The size of the received sport shoes is 6 why i had asked for 9 so it is requesteed to change immediately it is not feasible for me to wear it due to small size . you are requested to look into the matter and sol me it as soon as possible . and this size is not comfortable my leg so that plz change shoes. this company i collected many product in company so that plz urgent change my shoes . because refund my money .

    The mixer that was sent to us order number[protected] for Murphy 500 W 3 Jar Mixer Grinder was in a broken condition. the phone numbers that you shopclues company people are giving is not fucntioning should i go for cunsumer court to settle this or will you help me immideitly.
    please help me as fast as you can for me getting my product or else pay my money back, online shopping should become a means of selling trash or cheating peple i request the central government to take serious action. My product was sent from Gujarat, Ahemdabad.

      I am Writing this complaint as Shopclues delivered me a different model of Mobile phone than what was ordered.

      Order ID : 98076899
      Product ordered : Refurbished OnePlus 3 with 6 months warranty.
      Price : Rs. 23499
      Order Date : 31/August/2016
      Delivery Date : 5/September/2016

      I researched each and every e-commerce website and found Shopclues is giving me the product at the least pricing. I ordered the phone and when I opened the box, it was a OnePlus 2 unboxed phone without any invoice. They cheated me and I got why the prices were low on this website compared to others.

      I filled a Return request on the same day. After 3-4 days they emailed me asking for the pictures of the device and the box. I sent them the pictures and the reply was :

      Based on your concern, as informed you earlier as well that we express our inability to accept your request as you have shared the images of the wrong product with us.       I tried many times but they replied the same. The customer service guys are least educated. Leave English, they don't know how to speak Hindi properly. They don't understand if the model of the phone I got is different then how could be the IMEL number be same.

        Very disappointed by the service of shopclues. Ordered an led tv against order no[protected] on 26 oct and still have not received the same. Vendor and delivery address being in delhi only . Such a shameful thing. Initially the delivery date was showing 1st nov and today it changed to 5nov. Called on customer service on 2-nov-2016 at 17:23 and shoked to experience such rude and unacceptable behaviour by their staff...not ready to listen to anything and giving lame excuse of 5 days of national holidays and just reading the delivery time showing on the app. forcefully asking me to wait till 5 nov. I found out the contact of beacon express services and have been in touch with them till today morning as they were planning delivery by today so i wanted to ask them to deliver at around 7 pm but could not contact. So i called shopclues and amazed to know their customer care executive telling me that the courier people delivers as per their own convenience and were not working since last 4 days. While i was in constant touch with them as they were working and they got the shipment on 30th night from the merchant but somebody from shopclues asked them to hold delivery for inspection.
        In this competitive field of customer satisfaction the shopclues seems backward as:
        1. Their staff is rude and argues with customer.
        2. They are unaware of actual status of the shipment.
        3. Keeps on changing the delivery date as per their convenience i.e. Frequent failure of commitment.
        4. Do not transfer calls to their seniors on asking.

        Delivery within delhi should be same day and not 10 days.
        I had to gift the tv to someone on diwali and now 5 days have passed post that and i am still waiting.

          Worst customer service, They can't handle a single complaint, they are very poor in handling customers, never use them for any buy.
          They always give you 2 days to resolve but if you call after 2 days they will again give you 2 days.

          mostly time they cancel the product or ask you for some alternative, they never know the value of customers, Manager are same.

              I have order udv with green label edt they delivered blue i have returned product but now they are saying product out of stock they can't deliver but i had purchased when sale or during diwali festive offer now udv product price hiked so why should i suffer i have ordered or they accept order when product was available than why they delivered wrong variant

              I had order UDV green best of edt but they delivered blue edt so I asked for correct one to deliver but they told not available after I return wrong product received they are ready to refund money and meanwhile price of product increased .not my fault even I offer deliver me other available variant but they refuse to take and told to give fresh order but price increase so why should I pay more ...how to sort this out

              Two products of mine shipping via bluedart are returned. No one informs me when my product has reached the courier office but suddenly mail comes saying your product is returned.

                      Housefull order id 9964/2016/935 and shopclue order id 99754671.
                      I have not received the order yet but interestingly in shopclue portal, it is displayed that order is delivered. Housefull.com (the dealer) has confirmed me through mail (attached) that they did not able to deliver my order since my residence area is out of their service area and they have initiated for my money refund, But ShopClue.com is telling that my order is delivered. Since I am purchased the product through shopclue so I am waiting for my money Rs. 3699 to get refunded from past 10 days depending on shopclue.com. It is very painful where dealer (housefull) is saying that they did not able to delivered to my address but Shopclue is updating the status as "delivered" ( respective proof is attached)

                          I have ordered an hp deskjet ink advantage 4535 wireless all-in-one duplex printer from shopclues.com on oct 8th & received the product after a lot of delay on oct 21st that too after numerous follow-ups with the courier services. the product came in a bad packaging & seems like repacked by the seller. there was no invoice provided and without that i will not be able to claim manufacturer's warranty which is of 1 year. i have called up the customer care many times but they just keep asking me to wait from n number of days & extending the days when i am following up. i even called up the seller directly, his behaviour was rude & i was said that 'you should have collected the invoice from the courier", now i really doubt the authenticity of the seller & shopclues.
                          I have attached the bill which they have provided through their website.
                          Pathetic customer support & i think no one should buy anything from shopclues because its a fake.

                            I've ordered an item (Order ID[protected] worth of Rs. 27750 on 19th June 2016 through Credit Card EMI. But due to unavailability of product, order had been cancelled and same amount was refunded on 23rd June 2016.
                            Still EMI of that product has been continuesly debiting from my credit card since now.
                            And even my order got cancelled, 3 of 6 EMI has been debited from my credit card.
                            So, I request you to do necessory to revert my 3 EMI back.

                                Order# 99798881. order date & time: 02 oct 2016, 02:41 am. support ticket opened [#334373] i placed the order online and paid inr 37999. website estimates delivery between october 18 and october 22.

                                First received an email on oct 11 that order was delayed. then received another email on oct 11 stating it shipped and expected delivery on october 16. the email provided the tracking number but does not provide the courier/shipping company name. even the tab to track the order wouldnt work.

                                All of a sudden on oct 21, received an email stating order is delivered. i wrote back confirming non-delivery.

                                I spoke to customer service but of no help. they just state that their shipping partner has confirmed delivery. even after repeated request they wouldnt escalate. i wrote back again informing that i am compelled to seek legal action.

                                Received an email on oct 27 stating that they will arrange for a proof of delivery in 7 business days.

                                I dont need my product and not proof of delivery. also, i need compensation for the delay in delivery and mental torture by shopclues.

                                Well, I received another email on October 31 (Refer to attachment 10) stating that the order is “Complete”. Not sure how they can say Order is Complete when they had not delivered the product. Moreover, they stated in their email on October 27 (Refer to attachment 7) that they will provide the Proof of Delivery within 7 business days. Still ShopClues has marked the order as complete.
                                I checked the order detail page on the ShopClues Website and now it shows a new delivery date of October 31 (Refer to attachment 11). Earlier it was showing as Delivered on October 16 (Refer to attachment 8).
                                Yesterday (Nov 2), I got a call from Startrek Logistics (Courier Company) stating that they have to deliver a Sofa Set which was picked up from Iris Furniture (Manufacturer) on Nov 25. Finally, they delivered the Sofa around 9:50 PM on Nov 2, 2016. The courier person refused to provide an open delivery.
                                While opening the packages we found that the Sofa Set has 4 cuts/defects (Refer to attachments 14 to 17) in the PU Leather cover. It appears these cuts occurred while in transit.
                                Issue history and lies from ShopClues
                                1. Initially Order page of ShopClues website showed delivered on October 16, 2016 (Refer to attachment 8).
                                2. Now Order page of ShopClues website is reflecting delivered on October 31, 2016 (Refer to attachment 10).
                                3. ShopClues email on October 21, stated order was delivered on October 21, 2016 (Refer to attachment 4).
                                4. I spoke to ShopClues customer service informing them about not receiving the order. Got an email on October 25 stating that they have co-ordinated with the courier partner and restated that order was delivered (Refer to attachment 6).
                                5. I wrote again reiterating that order was not received. Again, got a response from ShopClues Customer service on October 27, 2016 (Refer to attachment 7). It again stated that their courier partner has confirmed that order was delivered. However, they will arrange for a Proof of Delivery within 7 business days.
                                6. Eventually, my order was delivered on November 02, 2016. The courier slip (Refer to attachment 12) clearly showed that Courier Company picked up the order from the Manufacturer on Nov 25, 2016 (but ShopClues has already stated delivered on 16 Oct on their website and delivered on 21 Oct via email and SMS.)
                                7. Manufacturer Invoice (Refer to attachment 13) shows it was generated on Nov 25, 2016. Moreover, it stated “Used Sofa Set” (Second Hand Sofa). I ordered a new sofa set and not a Used Sofa Set.
                                8. Also, Sofa Set has major defects. It has 4 cut marks across both of the sofas.(Refer to attachments 14 to 17)
                                Now you know, who was telling the truth. Morevoer, the product is defective. Under normal, circumstances I would have requested a replacement. But, since I do not trust ShopClues anymore; I want a FULL REFUND of the order at the earliest.

                                ShopClues also need to compensate me for the lies, torture and harassment for the last two weeks.
                                Please get this resolved at the earliest.

                                I received this product againstn order no[protected]. but ithis product have problam after 10 mnt. there are no function or light. if i pluged in again then again product have problam after 10 to 11 seconds.

                                    I have ordered(Order No:[protected] a product from ShopClues.com on 18-Oct-2016. 26-Oct-2016 by sms & by mail they have messaging me that the product has been delivered successfully, but till now I have not received any product from them. Then I have contact shopclues customer care & lodged a complain with ticket no-8030377 at 9:28 AM of 28-Oct-2016. After that they have mailed me at 1:00 PM of same day against this complain that the product has been delivered at my premises.But till now I have not received above mentioned product.

                                        I order this product 64 in 1 Cartridge Cassette For 8 Bit Video Game (order no.[protected] and it was not in working condition so I asked for a replacement. the replaced product is also not in full working condition so I raised a complaint for refund but the customer care person falsely accusing that im a fake customer and he wont initiate refund process. this is the worst customer support I have ever seen. If I don't get my refund and apology from the person who spoke to me then im gonna file a case for cheating the customer. btw the person who spoke to me was "Vicky". if shopclues doesn't want their cusomter to continue purchasing on their site then do whatever but if you don't want to miss a cusomter then better ask him to apologize for falsely accusing and process the refund
