To whom it may concern, I Ashish had ordered Samsung Power Bank 20000mah with 12 months warranty .First Shopclues had cancelled the ordered by sms but it was actually delivered without any warranty card.
The return concern was raised by me from July 21 but till now they wont return the product.

    Respected sir/mam,
    I ordered 3 miser grinder from this site on 5th july and my order id is 94619276.
    But when the product delivered to my home i saw 2 product was damage. So i send the picture of the product and submit a return request.
    But the company didn't satisfy with the picture so again i sent all the picture whatever they required.
    Then they approved for return and confirm me on mail.
    But after 3days again they mail me that my location is not the serviceable area so i have to send the product with my own interest.
    So i mail them that when you sale the product on the same address then why you didn't pick up for the same.. But its already 13th aug, that mean already 1month over.. Still i didn't get any reply from them.
    I have all the mail conversation detail which they send to me and i have all the picture also.
    So its my humble request to you... Please look into this matter.

    I just tried the chopper. It is not cutting properly. I do not want this item. Please let me know how i can return it.
    The wooden kitchen tools are in such bad condition...i am really shocked to see it. Totally cheated.

At that time the expected date of delivery was 10/08/2016, but after some days they had changed the edd to 15/08/2016, and till now they had not dispatch my product, now when i am asking for my refund amount, daily they are giving me some excuss, like we are arranging from some other vendor, but now i had already purchase a new ac from some where else, kindly help me in refund of my amount.

        Dear Sir
        This is to inform yoy that on 29th July, 2016 I placed order with Shopclues for online supply of iBall Tablet Slide Cuttle A4 (2-16 Gb), COD order no.96095539. Order confirmation message of the said tablet was receieved same day on my phone no.[protected] as well as on my email ID [protected]@gmail.com.
        Against this order supply was made to me on 04/08/2016, by courier against payment of Rs.7078.00, through their supplier M/s. Aramex, Per Day Deal, Vishav Bharman Parisar, A-B, Press Complex, AB Road, Indore (MP), 452001, Phone : [protected] by courier mentioning on the packing iBall Tablet Slide Cuttle A4 (2-16Gb)
        On unpacking it was found that another model iBall Slide Gorgeo 4GL was kept in the packing whereas the supplier must have sent ordered tablet iBall Tablet Slide Cuttle A4. Keeping inferior model of tablet in the packing and sending it to me was by an oversight or intentional the supplier knows better.
        On 06/07/16 I made telephonic complaint with Aramex, the actual supplier, on their phone no.[protected]. They asked order no. for checking their record which was immediately communicated. But Aramex kept silence and there is no communication from them till now.
        Also on 06/07/16 I sent email communication about this matter to Shopclues as reply on their email communication dated 05/07/2016 and requesting to arrange supply of iBall Tablet Slide Cuttle A4 (2-16 Gb) actually ordered by me. Subsequently it came to my notice that this email failed to deliver permanently. Next day on 07/07/16 I again email communication to Shopclues in this regard. It appears that same is the fate of this communication.
        I am therefore approaching you in this regard. Please help in this matter.

          We have purchased a t. V. As on 10 apr 2016 with payment of rs.9889/- from shop clues with delivery period was thu 28 apr. 2016 with installation. I did not received the t. V.In due time after various reminders. I also requested due to urgent need of t. V. For conciliation of order. The shop clues assured me many times from 24 april 2016 that the consignment will be delivered by 48 hours but failed every time. I also ask many times to refund my money with interest and commitment charges. Neither shop clues refund the money nor deliver the order. I also inform that if we did not received the t. V. After waited for fifth and last commitment up to 09th may 2016 by shop clues for supply. Due to much delay in supply i purchase a new t. V. From market as on 14th may, 2016 with payment of rs. 27000/- after informed to shop clues. After purchase the t. V. The shop clues send the delivery without any intimation and installation.
          What i do for two t. V. S?
          I requested to shop clues to:-
          1. L. D. Charges 10% for every week of delay.
          2. Rs. 2000/- for installation charges.
          3. Reimbursement of rs. 27000/- as expenditure incurred for purchase of new t. V. And
          4. Rs. 50000/- for mental harassment.

            I have placed order for Parad shivling order no. 95960911 on dated 27th July 2016 by credit card to Shopclues.com. Today on dt. 11.08.2016 after 15 days they cancelled my order with excuse that merchant could not dispatch in time. This is not excuse as they have given because I paid the amount to shopclues not their merchant. Shopclues waste my time as I required the Parad shivling in the month of sawan but now there is no any time to purchase the same from other sources.
            I want claim for this(For wastage my time, hurt my feeling & mentally harashment) at earliest.

              I am really really very disappointed with shopclues services and i just hate this site now. I also will never ever recommend any of my relatives or friend to buy products from this site and will stop them if they do so. It has been two times that i have been cheated by this site. First time i had ordered for a mobile phone for which i have received only the panel cover and now the second time i have ordered for nylon 8 piece measuring cup and spoon set i have received a different product i. E., cake decorating icing syringe and in the package cover the item was mentioned nylon 8 piece measuring cup and spoon set but when i opened inside i found it was cake decorating icing syringe for which i have never ordered for.

                I am one of the consumer associated to ur website. On 17th july'16 i ordered for blackberry 9900| 8gb| bold4 black color for ₹5799 & received on 20th july'16. Order# 95384759. When i opened the product i found it was not working well the touch was pathetic; body was not original & most of all i charged it full bt it is only working for not more den half an hour. The very next day i made the return request & dat too was declined.
                Since 24th july'16 i had been trying calling ur customer care department every time they same the same thing i. E "mam'am hum aapka concern update kar rahe hain, apko 48 hours mai revert back milega" but honestly i never got any revert from your end they updated my concern for about 5-6 tyms but no mail; no text & no phn call nothing came from ur side.
                Everytime dey say dat ur product is in gadget wood warrenty. Tell me one thing if i am buying a new product den y d hell should i go for repairing thing dat too wid lots of defects.
                Last call made by me was on 4th or5th august'16 & they assured me for the revert latest by 12th august'16, on 8th august they told me dat dey are delivering a new battery i declined for this huge favour o[censored]rs i mean is dis some game or anything? Why u people are making us fool?
                Sir this mail is my last hope for this cheap quality product o[censored]rs. Kindly refund my amout or otherwise i'll go for an fir or consumer forum.
                Expecting a positive revert from ur end.

After a while i proceed for payment & payment is done successfully through debit card, but it shows product is unavailable, i want my money back sir thats not the matter that u deduct the money & not provide the product.                               I have ordered product - "mehai multi color 0.5w led night lamp 12 colors changing rgb led bulb (Qty:2)" from shopclues.Com on 22nd july 2016. When i received the product i found that they have given me 12 watts led bulbs. I immediately file complaint on their site for delivering wrong product. After 4-5 days they confirmed the request for return of product has been i accepted. I called their customer care immediately and told them that i do not want refund of money instead kindly delivered me originally ordered product. And if they can't deliver me the original ordered product then they should refund my money including courier charges.

                              Then after i have done numerous follow up with them but till date neither pick up wrong product which was delivered to me nor refund my money.

                              This is clear example negligence to customer grievances/complaints after selling the product.

                              I hope you will help me to get justice.

By tracking the id in indian postal service it is showing as consignment details not found. No response from the customer care about the details above. If the mail is submitted, the message is coming as, some error is occured.

                                    Hello there, i am nikhil patel from anand gujarat. I bought 3 led lights from shopclues on 26th june, 2016. I got only one led out of 3 and paid individual shipping for all led but they send in single pack they (Shopclues person) accepted my request and told me that we will pay your entire refund in bank and you can send me the remaining not working product by yourself, we will provide shipping upto 300 rs. I personally send defected product to clues network with receipt of 200 rs. After my parcel finally shopclues paid my order amount in clues bucks (Their web site wallet money) not in my bank acc. On 28th july 2016. Till now after so many complains i didn't get my shipping amount in clues form (I. E. 200 rs.) and my order amount (I. E. 734 rs.). So i want entire 734+interest from 26th june till date in my bank account and 200 rs in clues bucks.
