I paid Rs 2323.10 via yesbank visa Debit card for Reach Cogent Android mobile. Amount was Debited my account by Citrus Pay. But order was incomplete due to some error on shopclues.com Amount has still not been refunded, remitted to my account. I raised a complaint to Customer care via their website and online support issue report but there was not response from their end.The people who are running Shopclues.com are a bunch of cheats running the company.

I have not recieved my item which i had payed for. My order no[protected], my id - [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered 2 goods together but recieved just 1 and the other good said, "cancellation initiated - procurement delay from merchant" what the heck is this??
Its a shame after zillions of times trying to contact them they didnt pay a heed to my problem, either refund my money or send my items fast because i needed it. I regret buying from your site, i'll advice my friends about my experience if i dont get any reply soon. This is really disgusting, i will furthur go to any authority to complain about you i want it within 4th oct 2016 or refund me my money!

I was trying to make an online shopping of Television at shopclues.com, while I was searching for SONY Bravia 40 inches TV, I found the product SONY Bravia 40w659d 40 inches TV at 95% Discount and the price was displaying Rs.2, 999/- and when I was trying to buy it was not allowing me to move forward, with this regards I called the customer care and the executive was unable to address the issue properly and when I asked for the complaint mail ID he denyed to give the same and informed me, there is no mail ID at all, only for enquiries there is 1 mail ID, with this regards I wrote a complaint to SONY TV department, expecting their reply.

Please note Shopclues are trying to bluff customers and when they have displayed the product with that cost, they have to adhire to their price.

ShopClues order 99222540 for Folding Multipurpose Shoe Rack tier has received from your end. But in the packet no screws has found for fitting the shoe rack and all the wheels (4 nos.) was broken. So please send the all necessary screws and 4 nos. wheels for fitting the shoe rack as early as possible. without screws and wheels the shoe rack is useless.

Updated by Balaram Karmakar Shop clues order 99222540 for folding multipurpose shoe rack 4 tier has found. But in the packet no screws found and 4 nos wheels has found in broken. Pl. Send all screws and 4 nos wheels for fitting the rack. I can not setting the folding multipurpose shoe rack 4 tier without all screws and 4 nos wheels.if you not sent the same immediately. I am waiting for the same.

I purchased a product from shopclues.com i. e home gym 20kg set worth rs. 1021 with other equipments on 20 sept 2016, and i also paid payment of it and the expected date of delivery is 6 oct 2016, but that company wasn't provide me the correct tracking details in my account even they text me and mailed me on 30 sept that my order has been delivered, even i don't know where they delivered my product and no courier service yet contact me regarding my order delivery.

I ordered a prestige otg from shopclues order number 99092376 due to unavailability they cancelled the order promising me to get it from other merchant which was also not done. They just keep asking me for more time i call them give 24 hour for your enquiry give 32 hour for bla give 72 hour for refund give bla bla and bla at the end they didn't deliver and promised me to refund (Which has not been done yet) my concern is if they don't have the product why are they still showing on thier site i should get a refund plus the oven for keeping my money for more than 10 days and for such an unpleasant service

Shopclues made my purchase hell. Oh my god no more words to express my pain.. Who gonna make these people get punished for their looting. I have ordered a product on 14 October 2016, within two days I got message saying that it got delivered. But I didn't receive any product. Immediately I called shopclues. Mr. Shubam picked my call. He said he will rise a complaint and he feel apologies for the mistake. No more indication from shopclues then. I called after three days again shop clues. I have explained all my stories, the call got cut. Again I had to call them.. Then again I explained all stories happend. He also felt bad about the issue and he apology. Oh my God.. How many apologies... But no more action or help from their side. Only apologies. Apologies.. Apologies from them. Hufff.. I am tired. Shopclues kept my money for almost ten days now.. From one customer they keep this much money.. How many customers, how much interest they wil get for such stupid trick. My order number is[protected]. I have not yet received my product. My website says it's got delivered. I didn't get my package yet. No customer care works and helps... They asked me to wait another five days now.. Just to check with courier guys.. Who delivered.. To whom delivered. Which address delivered.. Nothing I know.. How many complaints I have to rise. Someone help me to handle these people..

It's been more than 10 days and I haven't got my order yet despite calling them and complaining.

When I am asking for to cancel my order and refund my money immediately, ShopClues saying that we can't cancel at this point.

Customer care is not helping and neither there supervisor.

They have buyer protection clause and I don't know what they are doing with that clause.

Please help me getting this matter closed at earliest.

I have purchased one battery for my mobile XOLO Q 1000 on 21 Sep 2016. The battery was initially charged upto 30% but complete night I have keep the battery charged. In the morning it shows only 30% after charging whole night. The thickness of one side of battery is also thick and after placing the battery, cover of phone not being tighten (one corner).I tried to contact you through telephone, but from their I could not get any result. I have already contacted through my RMN, but they told to register a complaint about the product with few photographs. Though I have already written the same matter earlier but at that time I have not attached any photogrph. I need a Good Battery for my Mobile at the earliest please.

I ordered replacement battery for micromax a50 on 07.09.2016 with order id 98391567, for which a wrong product was delivered on 14.09.2016. I initiated replacement request, which company accepted and they sent me another product on 26.09.2016, which i shocked to see the same product again.

As i became certain that they cannot deliver, i initiated return request and asked for refund (I was charged rs.349 for a product of rs.299, in the name of shipping and cod charges). They bluntly rejected the request, thereby i compromised with my money and derived no utility, with no fault of mine.
