Hello icc im here with a hope that i will get justice from you against the product return, getting my money back and poor service from shopclues.Com ... This all start when i have ordered an cloths from shopclues.Com it was cod order i got my delivered to me in couple of days after paying the price 958 of that product and after i open that product i found that the product quality, material and colour was way too differnt and bad as was shown that product on online after that on same time only i register a return request on shopclues on 23-jan-2017 but till this date 04- feb -2017 no one has came to collect return product and i have called many times to there call centers but they say after 2 days pickup boy will come and collect the product from you but that this still didnt happend till now ... Im requesting you to take some serious action on this because ur the last hope i found nad i have attach screenshot down there please find it u can see return request date and order id and other information on this ... Thank you

I purchased product from shop clues i.e trouser and shirt fabric vide orderno:[protected], it was delivered to me on 11th jan. I was not in the city till 25 jan i called them on 26th jan reg product u have delivered small size and quality is so cheap. I called clues and told the matter executive told me to login and my orders raise ticket with 4 to 5 working days they will revert.Today is 8th feb more than 10 days. It is pathetic to buy any product clues and their worst service. There are many companies far more better than clues.please update me status of earlier ticket id..

Was very bad experience with ShopClues. They delivered Defective product and they are not providing any reversal reply & pick up. I mailed and called number of times to ShopClues but they are didn't not giving any solution. Its been more than one month still they did not sent for reversal pick up.
Now i am fed-up. And advice no one buy from ShopClues.

I placed a order of ASUS ROG laptop on 20 Jan Order ID[protected] and i didn't received till yet and payment is already been done & product is showing expected delivery by 1 Feb but its 6Feb and even shop clues executives are not helpful at all everytime they providing me the Ticket no and saying me to wait for 2 Days but no one is getting back to me whether i will get the product or not!

I have place the order of nokia 5800 xpress music & this product was received on 22nd jan 2016. I saw this product it is not good & then i requested twice to you that please return back thru web. You have replied that within 3or 4 days our courier partner will collecting the product but still no one has not yet collected this product. Am fully unhappy on your service i would request you to please refund my money to my account

My opinion is
Product is cheep quality, you are cheating to all i will going to make a complaint to consumer court. If i not get my refund.

Hi i am abhishek saini i was order 31st January mobile vivo v5 that time i was found my order delivered 4th to 6th Feb. but now shopclues team without information my order transfer to other merchant dues to he fail for the deliver my order now i was talking with shopclues customer care member miss SAILA gurgaon office she said me they have right to cancel the our order or delay to deliver i was request to her please provide my order today actully i was seen that he will fast delivery in 4hours but she is ignore that she said me your order deliver at the time of delivery date 11th feb. please see the complain and picture of the order

I had purchased a phone from shopclues and i want refund as there are many problems in the phone neither it works properly it has battery issues drains very quickly 14 days passed but no resolution is given till date order id is [protected]
when ever i call them they say we are updating ur concern it will take 4 working days but no resolution till date i had purchased it on 16 Jan and received on 23 jan now 4 feb has passed till no resolution to me

Shopclues cheap and poor service market place; selling fake and duplicate products in India has refunded my order for women track pant in my shopclues without my permission;

I ordered Kasper sport waterproof camera (1080p) on 20th Dec. As product didn't mate my expectations so I requested for refund. Instead of refund they again delivered same product second on 4th jan which I refuse to take. And again I requested for refund. Then now I called on shop clues 4 times about my money.But i didn't received satisfactory reply.
Now again they rejected the request .
Don't know how many times more I need to call them for my money.

I have purchased a product in shopclues They have suplied me smaller size i spoke with customer care they told me raise ticket on 26th jan. i spoke with them on 4th feb they are rude to me. They are not responding they are telling its is out of their hands tgey cant do any thing. Ias per order trouser size is 120 but they delivered 115 and i need mon pf 130 wat shall do. The same thong short fabric min 220 but deliverd 110 i need 230 wat is the use of in buying the product. Please do something and let them take their product and refund my amount. Please help me in this regards.

I have placed the order on 10th Jan 2017 wide #[protected] and received the same on 17th Jan 2017. The package was well packed and when I opened the same, found the product is a used one with lot of scratches on the screen. There was no initial power to switch on the product. I have contacted the customer service and booked the product for return. I have made en-number of calls and follow ups where the company is not interested to respond. It is full cheating business they doing by opening the online business. Please take necessary action to avoid such frauds happen to any other customer.

They say we provide Return and Refund., but they are lier they not going to give you any services.

I ordered a mobile from shopclues. i got the product and same day i found battery is defected, so i file return request., but i made mistake. i choose 'Quality Issues' while i returning a product.

Till that day daily i call them and daily i need to repeat same story again and again.they says we will update your return request. another day same thing.

after many calls i tried and say them to give me ans in 'Yes or No' .. is return possible.

His ans ... NO, We are not going to process any return.
if you have problem with mobile visit mobile services center, and if they not provide services than you have to show us memo then we will provide return.

Now, we all know Service center requires around 15 Days- 20 Days to inspect your mobile.

shopclues return policy : 10 Days.

how i'll show them memo. ????
when i will get memo, they definitely give ans .. Sorry return Policy expired ... !!!
