I ordered a new intex aqua E4 android smartphone on 28/11/2016, and it was not working properly there were some issues in the handset so i decided to return it, according to 15 days return policy of the company i had returned the product within their policy . on 3rd december i had returned it and till now i didn't got my refund back to my bank account . i have contacted many times to shopclues first they told that they will return it within 6 to7 working days but now they are not ready to refund my money.one month has been over now, i request you to please take essential step against this fraud company and help me to get my refund .

    I had baught 4 numbers of sweater by paying early payment. I had received
    lower quality product and I made a return request.They automatically Shipped
    products(lower quality and wrong size as well) two time as replacement while I wanted my money back. I had word with their help centers 2-3 times. All the time they just told your request have been and taken and it will be solved within
    48 hrs, while there is nothing solved yet and it is already passed one month. I
    am very disappointed with such services and exhausted now with their help centers. Please help me to solve it earliest as possible.

    I did not receive any call or update on my complaint.
    What about my payment? Would it be repaid to my
    account or I have to admit that shopping on Shopclues
    is my mistake and I should not do any shopping on
    shopclues now onwards.

        I have purchased a samsung 40j5100 40" full hd slim led from shopclues.com (Order[protected] in september 2015 with one year shopclues warranty. While in warranty product got display problem. Upon complaining with shopclues they took around 3 months to replace the faulty product. But to my surprise when i received replacement product it was some old dented piece of tv having different serial number and model. There customer care is unable to provide any service matrix.
        Now it want following :
        1. My original repaired led or new
        2. Harassment compensation

          I was placed an prepaid order to purchase Samsung Guru Music 2 B310E (Blue) mobile from Shopclues.com and paid the Rs. 1660.00 in advance. Company assured that product be deliver on 29 Dec 2016. Since same not yet delivered so, I post a complaint regarding delay in delivery of Order No.[protected] on 30 Dec 2016. Shopclues.com provided a token No. 559862 and assure to resolve the issue within two working days. But I am sorry to say that, neither product is delivered nor response received from Shopclues.com. I again lodge a complaint on 03 Jan 2017 and again assured by Shopclues.com that issue should resolve within next two working days.

            Shopclues is a fraud co., i have made online prepaid purchase of folding wardrobe a-3 almirah vide order no.[protected] since a month before, but till today it has not been delivered. While contacting to customer support, they make us fool by saying it has been delivered on 21 dec., 2016. Kindly help me to return back my money as early as possible because several times i have called and the customer support executive make me fool, they even not transfer the phone line to senior or not giving the e-mail id of the senior officer or its ceo.
            Kindly help me i getting my money back. It is a big cheater online company, they don't respond you at any manner.

              I ordered a redmi cell phone from shop clues on 28th oct and i received the phone on 7 th nov order no.[protected]. I received a dead cell phone. So i called back shopclues told them i want my refund so they informed me that this cell phone is under gadgetwood warranty so i gave my phone to gadgetwood for repair. Gadgetwood guy came and took the phone order id: 1948. Returned my phone on 24th dec. Again i received a dead product from a repairing company gadgetwood. So again i complaint to shopclues that this phone did not get repaired so i want my refund back. They said they will take care of it which they didnt. Till now i havent received any mail or call from shopclues.
              Also they claimed that i will not get my refund back and suggested me to change the battery and use the phone which is unacceptable.

              shopclues sent gadgetwood people to pick up the cell phone on 03/01/2017. I dont know what to do about that. because i dont want to repair the phone i want my money back.

                I ordered a shoe pair my order no. Is[protected] and they just delivered the used broken slipper with a bad smell, and the whole room is smelling like a fish market. Even your delivery boy did not contact me when he delivered the order, take an action immediately or i will report this matter. And your customer care number is not answering are you guys really running a business. My friend told me that its a fake side, don't ordered from it.

                  I am buying online wallet of shopclues but which they sees in pics of website they dont send it. Its really fake type things.My wallet is very fade. This is not first time. Last time i buy online two women watches then they send me fake watches. I am not satisfying all products of shopclues. So please take a suitable action.

                    I ordered a strolley a bag, received it but sir the product was not suitable for me so i created a refund request along with my bank acc. Details . Now you people are saying that a replacement request was created instead. So i called your executive and they told me that after receiving the order i have to again apply for refund.But at present the status of my order is shipped but it is not delivered to my place.Therefore i am requesting your good self to help me out so thai i could get my money back

                      Sir/Madam,
                      I ordered PNP 9 Watt LED Bulb (Cool Day Light, Pack Of 4), Product Id :[protected], on 11 Dec, 2016 with order ID[protected].
                      Damaged product was delivered to me. When I requested return, they rejected it and further they are ignoring the return requests. I contacted customer care too, but still no response registered from their side.

                        I have placed a order of janasya Red lahanga on 11Dec 2016 and the order no is[protected]. it is deleived to me on 20 dec 2016, the product is poor in quality so i file a return and shopclues team approved it, then they send me a address on my email id. So i send this product by Indian Postal speed post on 23 dec. Now on 30 dec 2016 it is returned to me because the address is not found by Indian postal sevices. I have already call to your customer care executive who is not responding me clearly. so kindly give me solution of this problem.

                          I purchase an leather jacket from shop clues on advance payment. But product is not of such type as described. When I got my product I check and immediately file my return request with reason which can be opted from prefeed
                          After that nagendra tha customer executive told me to wait for 4 days after for Another executive name Meenakshi told me that your reason is not valid for return the product as per her company policy. I asked for solution as reason change she said no you already opted the option.
                          I talk to her senior team leader mr. ashutosh & he make me same reply.

                          Now I think myself cheated by the company. Because policy of their 10 days replacement make me fool. I can't return my product for refund while I don't want to use it.

                              Totally irritated by purchase orders i had put 2 times...only transferring from merchant to merchant and making mockery...i put 1st mitva solar lamp 1 month before n not got even prepaid same...later i was refunded...again order solar lamp d light n not getting...why products are being shown n making ppl foolish...worst online site till date i experienced...

                                1) Half screen of mobile is damaged internally.
                                2) One pin of charger's adapter is missing
                                3)Touch screen is not working properly.

                                A mobile Redmi Note 3(32GB) was purchased through shopclues.com vide bill no.[protected] dated 8/12/2016 . A complaint was filed vide Ticket number-515651 on 13/12/2016 regarding return of mobile due to above reasons. We have sent many mails to helpdesk at email id shopclues.com and have also talked with customer care executives more than 20 times in this regard. As advised customer care executives we have also sent the image of damaged mobile and charger also to returned the mobile and refund the money. More than 18 days have been passed but no action till now from shopclues.

                                Request for returned the mobile and refund the money.

                                  I had placed My order on dated 13th of december 2016 but the order has been canceled by the Shopclues.com just because of Courier boy dont want to delivere the product at customer's address.
                                  After making lots of call on dated 19th, 21st, 25th december 2016 to customer care executive but they have not solved the same issue yet. So I have no choice but to make a Complaint.

Lekin shopclues valo ne phle order accept kr liya aur bad me cancel kar diya.. Aur abhi tak mere account me 934 rs refund nhi aaye he.. Please friend don't buy any product from fraud shopclues company.. It's a bigfraudd company of india..

                                        Its been around a month and a half since i purchased a pair of boots and then returned it for refund as the product was not satisfactory and also quiet different from what i had actually ordered for. I also had to ship the item to the seller's warehouse as the shopclues team mentioned that pickup is not available in my area and i paid the courier charges from my personal pocket. Till date no refund on either of the charges incurred has been initiated. I have called their customer support center thrice in three weeks and all i get for information is that they will be looking into it. Latest update i got when i last called and checked was that my request to refund courier charges has been declined and when asked for proper reason as to why refund has been denied, no satisfactory or reasonable answer was given. As to the refund of the item that was returned to the warehouse is concerned, they are still looking into it. Its been a month and a half and still shopclues find it difficult initiate the refund or provide satisfactory answers to the questions raised. While requesting refund i had followed every step they mentioned in their page. It was also mentioned that courier charges if any, will be refunded once the copy of receipt is sent to their mail.
