I had ordered A magic mop with Shopclues on 15 dec 2017. Delivery date was 20thdecember. They have not delivered the product.

Now when I call them, they are also denying to refund my money. I had paid the rupees 664 money to them in advance from debit card.

I had ordered for a product from shop clues an I phone 7 on 5th of January, and the estimated final delivery was on 19th January, that is 15 days later. And now they say the shipment is delayed, the real thing is they take money and dont dispatch the products so they can make money out of interest from banks, this is a cheap trick what shop clues is doing and fooling customers.

When I purchased two SARYS (product codes[protected] &[protected] from you it was mentioned payment thru COD. But very next day I paid Rs.667/- thru Net banking. But when I received the product today (19/1/17) I also paid Rs.697/ - to Aramex courrier . So I would like to request you to return the money I paid thru Net banking.

I purchased the woolen jacket from ShopClues but it's size is not fit as per the dimensions mentioned on the product. So I raised the return request and refund of my money so that I will put an another fresh order with latest size. But after talking to customer care several times there is no pickup scheduled till now. It is my very bad decision to purchased a product from Shopclues. It nearly 3 weeks done from now that I am following them for pickup the order.

I had ordered an exercise bike with Shopclues on 1st January 2017. Delivery date was 7th January. They have not delivered the product.

I ordered adcom x10 on monday..i got it on wednsday ..but when i opened it was not working..there is no charging jack.please i request you you to repair as soon as possible..
..even battery totally dead..please repare it otherwise i will go for consumer court..sooo disgusting please take it back and give me another one...it does not switch on also...

Shopclues cheated me again by sending a stone. First i ordered a shoe pair and when it delivered to me i found a bad smell broken slipper and then i tried to call their customer care and as always it was unreachable. Then i filed a return
request by messaging on facebook page then their customer executive called me and assured me that it will not happen again and you can reorder your order then i reorder the shoes by paying 100 bucks more than the previous amount because i want only that shoes, and after that delivery was too late, even you can not track your order by provided link and when it delivered what i found a STONE wrapped in a big plastic bag.

Don't buy swipe mobiles, they are problematic. If you buy this you should visit the service centers throughout the year right from the next day. The main important issue is dont ever buy any product from shopclues. Its a waste shopping site in india. Dont encourage these bad quality products. They will tempt you with low prices but the quality and customer service is very very bad. These products are health hazardous.

I ordered this mobile and i received a defective product and then i placed a return request. But there is no response from shopclues and they simply rejected my return request. After a numerous calls to customer care, they informed to go to service center for repair. See how pathetic it is, a customer should go to service center for repair of new mobile purchased. This is the greatness of shopclues. Its my humble request to everybody, kindly don't encourage this worst website.

Hi team, i have ordreded swipe konnect neo 4g, black on 28th dec 2016 and got the product on 5th jan 2017. When i checked the product the i found the following or not matching with the provided specifications. Internal memory of the phone has been listed as 4gb but the phone has only 2gb and user available is only 146mb. I could not able to insert sim2 in the provided slot and it seems i can use only memory card in that but the specs says its a dual sim mobile. I have attached photos for you reference. I really disappointed with this product. I have raised return request on 6th jan 2017 requesting for refund. And i have sent many messages explaining my concerns but shopclues have rejected my return request on 15th jan 2017 without giving any information to me. They have not even provided a valid reason for the rejection. I have attached photos for your reference.

I purchase a feature mobile phone I KALL K 38 by online with shopclues.com I check this mobile phone this is wrong product company shows the description on website 32 MB Ram and 64 MB Rom but this is not available in this mobile phone also mobile phone not working properly on using this mobile phone get the hanging problem specification not match this is low quality mobile phone. So I want to return this mobile phone but customer support team not supporting on this issue.
I submit this complaint on this portal please take the action at this company.

I ordered jbl wireless speaker from shopclues 24/12/2016 with i'd no.[protected] and i paid product amount 1839/- next day from airtel money transaction id[protected]through shopclues website but, shopclues neither delivered my product nor amount... I am Mr. Sanjib Majumdar had brought "RedGold Georgette Embroidered Anarkali Suit For Women (QTY:1) " Order No :[protected] " from SHOPCLUES. My registered no is. [protected] on SHOPCLUES.

The incident happened on 22 Dec 2016, 01:22 PM when I bought above dress material from them. After some time later when I found that the product of the quality is too bad to wear. the quality is not good as it is showed on the website. Then I apply to return the item at 3rd January, 2017 & it was picked up NUVOEX courier (AWB : SCQ0084887) at 5th JAN, 2017. & transfer the amount Rs. 597 to my CLUES BACK account (Due to PGW refund on order:[protected] and refund_id:[protected]. Then on 7th Jan, 2017, I again call to their (Shopclues) customer care for transfer the whole amount from CLUES BACK to my Bank Account that is already updated on Shop clues website. From that day I continuously call them & they suggest me that the amount transfer in processing take 3-4 working days but till date there is no amount transfer hence I feel some trouble in this regards. They also provide me wrong information which is really a sad situation for me.

I requested to you to help me out from this problem & need your suggestion in this matter. I was totally shocked the behavior of the subjected company also the wrong information provided from their executive like Mrs. Bina Madam, Mr. Akash Sir, & others.

Awaiting from your kind response & please do the needful as urgent basis.
