I ordered a product named Visko Z1J-13/350 Impact Drill with Tool Kit from shopclues, whose value was Rs 2010, But, I received Visko Z1 J-13/300 Impact Drill whose value is Rs 699 and i complained the company many times but they didnt take any action on respective issue so kindly help me and take some strict action against them regarding the same mentioned issue.

Some more customers may have suffered from this. And if this is a trend from of shopclues then its a big cheating process.
I have complained it to shopclues support but didn't got any response.

Shopclues.com sent the same through tci-xps with tracking number[protected]

This shipment arrived at tci-xps madivala office 1 week earlier. As per the tracking sheet same is in their office @0944 hrs on 14th nov'16. I follow up from them from 14th novbut no result from their side. I talk to mr mukundan many time. At last evening i have words with team leader ensure same will be delivered on 16th april'13 by 1200 noon. But i haven't received the same.

This shipment is lying with them from 5 days.

I had order, Surya crystal automatic glass top 3 burner gas cooktop from shopclues on 3 Rd October. It was prepaid order, order no 99955241. The order wasn't deliver till 6 Nov. And i was contacting shopclues for same. Suddenly on 8 th Nov I got mail regarding order being delivered. When I contacted the curier agency, they j said it will be delivered in 2 days time, mistakenly updated as delivered. Bug even after a week i din't get the order. The curier company said it has been misplaced, and you contact shopclues. I am calling mailing them since 15 days, but no use. The customer care executive are disconnecting the call once they get to know about order .

Ordered sony led tv from shopclues on 26th oct 2016, as of 14th nov 2016 i have no updates regarding the product delivery. Every time i speak with customer care, i get the response saying that the issue will be resolved in 48hrs. Today the customer care executive was very unprofessional and provided no relevant information regarding the order. I am really concerned about the authenticity of shopclues sellers and the way shopclues handles customer complaints. The ordered item is high value and such level of neglect is unacceptable. Probably the worst online portal and wont recommend this site.

I had placed two orders in respect of 40 inch Daiwa LED TV on 3/11/2016
Order no[protected] at Rs. 33825/-
Order no[protected] at Rs. 16927/- and payment terms was COD and excepted delivery was 14/11/2016.

However, as per Govt policy regarding 500 & 1000 currence note, received SMS/Mails from Shopclues for alternate payment option of online.

As per provided link, i had paid respective amount on 10/11/2016 and receipt accordingly and requested to delivered.

Next day(11/11/2016) received call from courier agency regarding order delivery as it was received at his end and ask to keep the amount ready. I replied him already payment has paid on 10/11/2016 thru debit card. Coureier agency replied they are not received any payment conformation notice/mail from Shopclues and material will hand-over after receipt of mail only.

Then continuaslly (about 10 to 15 times) i was in touch with Shopcluse customer care representatives to sort out the issue and submit mail to courier to deliver the product.

Every time customer care representative assured that they had submitted mail and product will be delivered on or before 14/11/2016.

Today again i discussed with customer care representatives, now they saying that product will be delivered on 21/11/2016. They didnot intimated me regarding said delevery changes, now i asking to cancel the order and return my amount, for which they are saying after cancellation of product, payment will be refund after receipt of that material at their end.

This type of services very wort and this is affecting to day today activity as i am spending 15-20 minutes daily and receiving pathetic response from Shopcluse.

Please sort out the issue and arrange to deliver the product before 14/11/2016 or refund the paid amount with interest.

Balance deducted from my bank account but in order detail showing transaction faild and order not confirmed and the custmor care of the shopclues are not paying any kind of attantion on my complain
so now i want my refund as soon as possible and shopclue should improve there service and quality for their future benifits otherwise they will pay for it by their own behavior and worst service
