Dear Shopclues,
This in reference with shopclues order no.[protected]. The order item received but the quality of product is very poor & wrong product delivered . I have immediately complained to shopclues customer care but they did not reply to till date. I have also requested by phone and emails, but I will not received proper resolution from shopclues customer care. they have every time replied that after 2days we will reply you but not reply. please refund my money on my account.

    मैंने sanjay kumar ahuja आपकी साइड शॉप क्ल्यूज से topware lunch box with insulated Bag 4 मंगवाया था। जोकि 28 जनवरी 2017 को 10 बजकर 31 मिनट 57 सेकेंड पर ऑर्डर किया गया। यह पार्सल मेरे पास 2 फरवरी 2017 को दोपहर सवा 12 बजे पहुंचा। इस ऑर्डर का नंबर #10894603 है। इसका भुगतान डेबिट कार्ड के जरिए 170 रुपये का किया गया। पार्सल 13 पालिका बाजार, दैनिक भास्कर ऑफिस फतेहाबाद पते पर पहुंचा। इस पार्सल को खोला तो काफी हैरानी करने वाली बात सामने आई कि जो टिफिन बॉक्स थे, उसके ढक्कन काफी लूज थे। मुझे आपकी वेबसाइट से इस तरह का प्रोडेक्ट भेजे जाने की उम्मीद कतई नहीं थी। यह प्रोडक्ट मेरे किसी काम का नहीं हैं। ढक्कन ही बंद नहीं होगा तो उसमें खाना कैसे रखा जाएगा। इससे घटिया प्रोडक्ट मैंने आज तक नहीं देखा होगा। इस प्रोडक्ट को बदलवाने का कष्ट करें। उम्मीद है कि आप मेरी परेशानी को समझेंगे, मेरी समस्या का हल करेंगे।

      I had ordered a women's slip on footwear vide order no[protected] but when the item came it was entirely a different product, its a sandle. It costs 499+49=548.00. I immediately complained for which shop clues accepted and said they will pick up. Some courier called up and said his man can pick up but he will not give receipt. I said i need a receipt as proof of material given. He never came. i wrote a number of time, shopclue said they will resolve but it did not happen. Now you shopclue dont reply and as per your record visible you say its closed. How can you close when all fault is at your end and you expect customer to accept wrong product and keep quite. Pl. immediately pick up the footwear and refund me the money as I am fed up with your service.

          after my complain to shopclues, the next update on your site is on 27/01/17.
          and update showing that address is " Out of Delivery Area".

          If you can't deliver on same address you should not take the product for delivery.

              and a payment of Rs. 278/- was paid at my end but due to some technical error at company end, they deducted the payment two times. This matter was communicated to by company over phone and in this regard I was send scanned copy of my bank's passbook as a proof of double deductions.
              Hence, keeping in view the above, i was requested to kindly refund this payment to me by transferring the amount of Rs. 278/- in my account.

                I am a regular purchaser from Shop Clues.com.
                I am very unhappy to inform in this 5th Anniversary of Shop Clues that their service level has very much come downover the years.. This January, I had very bitter experience that too for a small legitimate refund amount of Rs.375/-. I ordered for a Carry Bag on[protected] for Rs.375/- and while placing the Order payment their was mesage stating "payment not received" and hence I did the payment again. Subsequently I noticed that this amount was debited twice in my Bank account. I immediately represented with Shopclues and they issued ticket bearing No.665801. I called them again on[protected]. The Helpdesk told me to wait for 48 Hours for redressal. Since nothing is heard from their Helpdesk I contacted them again on
                [protected]. Then they said they needed the Bank Statement, to check and ensure the double payment. Hence I obtained the Bank statement from my banker Syndicate Bank for one month and submitted to them on[protected] to their Customer care-HelpDesk. Then I called their Helpdesk and spoke for about 10 minutes regarding my submission of the Bank statement. The official there told that he has not received my mail. I again forwarded and told them to check. Then they told that the mail is received, but the attachment is not openable since the same is in pdf format. They wanted me to convert the pdf attachment into image file and send to them again. This also I did . I contacted again. The most annoying part with their HelpDesk is each time a different person would pick up the phone and there is no co-ordination between the HelpDesk personnel. Hence I had to explain the whole issue again and again to different personnel of HelpDesk. Now this time, even though the HelpDesk personnel could open my file and satisfied that the payment is done twice, the personnel could only forward the issue to the concerned dept., without resolving the issue. The personnel is not sure when the Refund would be made . They are least bothered to redress the complaint. Without solving the issue in hand, the Personnel ask if anything more is needed? Even after 18 days that too even after my submission of proof of double payment they are not least bothered to refund the money nor responding. to the tickets already raised with them. There is also no provision in their On line Site to view the status of the tickets already raised.

I got a defective piece of that .then I have placed a replacement file .but didn't get any reply .then I go for service center of yu mobiles .they said to make DO .then I called up to your customer care they said make DO we will replace it .I said OK .service center had made DO. I have sent this DO slip to your email I'd.but what happen I don't know they didn't received and attached file .when I asked for email I'd again .the care representative refuse to give .the product is packed from last 6 days but no one come for pickup of product .Is this a way to show hospitality to your customer .I have 9000 bucks .but I didn't use it a single hour .

The headset was purchased in Oct, 2016 and as per my knowledge it was having warranty of 1 year.                           Was very bad experience with ShopClues. They delivered Defective product and they are not providing any reversal pick up. I mailed and called number of times to ShopClues but they are not giving any solution. Its been more than one month still they did not sent for reversal pick up.
                          Now i am fed-up. And advice no one buy from ShopClues.

                                  This is Niriksha Kunder. My order ID is[protected]. I had ordered a sari but due to some discrepancy in delivery, it was sent back to shopclues and they I had asked for the refund. I got a message on Jan 10 that the amount is refunded. But till now(Jan 26) the amount is not credited to my account. I had called shopclues customer care as well. The person who received the called asked me to wait for 7-9 working days. But now already 16 days have passed. still the amount is not credited. And always the customer care number is busy. I have complainted on their site as well but no response at all. And their customer service is really really bad. Please look in this and refund the amount.

                                    Order no[protected] Mi4i mobile was order on 29th Oct-2016, it was dilivery by 8th Nove-2016. The product is not good retrun request done on 10th Nove-2016.
                                    Return pick up done . refund is not happened from fast 2 month, your team not responding properly.
                                    I have mail back with me .from last 20 to 30 mails we send the replay also geting but problem not resloving.

                                      I have order lenova laptop changer on[protected] and i have r received on[protected], that too defective product and wrong item was delivered, then i have returned my product on the next day for refund my money and they updated you will receive refund money on[protected], but still now they didn't refunded my money and i'm keep on calling customer they are not giving any response.

                                      I am a regular purchase customer from your shopclues. I had received today dtd.21.01.2017 vide order no.[protected]. Its a part order of combined order no.[protected], i am informing you that after received the materials i found it demage. So kindly exchange the matrials as soon possible.

                                      but it has not.Why this delay ?.
