I purchased a treadmill from shopclues online and I paid 27700 rupee and the order no is[protected] and on 14 Dec 2016 i got a message from ShopClues that the product is delivered which is a lie. I never received this product from ShopClues.
Since then I called them several time and open a ticket on there website but nothing has been done till now. Everytime when I call then I have to tell them the complete story and they ask to wait for 48 hrs. Nothing has been done from ShopClues and as per my discussion with shopclues today 24 dec 2016, nothing concrete has been done from ShopClues in this regard.
The customer is saying product not delivered, the Fedex is saying th product was never delivered BUT shopclues says it was delivered on 14 Dec 2016 and they want 4 mors days for looking into this issue.

The refund for order number[protected] and order number[protected] has not been received. According to the mail dated 15 dec 2016, the refund was supposed to be recieved by 20 dec 2016. It is 3 days past the date and the refund has not yet been received. The amount to be received was rs. 2868 in total.
Kindly look into the matter.
The refund reference numbers are as follows:10637276 and 10637041.
The orders placed got cancelled on their own due to unavailability and the refund is not received till date.

Refund Processed for Order 98268637. I recd above email 27-09-16.I have sent many mails but I doubt all the time delivery fail message coming. I have sent hard copy, but no action. Cheating. Before going for legal remedy, I am taking this chance.

Sir, i had ordered 2 items the items are
1.steel hot cold stainless steel vacuum flask- 3 quantity :Rs 507 PAID BY NET BANKING
2. PACK of Axe DEODORANT AXIS SIGNATURE- 1 QUANTITY-425 PAID BY NET BANKING.
Today,[protected], i received 2 items in same packet but
1. steel hot cold stainless steel vacuum flask with - instead of 3 quantity in the packet it is only 1 quantity .
kindly replace/return the items as early as possible

Product delivered is not up to my expectations and smaller in size . the dimensions specified are not correct . . its of no use to me i want a bigger temple .

Sub: Complaint against shopcluescom website for cheating and misleading the customer online plus for showing irresponsible behavior

I ordered a Dell desktop computer whose Order number is[protected] on 7th of Dec. It promised configuration was Dell Inspiron 3647 All in One Desktop (Core i3 (4th Generation)-4 GB RAM-500 GB HDD-49.53 cm (18.5)-WINDOWS 10) (Black)

On 12th Dec evening it got delivered an on 12th December 2016 when i unpacked it it on 13th Dec. 2016

Following are the point of discontent
1) Both Speakers were not working.
2) It had windows 8.1 installed instead of windows 10 as was written in the product description, Please see screen shot..
3) Invoice was missing in the shipment.
4)Serial number of the mouse and monitor was not matching with the serial number in Dell's records. It is confirmed by Dell authority formally by email
5) No DVD and key for windows 10 was shipped, in case re-installation required.
6)Most deceptive things is that Windows (operating system) update history showed that the first time it was updated was Nov. 2014 and the last update was on 27 April 2015, As the column "Date installed on " column shows in screen shot. this is contrary to windows installation date which is 12th Dec. 2016. How can windows be updated when it does not exist it simply means that CPU was used early and a old one

I wrote to Shoplues and i asked for money--back plus a suitable compensation of RS 2L. Just now i got a call from shopclues he just confirmed the return but refused to compensate for my loss..

As apparent from their email that asked me to send the image of even covering/boxes of computer parts. but the have no idea what business loss we have incurred in addition to waste of time and mental stress,

I request you to take the matter seriously as this is not with me lacks of customer are victim of such misleading advertising and cheating at the time of delivery of the product.

They have committed a crime Section 415 in The Indian Penal Code ( Source : https://indiankanoon.org/doc/1306824/ )

which says :
(a) A, by putting a counterfeit mark on an article(Put counterfeit serial number on mouse and monitor), intentionally deceives Z into a belief that this article was made by a certain celebrated manufacturer, and thus dishonestly induces Z to buy and pay for the article. A cheats.

(b) A, by exhibiting to Z a false sample of an article, inten¬tionally deceives Z into believing that the article corresponds with the sample, and thereby, dishonestly induces Z to buy and pay for the article ( In sample they showed that product will have windows 10 but now on phone they confirmed that it will have only windows 8.1). A cheat.

(c) A, by pledging as diamonds article which he knows are not diamonds, intentionally deceives Z, and thereby dishonestly induces Z to lend money. ( They posed the CPU was new but it was a used one from 2014 see it is proved in screenshot) A cheats

Funny that they send text messages saying we have delivered early than expected. Rubbish service. I ordered 2 products and both stated as delivered. I never received anything and when i called the customer care, with lots of followup one product got delivered. The second one is still missing in action. Poor service and will never approach them again.

This is to inform you that on dated 2December2016 deliver a parcel inside there was marble slab instead of dell laptop.The order placed on date 28 November2016 as well inside parcel when I received in box there was an marble slab and newspaper of Tamil Nadu dated in it 21 November2016.(means before order only Some one has taken out its bad service)

Shopclues is the horrible website and pathetic services as ever. Order no.[protected] seller is also uneducated i had send him chat as well and tried to call as he has shipped the order without checking quantity. I had order 7 sets and delivered 1. I had shared the pics of outer and inner pack even i opened it in front of courier as the parcel was too small for ordered items. Called customer care to ask seller to dispatched rest 6 sets if mistakenly this happened but he ask to raise return request that too had happened 4 days but no revert till date. Also i kewp calling them skmw amrita and priyanka picked calls and now what is the revert given that the return request got rejected as we have send all items after quality check they don't even bothered about pack that can not contain 14 blankets. Shopclues only made to get customer money and always try hard to refuse customer complaints to enjoy customer money. But i am not gone be leave them. For now i am marking mails and comments on social media and if not solve than surely will go to shopclues office with police for fraud case by shopclues with the pack where shopclues done the quality check and i want to see 14 blankets into that pack. How they had done their quality check and how they are sure that the complete order got delivered to me. I want my money back.
Also priyanka given assurance of callback by senior which is not done. Not even single mail got reverted by them.I am spending my more money on calls to get my stuck money at shopclues. Please tell me where do we request to close fradu website shopclues as i am sure will get bunch of people who has their money stuck at shopclues. We all want that this kind of fraud company should not run in this ecommerce world. Also can check images of outer inner packs

This is my fifth or sixth mail regarding same issue, i started sending mail from the day i placed order and now it is shipped, it was not my mistake now i want to change the address i cant receive this product at my office and this is a prepaid order please change the address.

Very poor service, even i do work for customer care but never this way, no response even for customer mails, i really dont understand wat BS you guys do very rediculous and worst service i have never seen.

I ordered for 30kg dumbbells on 19th november, but the product is not delivered to my address yet.On 6th of december i got email saying that the product is undelivered and is returning to origin and refund process is initiated.On 15th december i got email that product is delivered to my address although it hasn't been done so.Regarding this matter i have contacted customer support through phone and email and i haven't received any help from them.Please initiate the refund of my product as soon as possible!

Hi i have ordered id[protected]st time they sent to our address properly after that the product was not working properly... I asked for replacement of ordered now they are telling the shipping address is unavailable..

I paid that product is 5899/- rps whenever i called them they telling that to wait for 2 working days for 4 working days and all but i am not getting the product... What shall i do to whom i have to complaint no one did responded properly but i need the product..
I was suffering since june to till now... Still oi did not get the product

I am a big fan for shopclues online shopping. But, i will not book my order at shopclues because it ask my email id but i fill it then only not responding that told email id or password is incorrect. So it is not convenient to me. Shopclues contains very cheap product. But i am unable to order these products. So please favour for me. This is my humble request.
