven't received my order.. Please help me as its my prepaid order and my credit card payment date is 15 feb.

      I am mentally harassed very badly in my family...

        On 9 February 2017 I ordered a bed. According your website the bed can be delivered to my address. Two days after ordering and paying I receive the notification that the money will be returned because you can't deliver to my address. What kind of system is this? Why can you deliver at the time when I place the order and 2 days later it is not possible anymore?
        When phoning the person hang up on me.
        Please try to find a way to get the bed delivered to me, I don't mind paying a little extra for delivery charges.

          I ordered a new mobile phone-UNI N1600 3 sim mobile phone which was delivered to me on 3 February 2017.
          I was not satisfied with the product as it did not have all those qualities which were described in product description. So I placed a return request. They replied that they will reply to my request in 2 to 3 working days. They replied that my return request has been rejected but reason was not specified. So I again placed the return request on 9 February 2017. They again replied that they will reply in 2-3 working days but this time they didn't replied. So I called them on the number provided they again replied the same and today I got the email that the product is the same as described in product description but it is not so . So I want you to take some strict action against this.

            I register the compliant on shopclues also, even they also Don't know the Status Of this Product, When ever i call to shopclues they ask me to wait for 3 days they will let me know the status of the Product.
            Almost 21 Days Got Over Not Yet Delivered.

            i Request u to Please Refund My Amount which i have paid.

            This is the Worst Service which i have Never Seen Before.

              I compliant this problem to shopclues many times,
              I had initiated a refund request process for the product because the shipment is delay & i'm following since from 9 days but there is no initiation from their side. They everytime ask me to wait for 3 days n they shall assist me but not yet done
              I request to refund my amount which i have paid.
              Very poor service

                  I have placed topware lunch box 2 qty cod type. Delivered only 1 on 17thjan-17 same day complaint raised requested to refund the amount but till date no refund was done. Their response on complaint was on 1st feb. Confirmed refund the amount in clues bucks was confirmed by me in ticket no. 902448.

                  Even after my confirmation they closed my complaint stating that no confirmation received. No idiot in customer care was responding to the call. Worst customer care seen ever in the online transactions.

                  I suggest dont buy the products in shopclues it has worst customer care

                    I have had ordered one combo pack sukmya kurtis but I have received only one in the packet for which I have paid the whole amount...I have been complaining since a month but I have not received any satisfactory support in fact...I asked for reverse pick up also but no response from shopclues.com...it been more than a month but no customer support, what kind of service you talk about when you don't care about your customers, I will never ever shop from this answers I will make sure no one from my reference group do that either...big zero in terms of customers satisfaction

I am call for daily shouclues customer care but not sloved my complain .shopclues 10 days repalcement warrenty but not replacement my phone . I am dissponted shopclues sales after service so plz help me. i have refund my money.

                      shopclues sales departmant call me ur amount revert ur account but not return my amount rs.- 2799.
                      I have purchased wrangler jeans with order id[protected]. On JAN 31 i had requested the product to be returned. No one from shop clues ever contented me to co-ordinate the pick up of the product. Since then, i have called the helpline number twice and have not received any satisfactory reply from shopclues. My shopclues return id is 3643651.

                          I ordered a mobile handset (Refurbished Nokia 5233) on 20th Jan, 2017.
                          But I got another mobile handset i, e, Refurbished Nokia C503 (unmatched mobile handset) from Shopclues on 9th Feb, 2017 but this mobile handset not 'switched on' yet.

                              We ordered ‘Shop Clues’ for ‘Allen Cooper Shoe AC-1008’ Order no.[protected] by online on ‘COD’ payment mode. The package was delivered on 18/01/17 by Xpress bees courier & paid in cash Rs.750/-. On opening the package we found it contained “old torn chappals” instead of our ordered shoe in the box. On 19th & 20th Jan, I tried to regd. online complain /return of material but due to error in their website I could not do so hence, lodged the complaint over Customer support phone on 20th and their Executive Ms. Bharti confirmed on mail and SMS that return request is logged vide ticket no. 723189 & the matter will be resolved in 3-4 days.
                              They confirmed through mail/SMS that the reverse pickup has been arranged through courier agency vide return Id: 3594461. I was advised to keep all original packing intact with copy of this mail inside the package while returning. On 23 Jan their courier Ecom Express called up and told that they will collect the package next day but none came to collect the package till date. On inquiry they told that my complaint has been closed. Thereafter, several mails and calls to cust. support dept. has been made but no response is given for return of package and refund/replacement of my order.
                              It is clear that shop clues & you have no business ethics as we see that they are not taking complaints with any seriousness. They must refund our money in any case and apologies for our inconvenience etc.

                                I had initiated a refund process for the product because I had ordered for 2 quantities but u received only 1 and the other was missing. I initiated the process on October 28, 2016 and am following them since 3 months but there is no initiation from their side. They Everytime ask me to wait for 2 days n they shall assist me but they just mail once and never follow up. They have just refunded Rs.988 whereas they had to refund Rs.1977 according to the payment made by me.

                                    I bought a JBL Flip-3 with one year manufacturing warranty on 10th Sep 2016 but shopclues didnt provide the invoice copy fro the same. 25th Jan 2017 i requested a invoice for this product but they are denied to provide the same as per their policy they provide the invoice within 15 days of delivery. Now the problem is my product is not working and it is under warranty. In this context i request you to please help me on this.

                                      Hello icc im here with a hope that i will get justice from you against the product return, getting my money back and poor service from shopclues.Com ... This all start when i have ordered an cloths from shopclues.Com it was cod order i got my delivered to me in couple of days after paying the price 958 of that product and after i open that product i found that the product quality, material and colour was way too differnt and bad as was shown that product on online after that on same time only i register a return request on shopclues on 23-jan-2017 but till this date 04- feb -2017 no one has came to collect return product and i have called many times to there call centers but they say after 2 days pickup boy will come and collect the product from you but that this still didnt happend till now ... Im requesting you to take some serious action on this because ur the last hope i found nad i have attach screenshot down there please find it u can see return request date and order id and other information on this ...                                         I purchased product from shop clues i.e trouser and shirt fabric vide orderno:[protected], it was delivered to me on 11th jan. I was not in the city till 25 jan i called them on 26th jan reg product u have delivered small size and quality is so cheap. I called clues and told the matter executive told me to login and my orders raise ticket with 4 to 5 working days they will revert.Today is 8th feb more than 10 days. It is pathetic to buy any product clues and their worst service. There are many companies far more better than clues.please update me status of earlier ticket id..
