I got a wrong item of adybird leather shoes two months back which was returned after lots of trouble due to their courier partner, regarding refund of Rs. 587 faced lot of difficulty .Finally it was added as my cluebucks which is not showing in my account, contacted ShopClues many times & mailed which can be traced well.My e-mail I'd [protected]@rediffmail.com . Recently ordered sandik pendrive 8GB+16GB of Rs.490, COD total amount Rs.578. Contacted Mr. Biswajeet customer care centre to consider this orders payment with my cluebucks for which he assured of doing . I am doing my final year M.D and don't have time to waste with these irresponsible people doing online shopping. Today I unsubscribed from their site because of the trouble which they have given me since last two months. Request to find a solution in this matter if possible . I can file a complaint against ShopClues but due to my busy schedules I didn't do it. Hope some remedies come from your efforts because I am totally frustrated and most troubled customer of ShopClues.

I have ordered a consignment from shopclues as cod. and, I got a message as my shipment is handed to aramex couriers and will be delivered by 13 october 2016. And I got any message from the courier service yesterday that my shipment is out for delivery. This is not the first time aramex is failing to deliver in shillong. I already got return details of my two previous shipments. The service of aramex in shillong is poor. The contact numbers given is also fake and there's no way to contact the courier office. I used to get messages as "delivery attempt was failed", but i never got a call from them. so, i request to kindly take action on this. I prefer shopclues if i need to buy something online, but this time i am really disappointed with the service.

I'm not satisfied with this product. I need original one. And my phone is getting heat while charging. I have waited for 7 days till i get your product and there you are sending duplicate products what is the use of buying online. See if you or your company makes these kind of things that show how fake you/ your company and plz replace that original battery. Model no. Higher backup li-ion battery for xolo one xolo1 1 in 1700 mah.

Dear Sir, It is very astonishing that your courier partner informed you that no one was available at the given address at 07.21 PM on 14th October.The courier service provider is simply lying to you.I was available on the given date and time and even today i am available.No one came even today to deliver the items.today i had registered a complaint (Complaint Reference No.JDEL/1016/23204) on phone (no.[protected] provided by you.It is more astonishing that i have been told (through SMS) that i should place a new order.please note that non delivery of the ordered items on falls and flimsy grounds may attract serious legal actions against you and your courier partner.

I ordered two sarees dated on Oct 9th but your delivery date is mentioned 26th only.You are taking too long time to deliver.We will not like this delay.This is first time i given order.If you delay like this how can i continuously give order and also this is diwali time after getting this material we have to do some other work in this saree but you are giving deliver date at the last moment of diwali.

I had a bad experience with this company when i ordered a white shirt of size S worth Rs. 1200/- they shipped me a apron kind of thing with L tag on it, I requested for refund and also its L size but they said sorry we couldn’t refund although we could replace the item again they shipped same shirt apron kind of thing just changed the tag with S but the size of shirt was L. when i complained again they said show us the proof… WTF??
You replaced the tag with S and shipped the same shirt now asking about proof…
Please someone shutdown this company

Sir, I requested to that my Order 99578586 for Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime 4G 16GB has 6 month brand warrenty.when i will buy this product that product is defective.i contacted with 4 times customer support and email service. but they were no responsibive of my opinion.they were talking me contact with service center for replacement but service center refused for replacement.

We can order a new mobile hand set lenovo k3 note @ Rs-8599/-, Due to late delivery company canceled this order without my concerned and we call customer care for amount refund he said amount refund time 6 to 9 Working days, order cancelled date[protected], but still no amount refund in my MPESA wallet account, Today We call customer care for update this refund but he said no information about this refund, Please help me .

I had been on line order to shopclues .com vide order no[protected] on dated 7th oct. 2016 vide HDFC bank transaction ID No 019847 code no 504492 of Rs 3096/- Nos of product 3Nos one of water purifier and two nos sarees, the shop clues has inform me by email we are unable to supply, once order accept then cancellation my order payment made by credit card order accept and payment received then cancelled order, refund credited to my account after 15th days vender has increase rate buyer can't responsible in this matter, please to do the needful in this case. thanks

I personally dont like the site. Product quality is very bad, it is the worst online shopping app in india, sometimes its attracts a customer by show the low prices of products but the quality of those products worst. Less prices affects us too much but a customer also, pls don't purchase any item in shopclues,

The above necklace i ordered on 2nd oct 2016. cash already paid through debit card. my order no 99857691.I received the mail in the above product not avalilabe in your firm. So you have cancelled the above order. How can i get my refund amount Rs 223.

Please guide in this regard and do the needful.

I have order sony mdr-xb450ap extra bass headphones with mic for rs. 728 on cod.
Hopcluse cancel that order. A day later someone deliver the product with same details (Our name, address, mobile no, item description and price) but after receiving we came to know that its duplicate product. And shopcluse not responding saying we have cancel the order.

But how can they share our personal information to any 3rd party to cheat it is totally unethical.

I, Naveen Joon ordered IFB Eva Aqua SX 6 Kg 1000rpm fully automatic front load washing machine on 09.09.2016 on shop clues.com vide order number 98509076. I made online payment through my debit card. I receive the product on 30.09.2016. On verifying the product i came to know that the product delivered to me was not of same features which I ordered. The washing machine was IFB 800rpm instead of 1000rpm. I called customer care regarding the same but they were not willing to take my complaint seriously. This is the case of CRPC 420 under Indian Panel Code. The company cheated me by sending a wrong product. I request you to take proper action against such cheater who are making money by such a fraud way and ruining the trust of customer on online shopping.

I booked SANSUI SMC32HB12XAF(82 cm) from shopclues.com while TV that is delivered by shopclues.com on 9/Sept/2016 is LEDTVS3223K(81 cm).
I have sent return request to shopclues.com on 10/Sept/2016 and ask them for refund
but whenever i call to customer care they say that it will be proceed soon ..but nothing happens i called more than 15 times and continuously sending mail since 10 September but no response...plzzz help me..
