I had purchased tyers from shopclues and paid by my credit card, they cancelled order and now they are not refunding my funds.
Attached herewith are two screen shots of the website giving full details of order and secondly complaint ticket no but still they are not replying or refunding amount kindly look into it urgently

the height is they have send me a message that they are unable to send the ordered item which they have already delivered and even send a mail asking were we satisfied whit the product received

On 2nd oct. 2016 i ordered for pack of three deos (Axe deo, axe signature and fogg deo) vide order no. 99880283 as shown on the website of shopclues. Instead of the items shown on the website of shopclues, axe deo, spark deo and wild stone deodorents were delivered at my residence. This is really cheating on the part of the company. Necessary. Action against the shopclues company is solicited and the company may be asked to deliver the right items what they are showing on their website. I also appeal all not to order anything from the shopclues because i also faced such type of problems earlier also with shopclues.

I received the product in pathetic condition and damaged condition, i had received the product on 24th september 2016 and i filled a return request on the very same within one hour of receipt of the product.in the return request i had not mentioned the word damaged but had used all possible vocabulary (Pathetic, cheap etc). I received a mail on 27th asking me to send pictures. I sent the pictures on 29th of september 2016 where clearly depicted that the product is in horrible condition and even realised while clicking the pictures that a part of it is damaged which i even specified in the mail. Now the shopclues is declining my return request saying that the damaged product return request should be filed within 2 days of receipt of product. This is really unethical and cheating customers. I had bought this product as gift for somebody and was terribly embarrassed. I have written endless mails with reminders but nobody even bothers to respond. I need an immediate intervention of the senior guys and expect a quick positive response.

I got sony mdr xb30 from shopclues for 529, which is completely a fake one.. Sound quality is so bad,.. I wants to return the product.. But do they refund?? Pls stop fooling customers... I thought its a unboxed one but not its fake,... Atleast sell some original products at appropriate price, which is helpful, but never do cheating like this.. I have ordered navratri combo deos (Fogg +axe signature +axe choclate) order number 99215191 and is delivered on 3rd october 2016, which is the damaged product, unsealed and in combo included some wrong product like i got nivea in the place of axe signature and you have delivered me the water mixing deos which i never think so nd it dissapoint me a lot, like in fogg it seems 60% water is mixed somewhat also in others too... The items are totally dissapointed and are unused... I purchased a sony bravia tv in shopclues as they offered at 92% so i likw the offer and purchased by ful amount shown in d site. After few days they cancelled without any intimation and said to refund.. If they can't give product as promised price and condition why did they advertise in their site and who pay the intrest as i used a credit card to purchase.. I want my product as they promised. They betrayed with offer.. I think they have a plan after purchase they use my amount which is given to show as their balance after their work gets complete they cancel the order and said to be refunded. Here the customer pays for intrest for this period..

I recently purchased a sony bravia tv with 92% offer shown (Given) in shopclues online site.. As they said there is no cod on this product.. So i chose my credit card to purchase the product.. So i completed all the formalities to purchase the product and placed the order on 29th september.. Then i received mails that i got placed and order has been confirmed and will be delivered on 7th to 11th of oct 2016 after 2days i called shopclues customer care and asked for the confirmation and they confirmed the order and said to be delivered as scheduled.. But suddenly today i. E 4th oct 2016 they sent a mail saying order has been cancelled and money will be refunded on oct 24 like dates.. No my question why did shopclues kept that price and gave 92% offer on d product which is good condition. Now why shopclues cancelled the order without intention.. Is this a new way playing with customers feelings? Is this a new way making customers fools.. What ever the reasons you have.. But you should serve the customer as promised.. Now i have to pay intrest for deducted amount from credit card.. And your plan to show funds in your account you give huge offers to customer attract and when they placed order you will get money and show your balance in market then suddenly cancel the customer order and make customers disappoint and fool them finally.. I need shopclues ceo and founder mail id's.

If the action is not taken then i sue on your company and write a mail to your ceo and founder..
I also use social media to convey my issue.
