Had ordered more than a month ago missing products delivered, still not taken back

If it doesn't get resolved this week, I'm taking a legal action and getting the media involved as I'm a PR person.

This is a loophole in your co and it sucks bigtime. No basic ettiquets and manners in dealing.

Social media pe dhachiya udaa dunga if it doesn't get solved!!!

With due respect i want to say that when i received your product the woofer button is broken and one sub speaker is not working properly and there is no aux cable in the box
So i want the speaker replacement and aux cable
As soon as possible and i am. Not satisfied with this product
But if you will replace my one speaker and give me a aux cable only then i'll provide positive reviews and comments

During the festive offer season of 15 th aug i booked a lg refrigerator order number 97024719. After 20 days they denied delivery of product and i lost the festive offer season by that time. Now i need to pay 5000 more for same fridge. I was titally frustrated as they are refunding amount without taking my concern. If they told the same thing immediately or within 2 days i wouls have taken advantage of offers on other shopping platform. I always recommend people not to give order on shop clues. I lost my faith over shopclues.com

I had ordered 40 inch Full HD led TV from Shopclues on 20 July at a cost of Rs 26990.
But when I received and opened the product, I found it defective( There was crack/lining in the Screen).
Inspire of my multiple calls in customer care and repeated msg in their websites, no positive response has been recd till date.
Request kindly change the product.

We have ordered an product but they haven't refunded it .We are so mentally disturbed for this.When we field the application for the refund of the product after 4 months they said that you have to send your products by your own and for this we have you spent 500 rupees and they said that they will only provide 300 rupees for this they also said that we will replace your product and then again send it to us then we will able to refund it so did a means that we have to spend our money they didn't refund our product so we are so mentally disturbed for it we have made so many calls for 4 months but they haven't refund product

I purchased a cellphone one plus one cellphone order no. 94750665 worth rs.12077 from shopclues.com which i received on 15/7/16 which was defective and second hand and we were not told that it is second hand. Its battery was not working properly and after few days cellphone was dead and not getting open. We went to nearest service center they said cellphone is not registered under our name. We called several times for money back we hardly got proper response from them.

I had ordered this machine on 12 th of august 2016, as per shopclues it was about to reach between 19th and 23rd august, till now i dnt receive the product... Also the fedex shipping label has been created. With awb:[protected].. The product has underwent quality check and it was despatched on 13th august says shopclues. It was mentioned on shopclues site... But the product is neither with the fedex nor with shopclues... As per fedex the courier was not handed over to them... Only the label was created and information sent to shop clues for arranging pickup... But they have not yet handed over the product to them... For the last 10 days those people of shopclues are searching for the product... Where it is lost... I had paid the amount by net banking... I was calling them for last 10 days for knowing the status... But each time they ask for 3 days time for them to trace the product... Now they have changed the status that there is a slight delay in shipment of your order... And their site is showing the item is now despached on 25 th august... Previously it was showing 13 th august... I called fedex again and registered a complaint... But they are telling the shopclues till now did not hand over the product to them... I really dont know what to do... Its really irritating...

My name is Abhishek Arora and I purchased a product from Shopclues.com online on 18th Aug'16. The courier guy came at my home and wanted me to write my ID number on a paper that he was carrying. I refused to do that because Shopclues did not mention this anywhere in the whole shopping experience. Also there is a potential probability of misuse of this information.
I called Customer care the same day and checked with them about this, the guy told me that there is no such provision to share ID number and he asked for two days from me, to resolve this and also mentioned that i will get a call back for Shopclues.
It did not happen and the 2nd day night, i again called them and they again said they will call me back in 30 mins. And no call back again.
Next day i again called them, they put me on hold for approx 30 mins and later on said that you need to provide the id number, without any logical explanation.

My complaint is that, they are not mentioning there process during customer shopping journey, so that customer is clear on what to do.
They are not clear about there own processes, as multiple people are giving different status updates.
They are harassing customer, by making him call them again and again with no resolution.
They also have no logical reason on to why they need an ID of customer in physical, when they have customer mobile number as a unique id along with a unique order number.

I am feeling harassed with this whole experience and want some action should be taken against these guys.

I have ordered Sonybravia KDL-40R55C TV, order received on 22nd of july, due to no brightness and clarity not satisfied with the product so returned request on 31st of July. After that 6 emails and 7 times called to return the goods. No one was taking care. Today lady received the call and finally approved the return request but telling that cannot refund the amount only replacement. But my attached message box will tell when i have raised the complaint. And even my co-brother also returned and he got his refund but for me nothing is favoring. It is not small amount 32000. I do not want these kind of products. I really need my money back. If we are using big money it should be worthfull.

Please help me.

Ordered Men Women Couple's T-Shirt and found that the quality of both the T-Shirts are not up appropriate. It is transparent, material is too thin. I wanted to get it returned, logged a return request immediately but even after continuous follow ups for 4 weeks nobody came and picked up the product from me. Also gave them warning through call and mails that I am going to write the same concern to consumer court. But still no reply from them.

I ordered 20000mah power bank. And got 30000mah PowerBank.
And I received product on 23rd July 11:30am and after 2hrs I received a mail that product's delivery has been canceled.
Now since then I am trying to return the product and there is no response.

I received a power bank which i ordered but it is not working in any phone. I tried with many phones. And powerbank is not being chaging also. World's worst service award given to shopcluse... I order a product on 10 and today is 25 and they don't have any answers... And they also can't track our order... detail my complaint i am purchase in previous month mobile Onida i455 but recieved defective i am complant log to s.clues but return after one month next i am received replacement mobile but found it is defective not working condition in July 2016 now we more time call his center and main his center but only he say will revert back in two day but till not found solution

This is disgusting. I have placed order 13days ago & shopclus had committed me delivery on 25th Aug.16 and yesterday i.e. on 23rd Aug.16 they sent me SMS & mails saying product is delivered to you & thank you for shopping with us. In actuality I haven't received any product from shopclus. When I reached to customer support system they told me you have to wait for 48hrs.
My order is prepaid & still they are taking it as lightly as possible. DISAPPOINTED!!

I ordered the product on 14 august 2016, estimated delivery time was 21 august 2016. I tried contacting your support many times, but unfortunately they don't have any update.
I tried contacting your courier team, but there customer service is pathetic. They hang up the calls, put the calls on mute.

I ordered the laptop as a rakhi gift for my sister, but i have not received any update from your side related to the delivery of the product.
