      Hi team,

      It's been so many days since i ordered a pair of skirts for myself. Instead of regular tickets being raised for the issue of not getting the product delivered at home and getting the wrong updates on the site that nobody was home while someone always is there, i just don't get any resolution from your side.

      In fact now you send me a text telling me it's returned to the origin! To my shock and despair i appreciate how bluntly you people make fool of people who order something from your site.

      You prove they are stupid trusting the dates you show and should not be ordering anything from your site as you just trouble them instead of providing any solution.

      You have just made sure that i will not be ordering anything from my end from your site. I'll also make sure to aware people about the same. Also will not let any family member or any colleagues too to use your app.

                Hi, i am usha jain.. I have returned a sewing machine at 8 sep, 2016... And the amount is not refunded get back in my account... Order no. Is 97962912 and return no. Is 3125741... The sewing machine was not working properly.. That's why i returned the product. But my refund is not get back in my account..
                We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center.
                For refunds it takes upto 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund.
                But the amount is not refunded back in my bank account till date. Please tell me the reason..
                1. Why the amount is not refunded in my account yet?
                2. Why it takes so long?

                I want my money back with interest in my account.

                  I placed a order for Samsung 55' TV on Sep 30th. My order was cancelled by shopclues saying courier cannot deliver product to my location on Dec 17th. I am living in Chennai, Thiruvanmiyur. How can this location be non-deliverable and also i have received a lot of products from shopclues before to this same address.

                  They cancelled the order on 17th and still they are not providing refund back to me. Their response is the product has not reached the warehouse yet. If the product cannot be delivered to this address then how and where did they sent the product through courier. Its almost a month, still they are not delivering the product and not providing refund.

                      Yesterday the courier boy told he will deliver to my address. He didn't came. Today also he told me to come to a place other than the delivery address. Is it your marketing policy? I dont have any other work? This is because i have paid the money before. Very bad services. Is it your site fake? I should have tell all my friends not to buy from your site atleast. I have already prepaid, thats why you r doing this?
                      I should have buy from amazon, flipkart or snapdeal, which provides excellent deivery nad product also.
                      Kindly refund the money. Cancel the order within 24 hours, and reply.

                        I have ordered power bank with new fitfly home gym 32kg weight with 4ft plain rod+3ft curl rod+gym accessories having order no.[protected]. I have received one item on same address and how come second item is not delivered. There is some one at home all the time as we have joint family. So how can you say material returned. Please provide me details when, who and how it's returned.

                        Neither anyone called me nor visited my address.

                        After using my fund from 5th october how can you cancel my order without my concern. Are you paying me with interest.

                        I received call from fitfly home customer support executive having no. [protected] on 19th october she confirmed that shipment was delayed. But it will be delivered to me on 24th october 2016.

                        Then i received a mail from your end that my order is cancelled due to not delivered & my money will be refunded till 12th november. Means i made my payment & i have to wait for 1.5 months for my money.

                        Where as after discussion with fitfly executive she confirmed shopclues cancelled my order & they didn't dispatched my consignment yet from there office. How can you make false commitments.

                        I want justice. I will raise issue in consumer forum & social media twitter, facebook, what's app. For your fraudulent working behaviour.

                            I ordered a burner( 3 burner) of pigeon - neptune brand, rectangular shape in oct-16 month to start my gas.
                            But i recieved the other brand - pigeon ( elegant ), that too oval shape.and defective also. As i cant take risk with gas.

                                Sir i have recieved a damaged 55 inches samsung led tv i have complained many times to pick up the product and refund my money everytime they tells to wait for 4 to 5 days.

                                Sir i purchased a samsung led tv model no 55 JU6600 on 24th september 2016 for the price of 89000 and i got the led tv on 10th october 2016 and when i opened the box the led tv screen display was already damaged immediately i called shop clues customer care and i told the product is damaged, they said to send images of led tv which is already broken and i sent them the images on 10th october only and then they said to wait for 3 to 4 working days after that when i called customer care and asked to pick the product and refund my money they also tells me to 3 to 4 working days whenever i called them the answer is same after 16 days also nor they picked the product nor they are refunding my money so please help me to get my money back Sir.

But the merchant delivered only 1 quantity that too of 5 feet. I complained the matter and to refund back the money but the merchant ballantly rejected my request.                                       Received only green maxi from the combo order of 2 . the pink maxi is missing . pi arrange to send the pink maxi from the combo order .there was no size tag on the maxi and it was too small .i ordered xl size . u have sent the green maxi out of the combo order of green and pink maxi which means the packet should contain two maxies instead of one .

                                        I am totally lost 100 rs in just calling shopclues customer care. "apologies and they will understand my pain" these are the words they have in their lips and nothing useful comes out which can help me.

                                        My order is not delievered to me, but al these shopclues guys sayings its delivered. I ordered my product on 14th october 2016. The bluedart courier status says it has been delivered on 1st september of 2016. I am just madly running here and there for my product or my money. No useful respone.. Just apologies and regret.. They are not actually solving my issue.

                                        I am almost waited for ten days.. Now they want another five days to just update the status of my package.

                                        Omeone please help me to sue this company.. I have all the proofs with me.. Whatever fee i am ready to give. I want this company to shut down. They cant cheat all poor buyers.

                                        I have ordered Viva N Diva Beigepink Blue Colour Taffeta Printed Saree(Set Of 3 ) through shopclues.com. i have paid in advance the price for the product. But i have got two messages as " Your order delivered" and "your order completed". But i have not got the product till now..IT is a Big cheating...My order Number is 99880035
