1 month back i requested for the reverse pickup or the order[protected].

And million tyms i called u people and you were saying Expected Date of Refund to Show in your account is 30 Dec 2016.

Today is 9 jan but till now no delivery person came for the reverse pickup of order and no money i have got ..
Such a fraud..

Give me my money back..

    I bought an Hair dryer from shopclues and i use this product rarely, its not even 3 months that i m using this product, this product has 6 months warranty. they support their customer services only till they receive money from the customer once they are done with this they are not responding back to their customers.
    I am calling their customer care number: +91 [protected] from a long time either the call gets stuck in thier mandatory procedures or if your call gets connected they will say you hi hello and cut the call, is that the way you respond to your customers???????
    Please make sure that if someone buys a product from this site they must be satisfied with their product they buy and if any issues arises then atleast respond back to them and give them a proper sollution.

      I have ordered a mobile phone from shopclues and it was delivered to me but i dont want to use that product and it is present in my home as they had delivered to me so i have filed a return request that day only when item is delivered to me me and 10 days passed it has not picked up from my home 2 times i talked to customercare kf shopclues they told me that within two days it will picked up but till now nothing has done from company side they please solve my problem

        Hi everyone,

        I have received damaged product, i have uploaded images in shopecluse website, it is visible to me when i login to my site id, means, i can see images which i have uploaded, but while speaking to customer care, they keep on repeating to uplode image, and i have sent image via mail also to and and in mean i had spoken to seller which was attached in shipment copy, and i have sent watup images also to them, but no response from them also, product id[protected] and product name frazzer table mate 2 (Portable, adjustable, dining cum laptop table mate ii), kindly help to solve this issues

          I received the product on 30 December 2016. But the product was smaller than as was given in the description. And worse off, it was damaged. The outer leather covering was torn. And it looked like nothing in the image given in the site.So I placed a return and refund request on the site on the same day.

          But a few days later, I got a notification stating that my request was rejected by the merchant. So I called the shop clues support centre on 4 January 2017 and inquired about the same. And the person who attended to my call told that "according to the merchant, the product was as described, hence the rejection" I told them that I needed a refund no matter, cause it's absurd that I should accept a damaged product. They said they will place another return request and that they will inform me about it in two working days. I have not received any follow up from them.

          I would also like to state that the following is a part of the site's terms and conditions:

          "At ShopClues.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key- therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 10 days of delivery, with free return shipping if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you, - (i) wrong size, (ii) wrong color, (iii) defective or (iv)significantly different from the description given by the merchant. However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. Please contact our customer support, so we can help facilitate your return. "

          As a customer who shops online on a regular basis, this is the first time that my rights as a customer has been violated. According to their policy, I am entitled to a refund for more than one reason, which they have not obliged.

            I had ordered a padmini gas hobs cs-300 gl-lb order no[protected] from shopclues.com on december 24, 2016. Order no[protected]. I pay online amount: inr 5399/- (Including delivery charges) by my dabid card

            The order was cancelled by shopclues because the address is flagged as non serviceable station on december 27, 2016 and a refund was initiated. Refund i'd is 10701488.

            Now it has been more that 2weeks and i still haven’t received the refund. Despite of my repeated complaints through their call center (Complaint ticket no.564592), no action has been taken to resolve my issue.

            Also, now when i call the call center, my call is either disconnected or some excuse like “technical faults” are given to me, but my issue is not resolved.

            This is now bordering to consumer harassment.

            Please help me in getting my refund amount.

              Dear sir, i have made a purchase of two products winter jackets on shopclues.com on 03 dec 2016.

              My order details - order id number[protected]
              Shimaya red women crape jacket with full sleeve (Qty:1), shimmer striped women's semi-winter blazer (Qty:1) part of combined order number:[protected].

              My complaint is i have received only one product and the shimaya red women crape jacket with full sleeve was missing, they have send a small packet and there was only one product inside the packet and they have placed the delivery details of both products out side the packet and after i have receive that package they are saying and showing that they have delivered both products to me. I have already made the online payment using the debit card and they are not sending me the product which i have paid for and refund the money.

              Please do the needful as early as possible i have made the complaint on their website and call the customer care so many times but they are not doing anything and responding. I want the same product or refund money.

              Here i am attaching the photos of the package which i have received by shopclues as you can see there is only one jacket in the packet and this small packet cannot contain two winter jackets.

                  I had ordered 2 pieces OK lenovo k6 note mobile by paying through credit card but my order will not completed by shopclues also money not refunded. At the time of order the mobiles are available.These two mobiles are dispatched on 27 Dec 2016 and later on they canceled my order. I have ordered two mobiles of lenovo k6 note with 4gb ram on 23 Dec 2016.

                    I have bought shoes online from shop clues website, when i got my order i found that shoes are totally different from each other. how someone can sent such different shoes pair to the customer. is that tolerable to the customer ...?
                    Please take punishable action on this issue, so that other people who are engaged with such type of practice can take lessons from it.

                            We got a defective cloth dryer costing Rs 1900 and when we complained they agreed to replace the same. We had another product from different merchant and by mistake when their person came to pick up the defective cloth dryer, he picked up out foot masssager of Rs 12000 and he did not checked what product he was to collect. We called customer care they accepted that wrong product has reached them and they are working on it to return us. After so many interactions with customer care for past 2 months - no solution yet. Today their customer care says - it was our mistake that we gave wrong product and they can not do anything now???? surprising-how can they keep our 12000 product for Rs 2000 defective product still lying with us???

                                My name is Emran A Khan i placed the order for ON Massgainer from shopclues on 13th dec 2016 i got the product on 20th but the image on web was for 12lb tub i got the product in plastic bag and the seller name was fitness fuel however there was no label of fitness fuel on the pack but the importer name was bright commodity so i got confused if the product is genuine, I called customer care to confirm about the product but neither the agent nor the supervisor was having any information if the importer is authorized or not so i raised the refund request on 21st but there was no response from shopclues, I called them back after 3 - 4 days the agent told me they will send a person to collect the product in 3 working days but still there was one to pick the product and when i called them they told me the refund is closed as no refund and without any information so i raised the complain to supervisor for the same and he took the request again for refund and informed me will get an email in 48 hrs but even after 5 days still there is no response from them.

                                    Here I have raided a complain for different item received on 2/jan/2017
                                    I waited for two days but no response from there side thus i called them
                                    The replied I have to send image
                                    I asked were I never received any revert from your end asking images

                                    thus as the guide me next I attached images and sent to them at "[protected]@support.shopclues.com"

                                    but the replied they are not receiving any images
                                    I tried the same more then 10 times
                                    but they says they are not receiving and and can do nothing

                                    I tried to explain them a lot that my registered gmail account says "mail send" and i receive a revert every time i put a mail to helpdesk writing "Your request was unsuccessful because of invalid ticket no."

                                    They says its error from my end and they have nothing to do in this and can do nothing for me

                                      Dear sir, I have made purchase and payment of HP laptop on 11/12/16 of 32, 700.00/-. They rejected my order on the grounds of non availability of product. From then i am calling there costumer care number of times (nearly 15 times). They assured me that till 29/12/16 they will refund my payment. They forward me one mail for processing of refund on 17/12/16 with refund ID 10647916. Regarding this i have contacted to my bank manager with all details, they informed me on 02/01/17 that they have not received any refund on my account till date. Still i have not received any amount.                                       Today it is 7/1/17. Till today no action from shopclues. Nor i have received any call or mail from shopclues to resolv my query. Nor consumer forum asking shopclues about my problem.
                                      It is mentioned dat it's a pack of white black shirt over the website n wen deliverd it the packet too written dats it's white n black but when opend the packet it has pink n blue shirt...

                                        I ordered a new intex aqua E4 android smartphone on 28/11/2016, and it was not working properly there were some issues in the handset so i decided to return it, according to 15 days return policy of the company i had returned the product within their policy . on 3rd december i had returned it and till now i didn't got my refund back to my bank account . i have contacted many times to shopclues first they told that they will return it within 6 to7 working days but now they are not ready to refund my money.one month has been over now, i request you to please take essential step against this fraud company and help me to get my refund .
