I have ordered two products through online in shopclues. I am very unpleased because of their product delivery information. Product delivery date is different and executive is visiting to customer place is different. And i have not got the same product which i have ordered. Waiting for another product to get but no further information from shopclues end.. Please make them to correct.

    I have order the combo deals of watch payment the debit and i still didn't received the product. And then i track the order they the corier mobile number am call the number and i ask the product still he not surrender me... So please return the money or give the product... The courier serive very bad am per day 5 to 6 times asking they didnt surrender the product further u take action and give my product or money

      I want to bring you in notice that I'm sick and tired of following-up for the refund of a refurbished product which accidentally I bought it from Shopclues in May'16. Ever since I bought the product, it has been a dummy phone because no matter how hard you try replacing the different sim cards into that phone, main balance deducted consequently by Rs. 5/- until it drains out to no balance. I was in a small town where there was no Apple service centre to have a check. Apple customer care preferred to visit the service centre. In the month of November '16 when I went to Noida sector 18 Apple service centre, they refused to entertain because the product was assembled and not authentic. Later when I got assurance from one of the executives from Shopclues that the return is possible and refund is a promise, I happily gave the product back on 15th November. After that I had to call numerous times to catch up with the refund process. And I'm still here, requesting, pleading for my money.

        I ordered t-shirt twice and both the times the size has come wrong. Even after raising a return request no has come to take back the product and my money has not been returned yet. I am very disappointed with the type of service you provide. No one even picks up the call when we call to the customer care service. Worst experience ever. Atleast take back the t-shirts.. They are none of my use.

            I have received a damaged and used/modified 40 inch Samsung led TV, I filed return request to return the product and after one month they said that your return request is rejected.
            I have ordered that product on 11 September 2016 and it was delivered on 26th October 2016. I called customer support on same day 26th October and I informed that i got a damaged & used/modified product they asked to send all the images and finally after one month shopclues send email that your return request is rejected. Kindly resolve the issue.

            Dear sir,

            With reference to trailing mail you are request to kindly look into the photos attached which delivery was made to me.

            1. The delivered product was damaged piece
            2. Somewhere in the delivery supply chain it was happened
            3. Earlier, I had purchased totally two different TV’s for my relatives – It was good condition and working
            4. Now, the delivered product cheated me with a damaged since the shopclues committed for the product quality as well as delivery
            5. I have immediately highlighted with attaching photos regarding the above issues.

            Your are requested to investigate at high level where it was happened whether from supplier/seller or transport of package. I purchased the product based on the security committed by shopclues only and I do not have any interaction with supplier/seller regarding the issue.

            If no proper action for replacement I will bring into social media and customer forum regarding the above cheating done in shopclues and no more waiting already one month (26/10/16) waited.

            Looking forward yours immediate support and response to close the issue.
            I politely request, It is your responsibility to investigate at your level where the product changed by?

            Comment: The product was delivered on 26 Oct 2016 at around 5:00Pm, Damaged product was found inside the box and also observed that the LED panel was old and there was a hole in the HDMI port area where the 1no. of HDMI port is not provided and LED panel was found full of dust in all the area.
            On 26th Oct 2016 @ 8:45pm, I called to customer support to inform about damaged product.
            This was our bad experience with this seller and shopclues for this product.
            Kindly replace the product as soon as possible.

              Ordered Order :[protected] through Shopclue, TCIXPS is not delivering the parcel, Since its with courier not able to cancel & get refund.

              Shopclue doesnt have control over courier?
              Until courier decided to deliver - I have to wait to get refund?
              Unnecessarily my amount blocked in shopclue for more than 20 days?

              Courier guys asking me that, why do you send the courier in TCIXPS? Its only Industry deliverables. I dont know why he ask me? Rather the seller.

                Dear Sir, I bought a Portable Mini Swing Machine vide my order No[protected]. Order was placed on 03 Dec 2016 but the items was received on 13 Dec 2016 at 1500hrs. On opening of package i found the machine send me that is used and damaged machine also i am not found all the items offered with this machine while i was placed the order. I am immediately launched a complaint to customer and send images of package and machine. But the customer care representative did not confirm the refund issues and i am not received any positive answer from him. Therefore i requested to you please be refund the paid amount Rs 1028 and take back the damaged machine and intimate my e mail add [protected]@gmail.com

                    Just 10 mins back the currier boy delivered and i made payment too..
                    While i opened this product it was broken seal and dosnt look like it could

                    I called up to the currier boy too two times but he dint pick up the call..
                    O i made comlain to shoclues.. They asked me to share a lots of image i have done everything... After doing so many calls and mails too... They dint resolve the case...

But i oped my parcel i was surprised to see that the sweater was burnt from the 4 spots which i am attachached file along with the complaint..After that i had spoke to the sending, he replied me that he will process the thing tomorrow.
                        Now i want to get my thing either replace or return my money back.

                            This is bring into your notice i am unhappy and dejected with you service and product . I have ordered 1 Wild stone(150ml)+ Axe Deo (150ml)+ Maxi deo (75ml) in combo offer buy 2 and get 1 free . firstly the product ordered and the product is different and the quality is inferior . and how come batch number of two different brands and products is same ??? .below on the deo bottle please check ?? i have attached images of the both the products . deo bottle already has and old batch details and manufacture details and expiry date which are wiped away and new details are just stamped on it ?? the same details are on the other product also . need clarification on the same .

                              But i they didnt deliver it on time
                              They said u wil get your order before 5th december.
                              Then i got an email that your order is returned.
                              And now dey are saying u wil get your refund money within 7 days

                                My product is kitchen raft topware lunch box with 3 container. I have ordered a lunch box but I Received damaged product. Low quality. Please Refund. The cap of tiffin is broked. It is very low quality. steel container is very thin and creating sound. Please refund it as soon as possible or else replace a high quality product please.                                   I placed an order on 4th November 2016. and i received order delivered message from shopclues on 5th November. i called to customer care to confirm is that order delivered to correct place. they said it is delivered.but i did not recieved the product and don't they even called me before delivery. i called customer care so many times regarding this issue. but they just delaying and not responding. finally i put a return request for get the response from delivery boy. and they delivery boy has come to take the product that time i said to that boy this product has not delivered to me and i written the details in return form. till now no response.

                                  again i called to customer care regarding this issue so many times. till now they just telling like wait for two days or wait for 5 days to get the proof of delivery. till now i have not recieved any thing. what i need to do now?

                                        I purchased ambrane branded power bank from shopclues.com power bank p[protected]mah) white - 1 year manufacturer warranty delivered by oct 12, 2016 order id: 99741741, after 1 week product stopped working, i asked for a replacement from shopclues.com, they diverted me to manufacturer: ambrane and they asked me for a bill which i provided them, they have not responded till date with a replacement and asking for more documents on this. Its really a problem for me wasting my time simply following up with these seller and manufacturer. I want a immediate solution to my issue.
