I have purchase 3 (Qty) nokia 5233 mobile phone from shopclues website. Order number is 96033432 for nokia 5233 - (6 months gadgetwood warranty).
When i received this package i was shocked because phone is old/used/unserviceable/ dummy mobile. There is problem with battery is not fitted with any of mobile, one mobile has no sim card cap button. I have file refund request for this product. After few days they place a new order without asking me or not taking any confirmation by me. They send me this product (As replacement) but i don’t need this product. It is useless for me. And i have no trust on this website any more. So i want to return my money back in to my bank account. I have mail lots of time for return this product it will use less for me. Please refund me my money as soon as possible. But those people don’t understand tell that we will not cancel your order.

Hi shopclues. I have purchased fogg 1016- br analog mens watch vide order 93695534 recently. This was functioning nice for about a month and the watch was very good, so i have accepted the product. For the past few weeks i have observed that the watch is getting slower. Now i can see that it stops abruptly obsessionally / running slow. I expect that shop clues will adress my problem and resolve. I request shopclues to take carer on the quality of the product sold so that the customers will not be disappoointed. I have written to fogg and not yet received any reply from them

We placed an order for HP combo cartridge (HP21/22) in June. Shopclues delivered a single color (HP22) cartridge. They agreed to my return request and refund my money. But since then, I have been chasing them their courier does not come to pick up the goods OR they randomly close the return request without picking up the good. They have not refunded my money till date and I am stuck with a product that I never ordered.

I have purchased Onoda i 455 mobile from shopclues dated 10.09.2016. (Ref:[protected]Invoice 17117/3.09.16) I have COD received 10.09.16 this mobile .
Complaint : Onida i455 - Battery standing time is very low and automatically swtich this mobile and Back Metal cover not fitted with mobile. So I request to shopclues return this mobile immediately replaced or refund to me.

I have bought motog mobile from shopclues. they have send me defective mobile which is not even getting started.
when I asked about refund or replace they are just extending time to resolve my issue. now it has been more than 15 days and they have asked me to visit service centre to fix issue.
I have not even used that mobile so why should I visit service centre.
this is real cheat. they simply send defective product and ask customer to visit service centre to fix their detective product.
I request shopclues to either return or refund defective mobile.

I am placing this complaint on a friend's request on his behalf. Quoting him

"I bought an Intex Aqua Power Plus Smart Phone from Shopclues on July 28 2016. The phone that came was faulty and I applied online to return the item. After multiple times calling the company where every time I called they had a different answer to my query stating they can't take return as per policy, even when I had raised a return request over their website, they initiated replacement instead of return. Finally they initiated return a month later on 31st August. Now it has been over 2 weeks but they are still not refunding my money and when I call them, the call center agents keep on saying, we'll refund soon.

I have had the worst experience with this company !! This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my father and they totally ruined my experience. Please help me get my refund and if possible some compensation for all my efforts spent, would be really greatful to you !"

I have ordered axe singature and truly black deo combo pack but i received two lower value nd quality deo.i will lock this complain at custmore hepl desk in short time.this fake service and custmore money and waste the time for online shopping.pls do need full help and i want justify from online shop nd shopper.

I ordered light blue but received dark blue then registered complaint refund got approved also but still not received refund I have already sent mail 4_5 times to shopclus but no reply from them spock to their executive on customer care twice but no response please help me to get my money back shopclus don't have any toll free no so it's expensive to call everyone on their paid customer care no

I purchased a nokia 5233 phone from shopclues.com believing their advertisement for 71% discount on that product is true. I paid the bill to the delivery guy and shocked when i unpacked the parcel, where i found an old and refurbished phone.
I called the company customer care and they registered my complaint and issued registration number. Provided return registration number also which was not processed. When i called them again they strongly refused to take back the material and refund my money. The guy who attended the phone was talking roughly saying that i can take any action against him, but they wont take the product back.
Its absolutely cheating business saying 71% discount which is actually not worth of 10% even.
And the talking style of customer care executive is absolutely like a gunda.
After this incident i read all the reviews given on their site, most of all the customers bought this item have been cheated by shopclues

I hsve purchases bathroom Cabinet by paying Rs.1039 and i want to change the Colour when i spoke to the person who had send me he said its long process and shop clues person will not return the amount and they will ask u to send the item and u have to keep on following them . so request you to change the Colour of my Bathroom Cabinet and send me the Coffe colour which you are showing on the Screen

I have ordered in www.shopclues.com on 6th september and cancelled my order with order id : 98408730 on 7th september. Since I paid in online while ordering, I got message that amount is refunded to account with reference id : 75105176253000564992889 on september 9th but still amount is not credited to my account.Let me know when amount will be credited.

I ordered for the tulsi powder from shopclues by my mobile app but i didnt recieve the product and call also but got the message that delivered successfully and also by mail the same thing saying that it is delivered successfully, kindly help to get my order deliver or my money back and please let me konw why this happened.

Yes shopclues are cheaters ! i ordered xxl size for a kurti and they delivered small sized one (delivered on 11th sept, 16) . i complained for the replacement or refund and they assured me that they will contact me back within 2 days but alas ! i feel like crying because my my money is precious to me...they are seemingly not interested in helping me out . so cheap ! please don't shop here ! my order no was 98475053 yellow regular kurti for woman. please help me out !

This shopclues website is fake, showing product is available but later on after cancelling order just by giving excuse that product is not available. Shopclues doesn't respect time and commitment. Its high time shopclues check their customer service..I ordered sofa on website, its says 1 item left, afterwards website says its not available and promised to arrange from another merchant and asked me to wait. I waited and in last website just cancelled order without my concern and thing is that if they don't have something then why they put on website and customers lose interest on money for 1 month or so.

Sir, i have placed an order of nokia 225 mobile on aug 27th..i have paid the cash and waiting for the product..but i dint get the product. After a long enquiry with ur executives daily they used to say that they have handedover to expressbees courier..daily same reply..15 days completed after a long followup i have received a msg that the item cant be delivered to ur address and hence we will refund the money..what the hell they are talking. Fully cheating..u are collecting the money from the customers in advance and using the money without sending the product.its totally cheating.you are using our money for ur business by depositing in ur account and getting interests..why did u receive my payment while u cant deliver the product.dont u know before only that u cant deliver the product.u have used my money for 15 days and now that tooo after a long followup now u r saying that u cant deliver the product.how embrassing this is..i want the same nokia 225 product delivered to my address or i will give u other address also to where u can deliver the product..plz lookafter this..serve better but dont cheat the customers..booking code .my order numb..97854318..

I have received and after piug in its given sound an do'not working and my mobile galaxy j 7 is burst so plz as soon as possible the replace it . May in future how we can orderand belif shopcles.
Now days shopcles getting good will from socity but this instruments may cause bad name about people mind so improve ur shopping goods quality for better serve.

I ordered two product from Shop clues. The one external hard disc and the power bank on 11/08/2016. The first order has been successfully couriered through Blue-dart and the product also received by me but the second order Livtel 1008 power bank was couriered through professional OKL but that has been delivered in wrong address and handed over to the wrong person. Even after an en-number of mails and phone calls also these people are not able to solve my problem. When the courier person made a mistake who will be the responsible, Shop Clues or the customer. I thought Shop Clues will give good product and good service but all in vain. They showed the Pod which has the
unknown signature not mine. Still I am waiting to get my product or my money back.
