The above order was placed on 15th dec, along with other items.
this company does not deliver complete order but deliver item wise may be due to different suppliers.
the above order is not delivered till today.
but the company, s representative AMIT claims that the order has been delivered on 22nd, dec.
he has sent a screened copy the pod on my emai submitted by their courier boy.the signatures on the pod sheet is fabricated & does not match with my signatures.
i have suggested that let the delivery be confirmed by the cctv cameras fitted in our society compound.
this AMIT fellow is trying to play smart.
pl intervene & get the matter resolved.

    the chopping set so i want to return this product i want to refund.i did 6 time customer care for return but every time he told that excuse. paid 3649 for dinner set but i received only chopping set which worth is only 140.

      Payment status not been updated to delivery partner till today to fedex courier verna . As per there sms there was option to make payments by neft and product suppose to be delivered. so i have made payments by neft on 09/01/2017 but till today shopclues has not informed delivery partner fedex couirer verna about the same. when i raised concern on 10/01/2017 there were problem with the shop clues server and my call was disconnected. Now when i raised concern on 11/01/2017 shop clues is asking for 48 hrs time and courier guy is not ready to deliver the products bcoz of non confirmation from shopclues.
      Its gross negligence on behalf of shop clues, as they have to inform the courier dept immediately when the payment is made.

        i had ordered wheel caps for my car, surprisingly i received a wrong design and damaged wheel caps/broken, i asked for replacement and once i received a replacement this time again wrong design and 2 wheel caps are broken/ damaged, i immediately informed through their website and asked for refund to my account, the replacement order was delivered on 22.12.2016 and till date number of mails i have sent to them but no response every time ticket is opened with assurance that the issue will be solved within 2 days after that no mails no calls. i feel like i got cheated.please find the details below

                Please do not buy any thing form Shopclues.com. They are real cheaters. Their costumer care don't support ever and just gives you next date to solve your issue.
                I purchased a Coat, but received different size, Now they are refusing to solve the issue. Neither they are replacing it nor refund. The worst experience I ever had on online purchasing. I won't recommend any one to do online shopping from Shopclues.com

                  I hv ordered this item by card... But the courier person is asking for money... I should hv got this by 4th of january 2017 only but still now i hv not got... And i tried to call customer care but it is always busy... I[censored] won't send the courier by tomro then i know wat to do nxt... I[censored] don't want to send my order... Thn refund my money back... Otherwise i will file a case against u r company in consumer court

                        I Had ordered a product on[protected] and the shopclues order id is[protected].But i don't get the product till not yet. And i get a text message from shopclues that is my product[protected] fedex courier tracking details is[protected]. As per the information through message from shopclues my product has successfully delivered .but the item till not received and i will check the fedex trivandrum office and fedex website. As per the information from fedex courier only generate the airway bill number only, the item not picked from shopclues.Please check this issue urgently. . I need the item urgently because i had transferred the fund on 18/12/2016. I am waiting for your relpy.

                          I had placed on line order with shopclues for one number power bank sony 10000mah. the item delivered is different than ordered one and fake duplicate. the coy has supplied duplicate product whereas rs 918/= has been paid for item ordered availabe for sale on site of coy. thus coy has made fraud and mishief for which coy has to pay refunds and penalty. A compliant will be lodged with consumer forum if issue is not redressed immdeiatly by shopclues and concerned.

                                  I have been writing to you N number of times from the first hour of its delivery to return the Item I have uploaded the photo of the broken goods I uploaded the request in your format from your drop down forms What else info you require so fartwo weeks passed no response from you I neither got a call from you nor any mail as to what is needed from my side I shall share my pathetic experience with shop clues in all forums in which I am a member I guess I can reach atleast 20k people and a 25 groups and forums. this is in addition to legal action through consumer forum etc.., hope you will b sensible enough to avoid unpleasant experience.

                                    The attached product invoices has been asked for return with shopclues for which the pickup has not yet been arranged and was given excuses everytime by the Customer care executives. inspite of continuous reminders the complaint wasnt taken into consideration and the dates of pickup were extended as per their convinence.Fake msgs has been given by delivery person who has come for pickup once. due to which the complain was closed without intimation by Cusotmercare. With each and every call we tried to connect with higher end of shopclues naming puneet kumar, jitendra kumar rathod and krishna (call query relation desk supervisor) to get the issue resolved but wasnt entertained & instead given days of extention for the pickup. policy of shopclues is such a disaster which infact they you follow. Provide solution for the same.

                                        This complain is regarding the product name ambrane portable charger p1111 which i buy on 25/12/2016 the order id is[protected] from the user id [protected]@gmail.com and from the first day i am facing some major issue with this product and that are following:
                                        1. The product box was open at the first day when i received.
                                        2. It is not working properly as when i try to charge my mobile phone i cannot charge it. It disconnect again an again.
                                        3. I didn't get a charging cable with it.

                                        Now my humble request is to you that please replace this product or refund my amount so that i can buy a new one as soon as possible.
