This in reference with shopclues order no.[protected]. The order item received but the quality of product is very poor . I have immediately complained to shopclues customer care but they did not reply to till date. I have also requested by phone and emails, but I will not received proper resolution from shopclues customer care. they have every time replied that after 2days we will reply you but not reply.

Please do the needful action and reply ASAP.

I want my order to be returned nd get back refund kindly look at my request the product is not of the standard quality I assured u to be that the mobile phone shipped by you is defective.

Shopclues customer care is not supportive. They don't helpings, don't replied,
शोपकुलस अधिकारी सही व अस्पस्ट जवाब कभी नहीं देते हैं, कहते है कि दो दिन में जवाब दे दिया जायेगा, परन्तु वो दो दिन कभी लौट के नहीं आता। कभी भी बराबर हेल्प नही करते। बस बोलते अच्छे हैं। एक बार पेमेंट हो जाने के बाद ग्राहक जाये भाड़ में ऐसी इनकी सोच रहती है।
मेरी शोपकुलस से अनुरोध है कि हो सके तो उक्त डिफेक्टिव मोबाइल वापस कर लिया जावे। महान कृपा होगी

        Product i received was damaged one, so i requested for replacement. Still now i didn't got any confirmation form shopclues.com and my complaint has not been addressed. I placed request on 20th jan and today is 23rd january. I didn't get any mail confirmation for my replacement. I have called their customer care and they are not answering it properly. I have told them i won't be available in the mentioned address after one week, even then they are very irresponsible to address my query.

        Hai, the shopclues executive pick up the product before 10days still now I have not get any refund what hell is happening I want my money immediately really getting angry when that refund will come to my account how many days will take, please give the information right now.

Same time i had launch complaint (request no is 684957 n 8365584) n in eve call to customer care service from both end it was told with in 2 working days i will get rply but in vain nothing came n a week passed, I don't know where is set back. finally i had to write here...pls provide me the courier detail n contact no so that I can track where the shipment is delivered...tx

              There were two calls made from below numbers introducing themselves from ShopClues and one gentlemen told that order has been cancelled by me.
              I have asked him to show the details of the cancelled order.
              Other two gentleman just introduced themselves and disconnect the mobile.

He used very inappropriate language I am so embarrassed to post in public forum like this and I am afraid that he could harm my mom while I am not at home. Shall I lodge a police complain against it ? This is my worst experience and never buy anything from it.
              It is inform you that i had a purchase a shoe by shopclues.com which was deliver to me but the product was worthless. and i returned to the shopclues but my money was not returned to me.

                      Sir, Have ordered for micromax hue A2316 on dec-27 through online i paid cash of rs. 5499/- through net banking., delivery date was 7.1.2017, i didnt get the product, so i called up customer care they said it will deliver to me on 18.1.2017, but i didnt received it. On 19.1.2017 got a mail saying it was delivered to me, so i called again customer care Mr. Anoop roi (floor supervisor) and narrated the whole story, he said that they will give me the POD on 27.1.17 but what will i do with POD?. no one is helping me. i lost my cash on paying to shopclues. why cant they speak with courier partner and ask the delivery person, to whom he delivered the product. i did not sighn in any of the delivery chellan. to whom i should contact except customer care i dont know kindly help me... order number is[protected]

                            This is in reference with shopclues review of poor quality product supply and customer care services:

                            1. I warrant that dont purchase any product from shopclues because they supplied poor quality product.
                            2. Also the customer care services are very poor, they did not helpful after delivery of wrong product.
                            3. Always supplied wrong product.
                            4. They will give concession on prepaid payment but after wrong delivery they did not return these product and total money losses the person who paid online.
                            5. Overall very poor performance of shopclues and suggested that dont purchase any product from shopclues.

                                  I ordered lyf water 7s mobile from shopclues on 11th january . i received a defective product on 17th january in which touch is not working properly and some part of touch is not at all working. within few minutes of delivery i placed the replacement request. shopclues didnt even contaced me but rejected my replacement request today. how can they do that. i am even okay with refund. i want them to pickup my mobile immediately. this is my first order at shopclues. they really has the worst customer support.

And now they say the shipment is delayed, the real thing is they take money and dont dispatch the products so they can make money out of interest from banks, this is a cheap trick what shop clues is doing and fooling customers.

                                        We must be thinking what will they make in 15 days but, if you see 1 iphone 7 costs 62000, if 100 people buy then shop clues is getting 62, 00, 000 that means in 15 days its making an interest of 31000 rupees, that is a lot plus the earnings over phone. What a great idea by shop clues
