1. Mobile cover, which has broken before opening of packet. It is not valuable cover. It is only back cover no possible to set up in my mobile. It is against order no.97001861 for rs.428/- (Including all) as samsung j7. Please take it return immediately.
2. I have paid in advance through debit card for rs.199/- for stylish gun lighter against order no.95942741. It has not delivered by your company, but you have sms me it has returned, which is total false because as a regular purchaser of your items, the courier boys are well known to me. Kindly return cash immediately to both of rs.627/-

    I'm contacting you regarding my latest order : 97041999

    I placed an order for "kids printed round neck cotton t-shirt (Set of 5)" on "sat, aug 13, 2016" with 'order number : 97041999".

    My order got delivered on"tue, aug 23, 2016".

    I'm very disappointed with the delivery. T-shirts that i received are too small to fit my little boy. I placed the order for 3-4 years boys t-shirts. But i received very small t-shirts which were too small to fit even for a 12-18 months boy and most disgusting situation is that - you delivered the 'girls" t-shirts incase of boys t-shirts and also the quality of the product is very very very poor.

    Hence please accept the return for this order asap & send the good quality & correct size t-shirts orelse refund the amount back as priority.

    I had a worst experience with this product through shopclues.

    Look into this issue as priority & update me the status on priority basis.

        I have received the product it is defective, old & used. I agree this is a unbox product but according to shopclues term and condition unboxed products are new and only seal opened products but i received old & used product. How should i visit the service center, if the product is already used by someone else. My product condition is very poor. I am unhappy with shopclues.com. So please resolve my concern urgently.
        Kindly arrange the reverse pick up for my product. I called 7 times to shopcluse but every time they give me the same statement that team will revert back to you, but no one is contacting me

            Sony vravia kdl-40r55c 40 inches tv vide order id 94871750 through shopclues.com on 08/07/2016 and the product was delivered on 10/08/2016 but wrong product was derlivered, hence i intimated the company about it and and asked for replacement. They denied the replacement stating that the rate of the said product has increased. However, i told to refund my money. They first told that the money will refunded after the receipt to the product in their ware house. Initially they delayed the process stating that the reverse pic-up service is not available in the pin 110039 of my area. However, after a lot of corresponce, they pic-up the product on 08/08/2016 and till date the they have not refunded the amount of tv rs 29990+ shipping charge and now they are not updating the progress of the matter on my accout. Kindly look into it so that my amount may be refunded with the interest as applycable as per the norms.

              My name is tanay gupta & i have ordered a product on shopclues.com app, which is emergency torch with rechargeable, it's total cost is 148 including shipping charges, but when i received it, it is a manufacture problem, it's not working & not able to charge, so i simply open app file a return request, but after 2 days shopclues mailed me & close my return request, what happened?? Shopclues never trust his customers, when i call to seller, he says i will replace or product or reacharged your mobile number, cheap service & one thing is important shopclues have done tieup with cheap/fake sellers

                I booked a haier washing machine 58-020-r on 12 august. Order was confirmed through sms and expected delivery from 18- 21 august said by you. Since than i did not receive any information from you about my order.
                This is happened second time. I think i should stop shopping from you.

                Reply soon. I have to buy the product from others if you are not delivering.

                  I have ordered one mini tablet. They have delivered me defective mini tablet & this tablet is not supported with keyboard. Usb & not getting charged.
                  I have talked to customer care many times but no one have come to return this product. On site it was mentioned that it has 7 usb port & 4 gb storage but it has only 1 usb & 1 gb storage. Pls. Help me

                        I ordered a Car Cover for Maruti Ertiga online on Shopclues (Order[protected] on July 20 2016 by paying Rs .708. I got the covers on 29th July.
                        Since I had my car at my hometown I couldn't try it out immediately, though when I opened the package & found the item without damage. Since I thought the item description said the item is specifically made for Ertiga Car, I thought it will fit the car.
                        When I tried the item on Aug 16, I found the item not fitting the car. The size seems to be short by more than a meter in circumference!
                        Wen I raised a request with Shopclues for replacing the item, they have flatly refused saying I should have notified within 10 days according to their return policy.

                        This is a breach of trust I had on them.
                        The item is from their vendor GKG Canvas Private Limited, New Delhi it says. Requesting help from GKG Canvas also hasn't solved the problem yet.

                          Simple case of wrong colour product received.

                          I ordered for a copper based basin as shown in this link:

                          What i received was a brown tone based basin which does not match any of my furniture.

                          I requested the shopclues team to collect and refund the amount but they are saying that the description says 'multicolor' so they cannot refund it.

                          I had ordered a copper tone basin and received a brown tone based basin from Shopclues.com

                          Contacted customer care several times.

                          ShopClues denying to refund on the basis that the product description clearly says "multicolour". However, in the attached two images; one can clearly see the difference.

                          Would like the company to refund the amount and pickup the wrong coloured product.

                            I have order this product but on receipt it was totally damaged. I immediately inform this on phone to customer care and also on email. I expected that after providing the details they will arrange for reverse pickup. I requested them to send the amount to my saving account. After two days i received the mail from them asking for the same information again. Again second time i share the same information with photos. But instead of resolving my query they kept sending mails asking same and same information. Even after sending all the required information and photos every time they not taking the damaged product back nor refunding the amount. I

                              Shopclues website is a big scam. This is my second order in the last few months. They list refrigerators and televisions at a very low price. Once you buy the item, they would pass time for a week or so in the name of procuring the product and eventually they state that the product is not available. They would send you an email that they were not able to procure the product.. So they will finally let you know that the product is cancelled and you will be refunded your amount in a few business days.

                              I paid rs.58980 through net banking. They have this amount in their account for 15 days for a nice interest. All they are doing is collecting amounts from customers and refunding back after certain period of time. Big scam... Please do not buy any highly discounted products from this site.

                                  I ordered 6d storage cabinet (Order#[protected] from shopclues.com on 31st july 2016. As per mail, expected delivery was around 8 aug.

                                  On 11th august i got mail and sms that ordered item is delivered but i did not receive it.

                                  I mailed them on 11th august and then called them several times. On first 3 calls they said to wait for 48 hrs, they are checking for delivery proof from their delivery partner, but i did not get any response back from them.

                                  I again called them on 16th august, they said to wait till 20th august. I called again on 20th, now they said to wait till 25th august.

                                  From their response it seems they are not going to do anything as they have already got the amount.

                                  I want my money back now from this fraud company.

                                  Could you please help me in this regard?
