I have order lenova laptop changer on[protected] and i have r received on[protected], that too defective product and wrong item was delivered, then i have returned my product on the next day for refund my money and they updated you will receive refund money on[protected], but still now they didn't refunded my money and i'm keep on calling customer they are not giving any response.
please help me to get my money back.

I order the Olive oil dual whitening waterproof foundation its original cost in all shops is Rs.100..but Shopclues price is 320 ..its is fair Shopclues team ...and i regular user of the same foundation its orginal price is Rs.100 please do return my amount asap.

Its unfair totally do refund the amount of 320

This in reference with shopclues order no.[protected]. The order item received but the quality of product is very poor . I have immediately complained to shopclues customer care but they did not reply to till date. I have also requested by phone and emails, but I will not received proper resolution from shopclues customer care. they have every time replied that after 2days we will reply you but not reply.

Please do the needful action and reply ASAP.

I have ordered 3 fold 6 pcs umbrella againts order no[protected] dated 16 Jan 2017. I got the delivery on 23.01.2017, when i have open the packet there was only 4 pcs instead of 6 pcs. 2 pcs was short in the packet.

I would like to request you that please send me 2 nos umbrella otherwise returned my amount Rs: 380/= as soon as possible.

Hello i order bean bag cover (Xxxl size) from shopclue.com
My order number is[protected]. When i got my order i check and found that it's wrong size of product so i complain to shopclue. I place order on 5 jan, 2017 till now i don't got my refund. Please sir look in to matter and help me to get my money back. Ya call 18 to 20 times on shopclue and that people told me that they will arrange pickup very soon. Product i received was damaged one, so i requested for replacement. Still now i didn't got any confirmation form shopclues.com and my complaint has not been addressed. I placed request on 20th jan and today is 23rd january. I didn't get any mail confirmation for my replacement. I have called their customer care and they are not answering it properly. I have told them i won't be available in the mentioned address after one week, even then they are very irresponsible to address my query.

Really disgusting I have literally thrown the dress out of window miserable color & mismatch in pattern which was torn from center

Same time i had launch complaint (request no is 684957 n 8365584) n in eve call to customer care service from both end it was told with in 2 working days i will get rply but in vain nothing came n a week passed, I don't know where is set back. finally i had to write here...pls provide me the courier detail n contact no so that I can track where the shipment is delivered...tx

Hi i am rohit i have ordered a phone it was not nice to me so i returned it back shopclues company sended me the cluebucks of money how much i gave to them i am satisfied about that shopclues cluebucks but now i want to buy a phone from shopclues so in payment mode i selected gift certificate it is asking the gift certificate code of 17 digits and later 6 digit pin i want to know my cluebucks code plz cam u send me to my gmail otherwise...

I ordered a speaker on 18 december 2016 and i don't get the product as it was in picture and then i returned it and it was picked in 15 days after 25 days they gave me shopclue points instead of money in my bank account they are continuously saying to return money in 5 days but giving no result at all i am tired of their answer of returning money in 5 days and i want my money back in minimum time as i can.

Sir, Have ordered for micromax hue A2316 on dec-27 through online i paid cash of rs. 5499/- through net banking., delivery date was 7.1.2017, i didnt get the product, so i called up customer care they said it will deliver to me on 18.1.2017, but i didnt received it. I returned a product to the company and demanded the refund in my bank account. The order no. is[protected]. For Order[protected] they have refund the amount in form of clue buck. I have filed two coplaints 590250 & 641947 regarding refund in my bank account. But the coplaints are not resolved yet.
Please look into the matter.

This is in reference with shopclues review of poor quality product supply and customer care services:

1. I warrant that dont purchase any product from shopclues because they supplied poor quality product.
2. Also the customer care services are very poor, they did not helpful after delivery of wrong product.
3. Always supplied wrong product.
4. They will give concession on prepaid payment but after wrong delivery they did not return these product and total money losses the person who paid online.
5. Overall very poor performance of shopclues and suggested that dont purchase any product from shopclues.

I ordered lyf water 7s mobile from shopclues on 11th january . i received a defective product on 17th january in which touch is not working properly and some part of touch is not at all working. within few minutes of delivery i placed the replacement request. shopclues didnt even contaced me but rejected my replacement request today. how can they do that. i am even okay with refund. i want them to pickup my mobile immediately. this is my first order at shopclues. they really has the worst customer support.

This is not the way to send the product without any responsibility... I want my money back and handover your product as possible. This is the worst experience I have ever seen.
