We ordered for 1 ton AC of Haier 2 piece and 2 ton AC of Haier 1 piece. we have not received the material. shopclue Order No. 98037640 and Shopclue Order No. 97874957. Shopclue intimated us us by msg & mail about successful delivery of goods. but we have not received any of above ordered products. please send items as per our order immediately. we have wrong msg from your side.

I make online purchase through shopclues.com of (Maharaja White line Cooler) on 30.08.2016 of, I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a recent purchase on your online store, order number #98028477, Rs. 6549/- payment through net banking, The amount has been debited from my bank account immediately, but it is still showing transaction failure and unfortunately, no body responding of my email, i wrote many mail to customer care, i spoke with customer care representative also, asked for bank statement, i sent immediately, even though nothing feedback from them.This is very disappointed me.

This is to bring to your notice that I have ordered the following product on 3/8/2016 from Shop clues(as per the attached pics).
1) Ektara Womens Yellow N Blue Top Combo of 2 -Code:[protected]Rs.369.
2) Westrobe Women Nevy Blue n Pink Printed White Baloon Top Combo of 2 -Code:[protected] Rs.369.
3) Westrobe Blue, Cream Cotton Boat Neck Half Sleeve Crop Tops For Women (Pack Of 2) -Code:[protected] Rs.399.
Due to the wrong size and colour I returned back Sr.NO. 1 & 3. It was hand picked by Nuvo Ex Reverse Pick up Sheet (AWB: SCQ000940) dated 13/8/2016. (PFA). Then I recevied the email on my email ID saying that the money will be refunded within 48 hours in my Shop clues buck. I tried calling them so many times, but got the same reply from each of them that money will refunded within 48 hours. On 30th I got email that the payment will be intiated 48 hours and on 31st I got email that the refund is rejected.
Again i called yesterday -2/9/2016 to customer service-[protected] and I spoke to Supervisor- Mr. Rishikant. He told me that within 4 days the problem will resolve. I am still awaiting for the payment.
I request you to kindly help me in this matter. I have never seen such online service before. I had dealed with paytm and amazon but never faced such problems.
And now I am not interested to do any shopping in Shopclues.
Kindly do the needful. However I want my money back.

is orderd on 11 aug 16 and delivered on 27 aug 16...but when i use phone i notice that front camera having problem...images from font camera having dark colurful lines so i request return on same day (27 aug 16) but shopclues sent msg by saying merchant rejected return.. when i call customer care they say go to nearest service center to repair phone... when i go to service center they say it will take 1 to 2 month to repair or replace what can i do...i purchase new product and again wait for 2 month for repair...pls help me

Order no is 97465255 for SKYLINE VTL-5525 deep fryer had been placed on 20 Aug, 2016 on shopclues. It was delivered on 25th August, 2016.

the merchant had sent a very low quality, cheap and damaged product.The element was not working. We applied for return of the product and for refund our money which is website's general policy and the customer care team asked us to wait for 48 hours. After 3 days they refused to accept the return and told us that merchant is not accepting it back as he had sent a standard quality product. I also tried calling them again and they again asked us to wait for 48 hours. In the very evening they again sent the same email that seller has refused to accept the return. Now I am continuously pursuing shopclues but they are just dragging the time and not giving any resolution for it.
Kindly help me to get my money back because what I will do with a damaged product

the item found many technically faults, hence shop clues has received back its product as on date 21st Aug2016.
After that no further communication received about the update of the complaints...I am feeling cheating/fraud ...

1. i placed an order on 12.08.2016 vide order no: 96973894 in shopclues.com for reach all in one (core i3/ ram 8gb ram / hdd 1tb dos) (21.5 inch monitor, wireless keyboard mouse) (215asm6). you also send the confirmation of my order on 12/08/[protected]@10.01 pm by sms to my mobile [protected].

2. on 17.08.2016 @ 10.36 am and 11.48 am you informed by sms to my mobile [protected] that the expected delivery date as 27.08.2016 and also informed me to pay rs.29, 028/- at the time of delivery.

3. on 18.08.2016 @ 09.50 am and 6.33 pm you informed by sending 4 sms messages to my mobile [protected] that the expected delivery date as 28.08.2016 and also informed me that my above order is dispatched via tci-xps with tracking no:[protected] and the expected delivery date is sun 28 aug.

4. on 22.08.2016, at 5.30 pm the courier m/s. tci-xps delivery driver by name mr. t. suresh (ph:[protected]) delivered a parcel weighing 0.5 kgs vide no:awb no:[protected] and collected a sum of rs.29, 028/- in cash (rupees twenty nine thousands twenty eight only) by giving the written acknowledgement on the bill pasted on the parcel. (the scanned copy is here with attachewhen i asked about the 0.5kg weight of the parcel, the courier person informed me that they (courier) has received only 0.5kg parcel from you which clearly mentioned by you on the invoice and the same has been delivered as it received from their delhi office. he also informed that you may send another parcel very soon.

5. after paying the above cash of rs.29, 028/- and taking the delivery of 0.5kg parcel, the courier sent message at 5.57 pm your couriers m/s. tci-xps informed by sms to my mobile [protected] about the receipt of the order and they will make attempt of delivery on the next 48 hrs.

6. again on 23.08.2016 @ 1.09 pm your couriers m/s. tci-xps informed by sms to my mobile [protected] that the order could not be delivered due to delivery as per cons.

7. today @ 10.08 am your couriers m/s. tci-xps informed by sms to my mobile [protected] that the order has been successfully delivered on 23.08.2016 and received by dly [protected].

8.in fact no person belongs to your couriers m/s. tci-xps has not delivered any parcel to me on 23.08.2016.

9. surprisingly today @9.03 am you informed by sms to my mobile [protected] that my order reach all in one (core i3/ ram 8gb ram / hdd 1tb dos) (21.5 inch monitor, wireless keyboard mouse) (215asm6). has been successfully delivered in advance or before expected date of delivery.in that effect today you also send an email.

10. after reading your above message and the email i opened today the parcel weighing 0.5kgs and shell shocked to notice that the parcel contains only one empty carton box of reach computer with several labels of blue dart courier.
